Burger King poor service

I went into Clovis NM store only because the drive thru was stacked. No one was at front counter so i stood waiting for five minutes! Drive thru girl saw me and so did the girl packing orders and NO ONE acknowledged me so i left! I understand drive thru was busy but im a customer too and i work in customer service ALL DAY and NEVER would i let a customer be treated that way!

Burger King breakfast at oakland, california

On 4/28/2018, I took my friend to Burger King located on International Blvd, Oakland, california. 94601, (restaurant number 2288 on the ticket order number 20) with the main reason: to compare the food with Starbucks that he took me there one day earlier.

First, I can signed in the burger king WiFi but I can not access the coupon list (all showed up with the black lock on it)

I asked, the cashier said no internet.. I decided to order two croissan sanwiches for #4.00 displayed on the window as well as on the tv menu

The cashier asked me for a combo order... with coffee and hash brown... I said yes for it... the cashier name is: Elisabeth on the ticket.

The total was $12.43...

While eating we couldn't convinced ourselves that with only 2 small coffees and 2 small hash browns, and tax...the different in price was $8.43

I told my friend, that I will find out by writing this letter to you for advice and further explanation?! If any

Burger King service sucks (the manager evan is very aggressive and arrogant)

I went to the restaurant to buy 3 egg & cheese sandwiches; however, the person on the speaker (manager) was explaining the 2 for 1 promo. After a few minutes going back and forth about what I wanted and the price, I had to go inside to place my order. I came to find out that I was actually speaking with the manager, who was very rude, aggressive and disrespectful to me. He could not explain why I was being charged $12 for 3 egg & cheese croissants, even with a 2 for $4 promo going on. If it's 2 for $4, shouldn't my bill come to $8 and not $12? He then told me he's not going to serve me and was passing me over to another employee. I then told him don't bother, so I left and went to McDonald's instead. I used to like this location at the corner of Coral Springs dr and W Sample because I live around the corner but I will NEVER go back there if that is the type of service I'm going to receive. The only reason why I'm even making this complaint is because I'm also a business owner and I would never want to have an employee with that type of attitude representing my company or brand.

Burger King poor quality food

My daughter went to the local Burger King, Welsh Avenue and Roosevelt Boulevard in Philadelphia, PA around 10:30pm on Tuesday, May 1, 2018. I asked her to bring me a Whopper Jr with cheese, no pickles and an order of onion rings. She went through the drive thru and returned pretty quickly. All the food was cold like it had been sitting for a while. I was able to microwave the Whopper Jr, however, the onion rings were cold and hard as rocks. It's very frustrating because when someone goes to the drive thru and gets home to find the food is inedible, there isn't much to do. Your quality control at that location is terrible. They never should have served food like that. They had to know that stuff had been sitting for too long.

Burger King food and all around service.

I went to Burger King in Omaha, NE 68104 on N 60th St and I ordered a FRESH Crispy chicken club salad with Golden Italian dressing. First of all of the employees at this location were dressed inappropriate and done right disgusting. They have very clear views of food stains all over there cloths that you can tell is days old as if they never wash them once that week. Second of all I asked for a FRESH salad and crispy chicken, for some reason this BK seems to think that fresh is Salad that is halfway bad, and a crispy chicken that is stone cold and cut up into little pieces that have been refrigerated after the first cook.

This has not been my only experience like this at this Burger King location this is unacceptable. This BK is using bad grease to cook their food which can cause illness. I could tell from the taste of the chicken and this is very disgusting. This BK inside facility has been trashed on multiple occasions when ordering from the front counter. Two many times I have witnessed kids play and joke behind the counter no manager in site to make sure this facility is running according to hand book standards. I am fully prepared to go to the Health Department and KETV news watch 7 regarding the issue with this store this is UNACCEPTABLE.

This facility needs to step ALL the way up and take responsibility for the way this fast food establishment is being ran, because at this point its being ran into the ground. At any rate this is sad and just so happens to be the only Burger King in my area and I absolutely just LOVE LOVE LOVE BK just not this Burger King . I'm really disappointed that there has not been something done about this establishment in the last year that I've lived in this area. Please Please fix this store it needs a 360 turn around starting with STAFF and FACILITY FOOD these areas need strong maintenance .

Burger King poor customer service

I went today [protected]) the Burger King in St. Pauls, NC 28384 and as always my order was not right. I ordered a sweet tea and a CRS Egg and chs. The tea had no sugar in it at all. I called Burger king [protected] and spoke to the person that answered the phone. In the middle of me explaining to her that the tea has no sugar she interrupted me and said "hold on" about three times and started talking to someone else. I ask her to check her tea at the drive-thru and she said "ok, and thank you ma'am" and hung up the phone. She didn't even offer to make my order right. This isn't this first time I have had a problem with my orders. It's almost every time I go. I eat at Burger King in Lumberton and I never have this problem. I work in St. Pauls and I keep trying the Burger King in St. Pauls hopeing they will get it right.

