This company is a complete sham!
This company is a complete sham! Like other reviewers I paid for expedited 2 day shipping and received my item over a week later. The item was not as described or seen in the photos, it was too big and dull looking. I've been reaching out to Brixton prior to receiving the item to get a status update and talk with someone about refunding the expedited shipping that was paid. I've since reached out more than several times, left voicemails, tried to send an email, but their email inbox is full, you never get a customer service rep on the line or any other response from them. At this point I'm afraid if I try to return the item I purchased I will be out all of the money spent and the item. I am waiting until I speak to someone first, but it doesn't appear this will happen! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!

I placed an order on 10/24, as if today, 11/04, I haven't gotten my item nor have I received shipping information..I have made several unsuccessful attempts to contact customer service about my issue. As of to date, I haven't received a response. Order [protected] At this point, I want a refund

Customer service is non-existent in this company. I have been trying to get in contact with customer service for three weeks through email, social media, and phone and have not been successful. I was sent the wrong item and wanted a replacement and have not been able to get in contact with customer service. After scrolling through social media comments (@brixton), I saw that many people are having the same issue. The same issue that they are being sent wrong orders and incomplete orders and they are unable le to contact customer service.

On 12/25 I ordered 7 hats from Brixton online. The cost of each hat was: $55, $45, $45, $45, $19, $19, $19, totaling $247 but, after the use of a promocode, the total was $209.95. On 1/18 the company emailed to inform me of the tracking info of my order(which was incorrect) and that two of the items I ordered were out of stock(the cost of those items were $55 & $19). On 1/19 my debit card was billed $147.05. A few days later the package I received only contained 3 of the hats I ordered (Cost of each: $45, $19, 19. Totaling $83). The company did not fulfill my order and as such I have been over-billed in the amount of $64.25. Numerous calls, voicemails, and emails from me have gone unanswered. I have given them multiple chances and time to rectify their error to which they have not

We ordered 2 hats using a 30% off code, but only 1 hat arrived. I emailed the business and started communicating with *** who finally sent an email that he was refunding the money for the missing hat. I emailed back immediately that we didn't want a refund, we wanted the hat. He stopped responding so I called them and left 5 messages, but no one will return our call or email. It seems like they want to make us pay full price for the hat now instead of honoring the discount. I would like Brixton to first return my call and acknowledge me. But also I want them to ship the missing hat to us. We are happy for them to keep what we paid them for it from the beginning.

After much delayed processing, prior to shipment, I cancelled an order with Brixton, LLC. The company did not respond. I emailed twice more. No response. Multiple days later I received an email saying my package had shipped. I called the customer service line multiple times, left multiple voicemails, continued to email, with no response.I finally received a response today after filing a dispute with my banking institution and informing them of this action. They say I can return the items according to their return policy, which does not accept returns for the items I ordered. It feels as though they intentionally sent the package after I cancelled knowing it cannot be returned. I originally emailed them to cancel the order on 4/19. They have now finally responded the first time on 4/27 only to tell me I cannot return the items. I had ordered the items on 4/9. I am requesting to return the items for a full refund. I've never dealt with such dishonesty.
