Burger King Service

Today October 23 2021 I ordered my food in the drive thru line. 946am. 2 cars sat in front of me. I made to the side of the building where there was only one car in front of me. At that point its 1010. I sat there until 1040 and still hadn't gotten my food. Very very unacceptable. there was no one in the lobby being serviced. So there was definitely no reason for the extremely and unpleasant wait. My wife works in the restaurant industry and even when they are extremely shorthanded they aren't that slow. Very disappointing and considering not returning. This happens all the time. Whether there are 2 cars or 1.

Burger King Food / Service

On 10/20/2021 Approx. 12:30 Pm. I went to Burger king located at 2110 NW Topeka, Blvd. Topeka, ks.. They have a 2 lane drive thru ordering system. there were 2 cars in line at both menus. So I chose one and it seems to be moving along like expected. When It is my turn to order. A guy says he will be with me in one moment. I think fine I will be ordering a minute or two. This location is known for being very very slow in the first place. So any car in front of me basically adds 5 minutes to my wait and that is not exaggerating. Finally after three cars on the other side has went thru I speak up and can not get anyone to answer. I'm on my lunch hour and don't have a half hour or more to set in line. I ended up not getting anything for lunch and going to a Quick Shop for a drink.
The problem is. This is not the first time I have had problems at this location. I don't care if there are no cars in the drive thru and the lobby is closed you are not getting thru the drive thru in less then 15 minutes. That is fine if when you receive the meal it is hot. usually not the case it usually appears to have been sitting for a period of time. I Avoided this particular Burger King for approx. 6 months before I attempted to give them my business again. Once again I left very disappointed. The other locations in Topeka are far better then this particular one. I will avoid at all cost.

Burger King whopper jr meal

I went to Burger king around 4:50 pm on October 19, 2021. I ordered the whopper jr meal, burger off the broiler, no salt on the fries. a min later my order was up at the window. No formal greeting and every single soul, including the manager walking around with an attitude. I requested a refund because the half tomato and lettuce were wet and rotten. They gave me a piece of a tomato and too much mayonnaise on the sandwich, working in food safety for over 15 years, this burger was unacceptable. this is the third time I had to return food at this location. The manager on duty took the bag and throw it away instantly without even looking at the product, when I asked her why she didn't take a look, she assumed it was not off the broiler. wrong, the sandwich was soggy, bread wet and the lettuce and tomatoes were no good. . bacteria grow on lettuce and tomato if it is submerged in water or juice. the manager's exact words were, "I only work here 2 days a week". So what ...You're a manager! that has nothing to do with why the sandwich is prepared the way it is. she is there today, so it's her responsibility to make sure that does not happen on her shift. that is not management qualities nor the crew. food poisioning is going around everywhere, with that attitude, they can really make someone sick . not cool at all .

Desired outcome: speak to that manager please that was on duty. that attitude is unacceptable , 2 days or not. you are feeding people souls

Burger King Impossible whopper & onion rings

WE got 2 Impossible whoppers, ate in, brought 4 home. WE had eaten nothing else, so it has to be the BK foods, and we got sick, diarrhea soon after eating these. The buns were soggy and it tasted a little ''off'' but we were stupid to eat them anyway. Now I am afraid to go to Any Burger King to eat. This was at the store # 8296 but not long ago at another Bk in Kendall across from the last stop on the Miami metro train/ by Shorty's BBQ, an elderly Latin employee came into the bathroom, used it but did NOT wash her hands. Yes I told the manager. It well known that people from primitive Latino cultures do not practice decent hygiene so if they are hired here in the u.s.a. the managers have to teach them. ugh. I was disgusted but not surprised.

Desired outcome: Burger King start to toast the buns / make them stronger not so soft like dough , and be more strict about health habits of the staff at their stores. [protected] was call ed to report this situation .

Burger King Senior Discounts

I went to the Burger King in Jasper Texas, drive up window. 10-16-21.

I asked for a Senior Drink, I was told that the Jasper Burger King does not do Senior discounts. I was surprised at that. I have been to Many BK's in other cities and gotten the discount.
I guess going to Burger King for 50 years and paying regular price is not enough for the owner of the Jasper, Texas BK.
So why is it that BK in Jasper Tx does not honor the discount?
Not so happy customer.

Geeze, its a discount on crappy food. Get over it. Its not like you can't pay for electricity because they are charging you an extra quarter on a coffee.

Burger King Shake machine isn't working.

Like so many other fast food restaurants, I was told the "shake machine isn't working".

Perhaps, it isn't, or, perhaps, the employees have already cleaned the needing for those day and don't want to clean at the end of their shifts, which is a common practice at this type of restaurant.

Perhaps, corporate should send somebody, incognito, at rush hour to investigate.

Burger King Pancakes/syrup/service

I have tried to be patient as I like your eggs in your meals, but my last 3 trips to the Burger King in Decatur Indiana have been disastrous.
The first occasion I ordered Pancake breakfast, they took my order, when I checked the bag there was no syrup. They told me they were out of syrup after the fact. So what do you do with dry pancakes.
The second time they flat out didn't have any pancakes.
But today was the clincher, they had syrup but the pancakes were so hard I could not eat them. Sorry but this franchise has sent me back to McDonalds and Hardees for good.