I went to Burger King with my 3 year old grandson. All we wanted was an ice cream & ice coffee. It took almost a half hour before i got my stuff. I understand that it's lunchtime. But there was no reason for the cashiers attitude. When I asked her my ice coffee she just gave me an look like to say I'm busy. When i asked to speak to her manager she informed me that she was the manager. She raised voice to me and told me that she was short staffed. I told her that wasn't my problem. She was just so rude not just to me but to all of the customers. All she had to do was to say to people that she was sorry for the wait. People wouldn't be so upset. I have never ever had such bad service! I don't know how she became a manager. She needs to take a class or two on customer service. Better yet to buy a book on it. That is definitely a way to lose customers, By the way a few people walked out. I will never go back there!

Burger King my order

I went to Edgewater Maryland Burger King place my order got my order it was totally a wrong order I'm allergic to tomatoes and I specifically asked no tomatoes no lettuce I got 10 minutes away and realize they gave me Tomatoes I did not have time to turn back so I called the number on the receipt which was [protected] someone else answered the phone and told me to please hold on for 2 minutes and he would come back and get my name and replace my food next time I come in I was on the the 45 minutes and no one ever got back on this was on Saturday the 29th of April so I called on the 30th of April told the person who I was and he answered the phone and he said yes I was really busy yesterday I didn't have time to take your name so he said hold on have to take it again but he never got back on the phone this morning I said Bob call your manager he said I am your manager this is freaking ridiculous

Burger King customer service and food

On April 29, 2018 and exactly 12:51am myself and my boyfriend went to the 1077 Wilson avenue Burger King were we had one of the most disgusting times ever. We bought 2 combos of a whopper and chicken sandwich. Upon leaving the restaurant and heading home I myself was eating my sandwich and pull a discussing blond hair from my food . I AM A RED HEAD ! This was so stomach turning that we ended up throwing all he food we bought out. I can't express how disappointing I am wiI h this location. Not to mention the custom service we received was horrific. Our cashier name was Jhaniell 220. We asked for our poutine to be extra headed which was never a problem before but this cashier decided to fight us on it saying it not possible that it's already hot and that she can't do anything for us . How disrespectful! I will never again be going to this location, I found a hair in my food, lost my appetite, and was even treated rudely .

Burger King service

this morning we went for our usual sunday coffee and sandwich and the service was terrible. First of all our coffee was cold was told they had to brew a new pot which we didn't get til MUCH later. People were coming in and couldn't get waited on, the line in drive thru was very long and not moving. Ordered a bag of ice was told he had to get ready which was ok but took forever and when I went to ask for it he had it sitting by him at drive thru window and was melting. One guy in front and a girl walking around like she was lost and would clean a little then go to help at cash register which is where she should have been with all the people coming in. Did not get a receipt so no way to register my complaint other than this way. Burger King #8003 on Van Roy Rd, Appleton, WI 54915. Burger King drive through window employee

Montgomery Alabama. First Burger King in Montgomery pas you are coming from Opelika. Pulled in and placed order. Was told to drive to first window but when we pulled around there was no one at the window. After waiting a couple of minutes we pulled forward to next window and were told we HAD to back up. We had a car behind us and so we told the lady we'd come in and pay. When my friend walked in with money in hand, he was told he had to back up and pay at window. He informed her again there were cars behind him already. She told him then drive around in a snotty tone. We left. If this kind of service is what Burger King promotes, I'd rather not eat there. You lost a customer and money this morning.

Burger King The most unprofessional manager Greg

So I came in your store on broad st in providence ri and one of the employees made a mistake and I watched him get in the younger mans face and point his figure in it and call him a [censored] stupid [censored] if you are hiring men like this who are unprofessional you most not care bout your company at all this man should be fired luckily I didn't wait outside for him [censored] needs to get assaulted talking too children like that he is not grown I know that isn't his first time I seen this twice wish I knew I could upload a video I would have recorded it next time I will I go in on my break every day

Burger King 10 piece nugget

I went through the drive through earlier today. I ordered a meal with fries and a soda, a chicken jr, and a 10 piece nugget, and they didn't put the nuggets in the bag but I was still charged for them. I have the receipt if needed. I was on my way to New Jersey so I couldn't go back to get them by the time I noticed. The man who gave me the food was very friendly and the service was fast, but I didn't think to check the bag.

