The only good thing I can say about them is that their shirts really are beautiful, but if you're in a rush or need something within a specific time frame, I suggest you buy it off the rack instead.
Long story short, if you absolutely must have one of their shirts, go ahead and order it, but be prepared to wait for several months and make multiple exchanges. And who knows, maybe you'll actually receive it, unlike me.

Apparently, they use a third party shipping service called newlogstics to handle their returns and it was in limbo for almost a month. I had to reach out to USPS to get it sorted out.
When I finally got in touch with a rep at newlogstics, they informed me that the item was delivered to Cubavera on September 4th. However, I didn't receive my refund until I had to call them. It took almost a month for them to process my return. Their customer service team didn't even make an effort to reach out to me and provide me with an update on my return. It's a good thing I called because they would have kept my money and not given me a refund if I hadn't followed up.
To make matters worse, they use expedited shipping for their returns and don't specify this. I was charged 20 dollars to ship back a 44 dollar shirt. Who does that?
In my opinion, this company is pure trash and I highly recommend that you don't buy from them. I was extremely disappointed with their customer service and the quality of their shirts is also subpar. Save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.
