Burger King Poor service

I was in the drive-thru today trying to place an order for 2 people being given to me over a passenger's phone. I had to wait 4-mins before I was even greeted. Then I wasn't made aware of what drinks are offered because the order menu doesn't say. The individual decided to get slick and blame it on them being busy. I work fast food too, so I mentioned to my passenger I was going to get the manager's name then call corporate. This "individual" says I am the manager. Which was irrelevant. She was very unprofessional. She kept saying I'll be right with you, but each time I spoke about the order I was going to place or general conversation to my passenger She was involving herself in our conversation being combative verbally. She told me to go elsewhere because I was cursing in my car. Information was unavailable about who she is around 12pm

I went to this Burger King on 7/14/22. I got in the drive thru line and they stated that their credit card machine wasn't working, so I had to pull around and go in. Burger King Menu item offering not honor

Today 7/11/2022, I went to the Burger King on Fort Belvoir @ 9572 Gunston Road Fort Belvoir, VA 22206 (store # 18646). They have a menu board offering 2 for $10.00 I go to order the chicken fries to only be told by the person taken the order that they do not offer that item. I tell her it’s on your menu board and she still will not take the order. I get to window and ask to speak to a manager which he (Jonny) came and identify himself as the manager and I told him what I would like to order. He still refuses and I tell him it’s on your menu board and you not going to honor, and he said no it been like that for weeks and they were going to take it at the end of the day. This is such a waste of time even going to that Burger King it is always an issue. I am trying to see how I can make a complaint to the base commander regarding this, I can only image how many people and military personal have had this issue before me.

I got my mailer this week, highlighting the Minute Maid frozen strawberry lemonade. I wanted to bring my girls for a reward to get this. I should have known better as their icee machine is always broken. Per par I attempted to order these for the girls and myself when I was told the frozen drink machine has not woked in days. Then there I was stuck in a drive through line, What is wrong with the business?

Burger King Customer service and advertising

I was at the pevely, mo branch in the window there was a poster that stated 2 for 6 I went to the drive thru asked what was included in the 2 for 6 she stated they dont have that anymore I ordered went to other window to pay I told the girl that was so sarcastic and smug that it was false advertising she just shrugged her shoulders she was very rude.

Burger King Service/etc

BK#788 181 W Merrick Rd,Valley Stream NY 11580..[protected].

Ordered the special. @croisants/@hashbrown?2 coffee

I rqstd 2 bacon. when I got home I have 1 bacon and 1 sausage. order 69 on 3july.

alos, everytime I go there , there is a worker in the kitchen with no mask handling the food.'

Also, on yesterday one of the employee at the front had a very loud confrontation with a customer. The customer also treaten to destroy the glass there and assault the worker. His companion took him outside to cool down.

there seems to be NO management there. I am there every sunday. Service s poor.

Burger King Food quality, etc

As you know, everyone has heard the news about an employee of BK that retired after 27 years of employment with you and did not miss 1 single day of work during his employment. Upon his retirement, BK gave him a parting gift of a 'goodie bag' which consisted of a movie ticket and some candy to go along with it. To say I feel extreme disappointment in BK's lack of gratitude would be an understatement. How is it that the company of this stature would treat a devoted, loyal employee this way? I had hoped your company could not sink any lower than the dog food that you serve as food. The quality of your burger meat is atrocious and should only be fed to the dogs. Your only saving grace prior to your fall from grace, was your french fries were not half bad and once in awhile the chicken sandwich actually tasted like real food. Now I can walk away completely from this franchise and never look back. Your ethics and food are despicable.

Desired outcome: Cultivate a conscience and ask yourself 'how much money do we really need'....

Burger King Customer service

My husband went to the Burger KIng in Corvallis, Oregon (5000 SW Philomath) today and was told to never come again to this restaurant. The advertising was hard for him to see and let the manager know, she got angry at him and told him to never come back. My husband has suffered two brain injuries and sometimes he can't see the fine print. She was horrible to my husband and embarrassed him. I don't know what her attitude stemmed from, but I sure don't appreciate how he was treated. I work at Oregon State University at a Dining Center. We never treat anyone like this. Our customer service is outstanding and believe that customers should be treated kindly and with respect. Please see that your manager treats everyone kindly, even those with disabilities.

Burger King we ordered quarter pound king 8 of them

Abilene Kansas around 10:55 pm they gave us 8 reg kings no receipt. they charged us 26 dollars some change. i argued with them but they did not make it right 7/01/22. very dissatisfied.. customer Mellonie Ginder, witnesses Marlene, and Jerry Ginder...

Burger King Corporate greed

I just read an article that one of your employees received a "goody bag" for 27 years of uninterrupted service. An employee by the name of Kevin Ford.

That recognition of a bag of [censored] is a slap in the face! How about a substantial raise? A bonus? Something monetary.

Corporate greed disgusts me (I'm a registered republican) and I no longer will be a Burger King customer going forward.

I wanted to make an apology for my last email response to Mr. Ford's article.

I did not realize that Mr. Ford received full benefits from the union at this location. Benefits like he is receiving are very important and I applaud this company for that.

I still say, what Mr. Ford received - probably from the staff - should've been from corporate instead and it would've been nice to see some kind of bonus.

i have drove to burger king on my lunch time, placed an order for a burger, when i get to the office its not want i want and its 20km away from my workplace, i then called and the atteded was rude making me feel stupid.

Burger King No lights on building

I live very close to the Spanaway, Washington Burger King on 167th st S. And Pacific avenue. For several nights, they have not had any outside lights on, showing that they are open for business. Is this a tactic to discourage business? Or are they just lazy or tired? Either way, this is no way to successfully run a restaurant... I have called the restaurant with my concerns in the past, speaking to the manager, who said she forgot to turn on store lights. But this has not improved.

Desired outcome: Educate your restaurant managers to TURN THE LIGHTS ON OUTSIDE every evening to encourage business.

Burger King 15 minute to get onion ring order!

This evening on My way home I stopped to pickup Burger King. I ordered two whopper 1orginal 1 impossible medium fries onion rings. I was in the drive thru so all except the onion rings was ready so I pull over to the side. I waited and waited and waited as My Food got cold. 15 minutes I guessed they remembered My Onion Rings. Well they were hot but everything else was cold. All I got was Sorry! I have noticed lately that good service at fast food places is second to the socializing among the employees or they just don't give a hoot about doing their jobs including the Managers. I also didn't receive a receipt! Just for you to know the place was not busy I was the only customer at the drive thru! I am a senior citizen on disability $20 is not easy to spend but every once in a while I like a treat, this turned into a disaster!

Desired outcome: I would like a refund but don't know the exact amount because I didn't receive a receipt. I think it was around $19. and change so guess????????

Burger King Drive thru service

The drive thru service from the time it takes someone to acknowledge you at the menu board, to the wait time in line to get to the window is consistently slow. I have received as well as friends have received the wrong order. Including today, my 81-year old mother had to wait a lengthy period of time in line to place her order. When she finally made it to the window the employee still had the wrong order. It is totally unacceptable that the quality of service at this store at 1701 E. 95th Street Chicago, IL is poor consistently.

Please do better.
