The person who assisted me was Stefan and he was very professional and listened well to where I wanted devices to be placed in my home. Other products were offered but never pushed which I really appreciated. It was very pleasant experience.

Over all the service was very good
Over all the service was very good. The door-to-door rep, Reese, was very polite and professional. The installer, Gerardo, was very informative. He was able to clear up some miscommunication between us and tue sales person about the equipments capabilities and helped us in makeing a more informed decision about what we wanted. He assisted in adjusting our contract and ended up with a system that better fit our needs and expectations.

Poor communication. The salesperson and the tech were good while selling me the service and trying to upsell me. However, when I needed them to come back and complete the job- poor communication, long hold times on the phone, and no one seems to know what anyone is doing. This is horrible customer service on the back end. The front door camera does not work and the camera for the backyard has not been installed. It is just sitting on the counter. When they scheduled a new time, 12-2 pm on Tuesday, I had to reach out to the installer at 2:30 to see if he was still coming. He shares that some personal issues came up. Okay, cool. I get it. But damn...communicate. I was waiting and I am the one that reached out. Not okay!
Worst decision I have ever made. Bulldog came out and installed the equipment the technician was great but on Saturday evening we noticed it was acting up and wouldn't go off when doors opened and cameras weren't working at all. Sunday morning we called to cancel but they were closed so I spoke to ADT and they sent them over notes. After that, we thought the technician was coming to uninstall equipment but they said they were coming for service. I told them on the phone that we wanted to cancel like we told ADT before. They said we didn't cancel before the 3 days, I did on the ADT side and they sent them the notes stating we wanted to. I was told all day we couldn't get the equipment picked up UNTIL it was canceled. That was fine, I understood and waited for them to call me back but never called. I called back asking for a manager as I have been calling all day trying to figure it out since we were suppose to have the tech out that day. The lady in the cancellation department told me I have to pay out the contract before he came out to uninstall the products since " I didn't cancel within the first 3 days" Which I did. Called ADT and they even stated that we had notes specifically saying we wanted to cancel and that Bulldog was aware. I called a few times to them, talked to a manager, and then FINALLY a gentleman called me from the corporate office (Bulldog Services) and asked me everything and I told him how horrible the office people were and how I wasn't happy with the customer service at all. He was very understanding and said sorry for everything. He said he saw the notes and that we did everything we needed to do for the cancellation without any issues, then told me that he will make sure that the office gets more training to make sure it wouldn't happen to anyone else. He said it would be canceled and that they would be there the next day to pick up the equipment... Great. Guy came got everything and apologized for what I went through... This was done on April 20th. So equipment picked up and uninstalled, great done... so I thought. Here comes May 10th and I get an email that ADT charged my card. Called and stated that there was an error that the service was canceled. Incorrect. ADT said Bulldog never canceled the contract so I needed to call them. I did and told them the same thing, Bulldog Cancellation department told me, No, It wasn't canceled within the first 3 days and the equipment cant be picked up until it's closed... Told her I did call within the 3 days spoke to someone at corporate and he said it was done also it's already been picked up and it was supposed to be closed last month. She said there are no notes for that and we will send you a bill for the remaining 36 months?!?! Now a month later after everything was "figured out", I am in the same position again. Luckily ADT is working with me and they are even upset that this is happening. This company will do everything in their power to prevent you from canceling. I have called multiple times trying to get ahold of corporate and they won't even give me the number. I wrote a google review and a lady replied stating she cant "find my account". This place is AWFUL. DO NOT SIGN UP THROUGH THEM. ADT is trying to help me figure it out and they have been amazing but this installer is the worst of the worst. Don't fall for it.

They damaged my brand new window blinds and told me i had to have video of them doing it. Who records people inside their home. Technician did not have thermostat and front door lock that salesman said was part of the deal. Said it was not on his paperwork, and I'd have to call the salesman. [protected] about 2 hours after the tech leaves, sensors start showing tripped, tampered etc. Notices all door and window sensors are crooked. Install was sloppy and unprofessional. [protected] at 11pm, Low batter on control pad (that is suppose to be hard wired) comes on the control pad. Still says low battery, sensors still saying tampered. I've had several calls from managers and sales managers wanting to "make it right" or schedule a technician. I've told them all to come get the equipment out of my house. [protected] Sent cancellation notice via USPS and have contacted my attorney. Attorney states that if damage to my home from their shoddy installation, I'll have damages and a slam dunk in court. I have names of all involved. I would strongly suggest that all consumers beware of these predators. They use Timeshare pressure, do not give the equipment promised, and the security system is only securing them financially by locking you into a 3 year deal with faulty sub-par equipment. You would be better of with a DIY kit.
