Whopper Meal for Two $8.99 plus NYS Sales Tax
This is the third time there has been a problem with orders. This time my husband bought the Whopper Meal for Two which includes 2 Whopper Sandwiches, 2 small fries and 2 small drinks at a cost of $8.99 plus NYS Tax which was not received. We also ordered 2 original chicken sandwiches and 2 small fries which we received. I contacted the store and asked that the manager have the food delivered as if my husband went back to the store all hell would break loose and he said they would not deliver my husband would have to come back which would present a major problem and I am unable to drive. He gave the coupon number 9041 as you must give this as there is a problem if you just tell them what you want which happened the other two times.This store is so poorly run and we will never go back to any of your stores again. I do not have a complaint per se but I do have something that I wish you would consider because a competitor has been doing this for several months and nothing has been said to them at all; it makes the dining experience so much nicer...
1) if there is music, decent, quiet and enjoyable. Not rap or like
2) put the meals on trays; the idea of flipping the poster over is a great idea
3) get the drink machine working; ice and all and insist that coke do right by you
4) these little packets, put them out for the public, same with the napkins; there is no way they are going to contaminate anyone or anything
5) do you know that masks kill... We had it happen right in Cody
6) do you know the plastic shields collect the organism, yep they do so they are not good
7) social distancing does no good at all; take off that mask and if fan or wind, yep, you got it no one knows how far
8) do you know our bodies need a certain amount of dirt or whatever to actually stay healthy... It keeps our immune system doing its job and strengthens it; this is not taught in today's world but it is truth... Ask any farmer or rancher
I wasn't going to say anything but changed my mind; last week I ordered my fav sandwich... Fish... It was so overdone it was not only dry but the edges were so tough I could not chew it so most of it went to the birds speaking of which: the fence that divides the properties in cody is filthy.. On the bk side; it needs clean up and kept that way.

Poor customer service. Got to window and they did not have the correct order then waited over 30 minutes for a sandwich this morning 4/21/2021 at the Burger King in Vicksburg, Mississippi on Halls Ferry Road. Got up to the window and the employee stating she needs to hurry up and go to bathroom because she was about to pee on herself. Will not be going back to this establishment.

Store on Summer ave and berclaire is always short of something on the menu.
I have been trying to taste the french toast sandwich for over 2 weeks and every time i place an order at the drive thru i am told no bread only sour dough is available. Hard to understand not ever having what you advertise.
But that store always has problems from not opening on time to not having some items on the menu. We gave up having lunch there because everytime we went there our burgers were cold, or just not hot enough. In short I hate to see your store being mismanaged and no one caring.

Today was the 3rd day in a week that I have attempted to order from your drive through in Lebanon Ohio only to see a sign on the speaker that said out of whopper paddies. Last week they were out of eggs and today they are out of french toast, Crescents, Pancakes, and etc. I would like to know haw a burger king can be out of whoppers for over a week. Also what kind of manager would let there inventory deplete to a point that they can not serve there customers. Please look into the management problem and fix.

Wednesday 4/14/21 afternoon bought two whoopers paid 7.89 not 2 for 5 bucks. Burgers were cold didn't get a receipt and was short changed. Last time I was there they didn't have any change so the rounded it up in their favor some 48 cents. It amazes me the difference in each Burger King. Some friendly and hot food some just the opposite. Very poor customer service in this Burger King boarding on criminal.

Your Manager at the Blue Bell, Pa store just about called me a liar. I placed my order of 4 whopper two on rolls without seeds, one junior whopper, two onion rings, one fry, one salad. Got the two bags got home which costs me gas. One bag had the salad. The other the onion rings, fry and two whopper without seeds. Drive Thru
My name is Crystal Bishop I arrived at Burger King at 9pm and placed our order at the prompter. I pulled up to the window waiting a further 10 minutes in my car, when I arrived at the window they informed they had shut down the grill and was not making anymore food. The store is not supposed to close at 10 pm. I had my mother, daughter, in the car and my mom has medical issues and was trying to get food and get her home. They wanted to shut the grill down early and there were numerous people behind us. They told us we could wait 30 minutes but they were closing down anyway so they weren't making anymore food. I spoke to the manager and she apologized and didn't seem to have any compassion at all. I am really disappointed. I can't get any food and the thing that bothered me was that the store wasn't supposed to close at ten and they shut down an hour early especially after we ordered are food.
site manager behavior
This comment is concerning the site in Laramie, Wyoming, today around noon. While waiting inside for our lunch order, I witnessed extremely rude behavior by the local manager toward a customer. The customer was there to pick up two orders. She was waiting in the background as I placed an order at the counter. After I placed my order, the customer was identified by an employee as waiting for an order by name. The customer indicated she was there for two orders. The first was ready, but she asked how long it would be until the other was ready. The manager said she did not know, because the orders had not come in at the same time. The customer asked for a time estimate, and this started a shouting match between the two. I would not have been surprised if the argument had come to blows. This continued well after I received our order, and we had begun eating. Eventually, the manager called the police. We will definitely not return. It was a very unpleasant scene. No wonder the three other fast food places are much busier. Please retrain this manager that the customer is always right. This must be a terrible place to work.

Gift card
I recently went to the Burger King location at Avon, Ohio to get a double cheese burger, fries, a drink and a milkshake on my way home from work. After placing my order I gave the person at the drive up window a gift card that I had recently received as a gift to pay for my order. After several attempts the cashier claimed that the card could not be used, even though the card was purchased on March 4th of this year and was never used! After asking the manager (I assume) the cashier told me the card could not be used, and I was forced to use my debit card to pay for my meal. When I got home, I went to the website to check the balance of my card, and it confirmed that it was activated on March 4th, 2021 and had a value of $25.00. I do not understand why they could not use my card.
