Burger King Service & Food

I went to Burger King in Livonia, Michigan on Middlebelt Road, North of 5 Mile Road on September 17 at about 5:10. We were the 2nd car in line and it took 20 minutes to order our food. we requested the 2 original chicken sandwich cut in half, one without lettuce and 2 medium fries.

When he handed us our bag we were told they don't have a knife to cut our sandwiches so we are going to give you a knife to cut it. He gave us two knives - ODD. We were already running late to a show so we took our food on the road to eat on the way. I grabbed my sandwich with lettuce half the bun was hard as a rock and chicken was overcooked, the fries were cold with no salt. It was disgusting and I didn't have time to go anywhere else.

I use to enjoy going to Burger King, but from what I got yesterday I will not be coming back.

Burger King long wait, inferior product

Hello,

My husband and I rarely eat fast food. On today's date, however, my husband decided to drive thru the Racine Burger King franchise located at 5400 Durand Avenue Racine, WI.

At 1300 hrs, my husband drove thru and ordered 2 cheeseburgers and 1 order of chicken nuggets.

After waiting 20 minutes to receive his order, he went into the restaurant. It should be noted that there were no customers inside the restaurant.

He asked for his money back as he had not received his order. He was told that the order was ready.

An employee handed him the bag but no receipt.

What he found inside was an order of inedible chicken nuggets - cold and overcooked to the point of dried out, cold, rock-hard pieces of what was supposed to be chicken.

I have attached 2 photographs of the chicken nuggets.

The 2 cheeseburgers were cold as well.

I understand in today's society, there is a serious problem with not having enough employees to effectively operate a restaurant. Perhaps that is the issue.

I know one thing for certain..we will not be returning to that restaurant anytime soon.

Burger King Bacon DBL C/Burger

I was missing my burger. When I called I had to try twice before anyone answered the phone. When I got my Burger I left it was covered in mustard and I asked specifically for no mustard. It even says on the receipt no mustard.. was not given a name but the manager on staff working the window big lady and the white lady that gave me my burger..

Desired outcome: I just want my food the way I asked for and a sandwich made the right way

Burger King Food quality

I ordered food for my family this evening at burger king on Post Rd in Warwick RI and i was apauld by the tiny tiny burgers number one the fact that all of my food was cold the fact taht my beef was thrown in a container and had about a pin head size of ketchup and mustard on it and one tony little slice of bacon on both of my sandwiches the 2 whoppers were cold and hard and dry as a desert the fries were old the oil they use is old the double whopper with cheese had no cheese and was cold as well i am appauld by the service in this store the kids don't care they play around inside the building instead of working properly im disgusted!

Desired outcome: i would like my food replaced but do not wish to go to the same burger king they are gross pleaase contact me at your earliest convienence [protected] my name is liz thank you!

Burger King Employee of Burger King Lying To Me

I recently went into your restaurant located in Columbia, SC on Trenholm Rd.

The sign outside announced a 2 for $6.00 deal on the Whopper. I purchased the Whopper deal. As I was given my order in a bag (dine-in customer) I was told that the "Whopper" was discounted. When I opened the bag, there was no lettuce, no tomato, no mayonnaise on this plain burger. By far the worst meal I haver paid for at Burger King or any other restaurant. No wonder the company is doing so bad. Poorly trained, lying, employees will close the doors for good...

Burger King Selling burger without all the ingredients

Twice I have gotten a whopper burger without tomatoes and it was loaded with pickles. One other time it had no lettuce. This at the fast foods in Waterville New Brunswick. My question is are they trying to save money on tomatoes . We have many stores that sell tomatoes. Not like they are very busy. Poor management or very good at showing dollar profits.. very unhappy customers if this is done all evening long.

Burger King Food quality, stupid employees

I will NEVER come back! You are going to lose business because this restaurant is always screwing up! I went through the drive-thru, and my order total was $14.48. I gave the male working $20.48, and he gave me $15 in change (which apparently I should have just left with due to EVERYTHING that went wrong!)! I prefer people to be honest with me, and I expect the same from others, but how can you possibly mess up like that, when clearly the register tells you how much to give back?! Clearly, I should have received $6 back, but instead, your employee hands me back a $5...I said, "No, my order was...I gave you...I clearly should have received $6 back!" He seemed rather upset at the fact that I was requesting the CORRECT amount of money back?! WHY?! HE was the screwup! Now, because of this, I refuse to give this particular location any more business! The last time I was there, and the same two employees were working together, there was a lot of feedback through the drive thru order box, and then they screwed up the order! Prior to that, this kid was a screwup many times, I just didn't feel the need to complain because they were things that could be fixed easily! But NOW?! I am done with your restaurant! When we got our food, we pulled around the side (my daughter and I), into the parking lot. The minute I saw the food, it didn't look anywhere near done! I bit into the sandwich, and it was ice cold! My daughter's sandwich was the same! My daughter took the bag in, and told them to make it fresh. There was absolutely no communication between the staff with the same person who had screwed up the money at the drive thru! Not one employee in there was wearing a name tag! They were NOT backed up, and it seemed like we weren't the only ones having issues! What has this world come to where you can't keep your restaurant in full working order, and your employees lack SIMPLE math skills?! We have noticed for some time now, that when we have gone through there and these same two males are working, one thing or another gets screwed up! Are they high, or just incompetent employees?! No matter the being incompetent...that's what the register does...THINKS FOR THEM! All they have to do is dispense the RIGHT change, and make sure the food passed out to your loyal customers is at the very least, warm!

Desired outcome: I almost requested a full refund...The outcome? I would say, the ability to replace our food altogether, but even THAT can't be trusted anymore, so I'd prefer a full refund!