Burger King Drive-thru Order

On the evening of 10/13/2021, my wife and I decided to stop at Burger King in Platteville, WI, and grab a couple of items via their drive-thru. My wife ordered some chicken nuggets and a medium order of fries. I ordered a whopper and a large order of fries. When we got to the pick-up window, the lady working the window was very unfriendly and short with us. When she read back the order, she didn't mention the medium fries my wife had ordered. When we pointed it, out she rudely said she could not add items at the pick-up window. I knew she was lying when she said it. You can always add items at literally any other fast food place. This was the first time in history! It was her fault for not listening when the order was made in the first place! I went ahead and paid for the order and gave my wife my fries. When we received our order the fires tasted funny and the whopper was cold. That was the first time I'd received that kind of treatment from this particular store. Really disappointing, don't know if we'll be back.

Desired outcome: Better Customer Service, not being lied to because of employee mistake.

Burger King Service and order was completely wrong and cold

Was rudely talked to over the intercom by employee. Upon receiving food French fries were cold and unsalted. I had also ordered chicken fries which I received chicken nuggets instead that were cooked in old grease and I could tell by the dark brown color of the nuggets. And to top it all off my burger which was a regular #1 was also cold to the touch and I was drenched in a watery mayonnaise. The food and service are and have been horrible the last few times me and my family have been here over the past year and I've finally have have had enough and decided to write this complaint hoping something can be fixed.

Burger King missing crowns

We stopped at the Joyce Kilmer Travel Plaza and forgot to give a code . You see my husband's sister died and we traveled to and from PA to NY via the NJ Turnpike. Our minds were not on crowns. I will scan the receipt and send. It was purchased on Oct. 6th @ 1:25 p.m. We ordered 1 10 piece chicken nuggets and 1 chicken sandwich $10.55.

Burger King B k Berlin vt

I ask fir onions on my breakfast sandwich! I had gotten them before! The person told me I couldn't get them until lunch! Which they were not be customer friendly! Had had an attitude about it! Now I will go across the st to McDonald's and get there breakfast sandwich with onions! Not sure what happened to have it your own way? But I won't be eating at B k in the future, and will tell all my friends about my experience ! And tell all my Facebook friends as well!

Burger King Bad service/Rude employee

I visited thee Burger King located at 3402 South High Street in Columbus Ohio, Store #390 at 12:04 PM. I was order #34 in the drive-thru. The manager was "Ron". "Ashley" was the person who took the order. after waiting in line for approximately 10-15 minutes I finally make it to the window. I go to place my order with Ashley. She is abrupt. She is always rude. I ask for a Whopper with everything, even cheese. I order hamburgers next. I state I would like 2 hamburgers without mayo. She proceeds to tell me what condiments come on what sandwiches. I told her I was not interested in hearing about all of the condiments. I only want to make sure I don't have mayo on the hamburgers. She flew into a rage! I told her that I am only trying to place my order. She continued to rant at me. I left and drove to the window. "Ron" the manager met me there. He must have known . I told him Ashley should be fired for her behavior. She has no business being in customer service! RUDE! CONFRONTATIONAL! He didn't say a word. No apologies at all. He took my order and I waited at the window. He gave me my order and then slammed the window and walked away. I know the world is short on good help, but you should not keep employees like this...BAD. Week prior, Ashley was extremely rude. I was there at 10:28 AM. I wanted to order lunch. She said they serve lunch at 10:30 AM. I mentioned it was 2 minutes. Instead of laughing she went into a rage. I drove away and took my business elsewhere. Which is what will happen again after this incident. I'm not even being charged the correct amount! This store has major problems! I told "Ron" I was going to contact corporate. The guy never said a word, apologized or anything. Just slammed the window and walked away. That's the kind of employees you have. NOT manager material. Unprofessional. Rude. I'm disappointed for I like Burger King, but I don't need this kind of hassle just to order lunch.

Burger King Manager/employee working morning shift

Each time I have been to this location I get nasty service from the person working the window. Which so happens to be the same older man . I work in the hospital near by so sometime I stop for breakfast before I come . He is very rude . I ask for certain condiments and he ask why do I want that on my stuff . That's is rude to ask a person and once he handed me my order I checked the bag & he rudely speak out saying your welcome . This is so unprofessional and rude . He needs to training & learn how to be nice to the person helping pay his bills because I don't have to eat at that location or period .

Burger King Customer service

Let's start off with the phone call. I called for my parents because their whoppers were wrong. Manager tried to say they didn't come through. Which they did because the order taker said she took their order exactly how they wanted. I called my parents back to make sure and so I proceed to call them back and my phone calls get ignored. I then decide to go down to the restaurant itself. The manager who's name is Nichole, was very rude. Very unprofessional. And had that awful attitude twords her workers. How can you let someone work at a place that's supposed to be friendly? I also want the number to report her. She should not be there. If she cant be a professional then she doesn't deserve the manager title. Customers comes first but not to her apparently. Burger King Employee at Burger King at 3007 80th Street Kenosha WI

Basically shut down the entire Burger King including even trying to get a fountain drink ALONE drive-through employee woman working very rude, belligerent, and refused to serve even a fountain drink claiming she was "overloaded" nobody was even in drive-through one woman employee claimed this! Burger King Manger Taniqa

Smoking weed with Sarah another assistant manger on the daily being lazy and having people do her job so she can go home in peace, and cussing at a minor making threats towards him, should be dealt with. ( can be seen on cameras if you look at it) they are lazy, unprofessional, and think they can allow them selves more breaks than other people that just started working there.

Burger King Food wasn't right and cold

Went to Burger King at 09/27 at 3:34pm on Paul Huff in Cleveland, Tn. I went thru the drive thru and I ordered Bacon cheese whooper, 2 large onion rings, small onion ring, whopper no tomato, and cheese tots. I had to walk in cause they forgot to give me my small onion ring. Got home and there was no bacon on the whopper and our whoppers where cold.

Desired outcome: Money back or free meal
