I was just at store store at 3332 W Genesee St, Syracuse, NY 13219 and after eating there for the last 30 years I've come to expect problems with my order but missing half of it is just beyond the pale, I live 10 miles away and a missing fry is par for the course and I'm not driving back for that. This time (Dec. 1st) I was shorted 2 sandwiches, an onion ring, an order of nuggets and any sauces I specificity asked for. The order was way over $30 and I asked the associate at the window to please check my bag and order, it just didn't look right. He told me it was all there, no problem. My mistake for trusting anyone in that building.
After getting home I discovered my grandsons dinners were missing and part of my wife's. I drove back to the store and asked for the manager. This walking mess came to the counter looking like he hadn't showered in 2 weeks, I explained what had happened and he wouldn't even give any respect by even looking me in the eye literally talking into the floor. He asked me what he could do to make it up to me. I told him he should ask the bonehead at the window who I asked if the meal was all there or drive over to my house and ask my wife and grandchildren as I handed him back the bag and receipt stapled to it.
At that point I had to get out of there, the stink off the manager was to much and I was about to loose it in a really meaningful way, nothing he could say or do was worth it. I had photographed my receipt and the continence of the bag and I'm posting it on social media for all it's worth which is probably nothing. This is the only store in your chain I've ever had a problem with and there is an easy solution, I stopped at McDonalds on the way home and got a new dinner for my family, I didn't even ask for the $34 back I spent at that POS establishment full of crack heads. Either get someone in there who can run that place efficiently or just close it down, it's costing you customer's, I'm not the only one that has had problems over the years. Many people I know refuse to eat there for just the problems I've stated. That place and it's employee's are a disgrace.

Desired outcome: How about staffing the place with competent employee's, I like the food but the manager is a train wreck and I don't think anyone in that building has anything over a 3rd grade education.
The store at 3332 Genesee St, Syracuse, NY 13219 is a wreck, don't eat there.
They can't even get an order right, they don't even know how to review a receipt and make sure the order is complete.