Burger King assistant manager brooke and wait time for food

I was at the Burger King in Nashua NH this afternoon and it was the worse experience I have ever experienced. All the employees behind the counter and rude and after waiting 15 mins for my food and seeing my burgers sit on a tray waiting for my other food I said something to Brooke the assistant manager and she literary yelled at me. I told her to remake the burgers and I'm not sure if she did cuz I went an sat down at a table until my food was ready. After more than 20 mins she called my number and no apologize for the wait or her being so rude. I will never go back to this Nashua store again. She is a assistant district manager therefore she should know how to talk and treat customers but obviously she doesn't. She needs to take a few classes on how to handle customers and have more patience under pressure.

Burger King customer service

I pulled up to an empty drive through and was immediately asked to please wait. After waiting nearly a minute I proceeded with my order and was again asked to please wait. I have been sarcastically said oh do you have ghosts customer that I'm not aware of and was then told that there are only two of us here you're going to have to wait. Again I mention there are no other customers at the store. I decided to go ahead and get my food anyway but the employee at the window was extremely rude almost threw my food at me and then told me to just have a nice day and shut her window when I knocked on the window to speak to her further she refused, turned and walked away. The employee's name was Jewel.

Burger King wrong food order

I went through the drive-thru and ordered 2 of your new sourdough sandwiches. I specifically asked what came on the sandwiches and asked for one of them to not have bacon or onion. When I got to the window she asked me if I had lemonade to drink and I told her no that I asked for Dr. Pepper. She walked away after handing me my bag of deserts and food and asked another girl to get me my drink. I checked the bag to ensure my desserts were there and my fries and I drove away. I come home to find that the sandwiches I ordered were completely incorrect. We were given some sort of double cheeseburgers instead of the sourdough sandwiches. We just had a baby 3 weeks ago so I can't just drive back to the location and have it fixed. I have never been more disappointed because I paid $21 for them to screw up my order. The drive-thru screen was correct when I placed my order so someone really messed up. I only went to Burger King for the new sourdough sandwiches and would have chosen somewhere else had I known there was going to be a mishap. I would like someone to contact me in regards to my order because I am extremely angry and disappointed.

Burger King appearance of the store

He Burger King located on 501 S. Kings Hwy in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina is not well ypkept at all. One of the doors was locked, so I had to walk halfway aroind to the other side just to enter. The parking lot and grass has trash everywhere.No outside ashtray so cigarette butts are all over the place. The windows were not clean and very streaky. The floor had looked as if it hasn't been swept all day. There evenbwas one of gloves that employees wear on the floor close to the men's room and hadn't been picked up. The restrooms were horrifying. Looked and smelled as if they weren't cleaned in a long time. I chose not to eat here because of all this. If they dont care about the store, then to me;why would they care about their food. I will not be returning here until changes are made. Not a good look for a franchise that very popular!

Burger King terrible service

Order #83 at the location of 3109 Route 38, Mount Laurel, NJ 08054 on 4/26/2018 was taken in the drive through at 8:25 Pm And was not received until 8:48. There were only two cars in front of me the entire time, there were no customers inside the store, three employees standing at the window when I pulled up to get my order and they were laughing! The manager offered me a soda when I asked, " why does it take so long to prepare fast food?" Of course I didn't accept ut. If I wanted a soda, I would have ordered one! He thought it was hilarious that I waited 23 minutes for two burgers! Well i find that a disgrace and poor management makes for poor employees and loss of customers! I just thought you should be aware!

I went to the burger king located on irving park And Narragansett store # 6358 and the manager was very rude i ask her that i wanted my whopper fresh of the broiler and she said didnt want to do my order fresh she was ignoring my request and being very unprofessional her name is danielle i dont think a manager should treat customers the way she was doing at the register she had a mess in the ground also of fries very dirty floor dont think ill be going to that burgerking restaurant again!

Burger King service at burger king on roosevelt rd maywood, il

I ordered for my friend and I. Manager gave me the bag. As I was getting my drink, she asked for my bag back. The order was not correct. She gave me my bag back. I stated to her I'm hoping my order is correct. She said nothing. Totally ignored me as if I was not speaking to her. I stated to her I hope I don't have to come back. She still said nothing. Burger King the manager brenda at the paul's valley oklahoma francis

I have put in an application several times a guy named cody said there was 2 positions on evening shift and 1 on day shift when i spoke with Brenda 4/26/2018 she said she wasn't going to hire me because i only had 1 job contact down and i tried to explain but she got rude when i asked who her boss was and a phone number an she gave me a name jeff birdmen but refused to provide me a number an hung up on me. I was told several months ago i would be hired my application was put on top of the stack an i know several people that have been hired since. I tried to explain i draw disability an have for about 10yrs that's why there is only 1 job contact down and she mentioned a background check an i have a felony but i know several people that has a lot of felonies that have been hired and have the same charge so i feel that i am being discriminated against for some reason and am going to speak with a lawyer if something isn't done please contact me about this situation my number is [protected] or email me [protected]@gmail.com thank you for your attention
