My daughter had already booked a deal for a flight into Orlando (MCO) and a rental car with Budget for a last-minute emergency trip. When we arrived at the Orlando airport and went to Budget rentals, we immediately saw a gentleman walk away from the desk swearing about the girl at the checkout being "rude". My daughter, Kendra Nolan and I then walked up to the desk and handed her our paperwork that had been printed out regarding the flight and car deal my daughter booked over the internet. This young lady was so rude and obnoxious to us. My daughter had her legal driver's ID and a debit/credit card to pay for the transaction. This girl was so rude and argumentative with us we decided to walk away and went to Enterprise where we rented a vehicle and completed all paperwork within 15 minutes. The customer service at Enterprise was by far above and beyond the customer service we received from Budget. After an already stressful and rushed trip Budget's customer service rep made it 100x worse. My daughter and her husband own a business and if they had people who acted like this young lady, they would be terminated immediately. Needless to say we will NOT rent from Budget again and will Not have anything good to say about the service when talking to other travelers.

Desired outcome: I would like to see other people who are dealing with family emergencies, NOT have to deal with rude and disrespectful "young and entitled human beings" during an already stressful, life altering time.