Burger King Coupons not being honored

They send coupons every Month to our area, yet we are continually being told at the restaurants that they don't honor the coupons or the meal deal is $1-$2 more. These coupons are not expired and come in our mailbox. We would like to find restaurants that take your coupons, but I believe you send these out to get people in and when they are told the coupon is not honored they just buy something else. Well I will tell you we have just walked out and do patronize your establishments.

Desired outcome: Would like to know which Burger Kings accept the coupons you send to our area regularly

Burger King Bk App.

Went to Burger King in Tamaqua. Pennsylvania Today.. Was using my iPhone with the BK App. Monday, Sept. 5, 2022. I gave the girl at the register the code from my phone. The register rang up the order $8 over the app. Price of $10. They would not accept the offer on my phone and expected me to pay full price. Left there totally frustrated. Talked to the owner on the phone and he said there was nothing he could do about it.

Desired outcome: Should have gotten the discount that appeared on my phone and not had to leave there with nothing to eat.

Burger King ultimate breakfast platter

Hello my name is Melissa Brown. I stopped at the burger king 2104 North Gallatin Pike Madison TN 37115 on the morning on 9/1/22. I ordered the ultimate breakfast platter and the 3 piece french toast stick. Well you can see from the picture I attached I did not get the platter I paid for and also did not get any syrup for the pancakes or the french toast. the location was not busy there was 1 vehicle other than myself in the drive through. the lady at the window even checked my order before she gave it to me.

Desired outcome: I would greatly like to be compensated for my purchase and the frustration .

Burger King Price not as stated on app

Burger King app showed a small whopper meal for $6.00, cashier typed in number shown on my phone, upon purchasing the amount was $6.60, after questioning the manager, I was told this is normal, and Burger King only shows you the $6 and not the total or $6.60 ? This seems to be a bait and switch, somewhat unhappy.

Burger King Service and how they take orders is horrible.

All throughout north-eastern Ohio, the service is absolutely intolerable. Now don't get me wrong, the food is sometimes good, it's just who makes them. Warren for example, absolutely horrible. Always getting orders wrong, trash food, nothing is good there, and it's all because these managers and bosses don't know who they're hiring. I know who they're hiring, they're hiring a bunch of no-life scums that need money. They don't care about your satisfaction; all they do is ruin another person's day and take their money and go home. If you're reading this and are in the north-eastern region of Ohio, do not get Burger King here, unless you want to shoot up a fast "food" restaurant.

Desired outcome: I just want them to upgrade on how they hire people. Don't just hire them out of nowhere, ask them what they do/have done. Find out more about them first and maybe you'll get better reviews.

Burger King Rude services

Im complaining about the extremely RUDE! Counter girls I usually go on Sundays around 5pm and they are always RUDE but today was the last time I go there they were Extremely RUDE (1) I go in say hi and nothing (2) try to pay with cash and No change AGAIN (3) they won't talk to you But they will have a ongoing conversation among themselves and in their Haitian language and laughing which personality because might be about us customers (4) several times was told that they don't have change And all the times they are out of condiments this place needs a new crew seriously! At lease at that time. At location 3796 s Congress ave FL 33461

Burger King Drive thru

I understand we are still recovering from covid.But hire employees that can read and understand a monitor in which the order is being processed. All of the beef patty sandwiches are prepared the same way no matter how you order it. I asked for a drink holder for my 3 large drinks and got a attitude Pay your staff more so that they care about their job instead of it being just income to pay for their addictions. it is upper management that is responsible for the outcome of all orders. I ordered a milk shake and I watched the manager beg the employee to make one for our order. Corp. management needs to get off of their office chairs and visit the locations more and observe whats paying them to set on their [censored] !

Burger King Product

I would like to make a complaint about the store #3106 in Eureka Mo. 63025

this store is terrible i have been there 2 times since new management and the whopper i had the first time was so soaked in grease the bed was actually soggy this time , the fries were not even cooked still tasted frozen and the hamburger was so sloppy and soaked with mayo. this used to be my favorite fast food in the area but after paying $12.00 for a lunch that was so disappointing i could not even eat it. Please change management or plan to close this store . The company i work for has over 100 employees and none of us will go back to this Burger king . We have all had a very bad experience with this store .

Burger King Food not received as asked

I went to burger king on Monday the 22nd, I ordered a snack box using my discount code and tried to get a slushie, to which they said they didn't have any. Then I asked for mozzarella sticks, to which they said they didn't have any of those either.

At the end, they didn't take my discount code from the app and I had to pay for all of the items seperate, making my total way more than $5.

Burger King Employees Marijuana intoxication located on Highway 17 & I-95 HARDEEVILLE SC, 29927

At Approximately 11:39am on 8-21-22 My wife and I were driving through Hardeeville Sc Burger King to pick up some lunch. As we drove into the parking lot we observed 3 BK employees standing outside by the entrance door smoking Marijuana and sitting on the ground laughing our windows were down so it smelled real bad. As we approached the drive through window there were printed out notes on the board that stated (pull up to the second window to place order). We proceeded to the second window and put the truck in park and did not see anyone inside at that time but lights were on. We waited 7 Minutes and then saw a BK employee walk in front of our truck so we asker her if the restaurant was open, she looked around and said (at this time they are not taking orders then blew smoke out and laughed). My wife and I just looked at each other and were a bit confused, but not surprised since we saw what the employees were doing outside instead of working.

This is very concerning for this community as I am a business owner and also have eaten at this restaurant before and have not had this problem. I do hope you take this complaint serious as I have voiced my concern to the Mayor.

Desired outcome: Corporate investigation, background and Drug test. However if this is something that is being allowed I would like a simple response so that I can make sure I influence others not to go there.
