Burger King Abusive worker

My name is Kurt yeager. I live in California. My sister's name is Cheryl yeager. She works at a franchise in Missouri she recently reached out to me because she was didn't know how to go about fixing this problem of a co-worker. She says this coworker is abusing her and the general manager is afraid of the guy also and didn't know what to do she loves her job likes working there yet this guys leaving bruises on her. I don't know which franchise she works at but her name is in this message. She lives in Missouri Works in Missouri. Please address this so I don't have to come out there and address it myself.

Burger King Using coupons

3/26/2021 We just left Burger King in Moss Bluff, Louisiana, where we were told that we could only use one coupon per car per management. Needless to say, we were unable to get all the meals we needed. We were buying for 3 people, my sister, her husband and myself. We are all senior citizens trying to get a meal.

Seems the younger people lack the ability to have better PR with the customer.

If the time that breakfast ends is 10:30 at 10:07 an employee should not be telling customers that they only have certain items for breakfast due to it being 10am. The restaurant should cook whatever the customer orders as long as it is not the tine that breakfast ends. This restaurant always has some type of issue with their customer service. More trading needs to be done at this location

Burger King Poor service and rude employees

At about 11:25am this morning March 25, 2021. I visited the Burger King on the corner of Crismon rd and Southern ave in Mesa Arizona.

A van was in lane one and I pulled into lane two. Just as I stopped the van pulled forward. A guy over the speaker said "just a second". So I waited for about a minute. A car pulled into lane one gave the order and pulled forward. I waited another minute and than honked the horn and moved the vehicle forward and back to get someones attention. The guy came back on and I asked him if it was your policy NOT to take the next customer in line? He said in a snotty voice "I told you I would back in a few minutes". (not true) I asked for a manager and a lady got on the speaker and would not address the problem, Gave my order and asked her again why I was not taken care of as next in line? Her response was you need to go someplace else as I cancelled your order and no we do not explain. She was very disturbed that I was asking for an answer.,

So I left and went to Wendy's .

Is this the Burger Kings New Cancel Policy for older white customers?

I will No longer will go to Burger King as this type of rude behavior is not to be tolerated by me or any one else.

Desired outcome: Teach your employees curtisy and how to say were sorry for any inconvince.

Burger King gift cards not working but have a balance.

I received 3 gift cards in December . The cards total $55.00. The cards have balances but will not scan. I called the number on the back of the cards [protected]). This was back on February 18. I gave the rep the numbers on the back of the cards. She stated the cards have balances and I could still use them at the BK. I explained that I try several times and had no luck. She said she could mail out new ones. I did not receive any phone calls or the cards in the mail.. I called again on 3-24. I still have not received any news or a call back. The rep said that they are still working on the problem. Please help.

Burger King Overcharged twice for food never ordered

We tried to order online two times, but the round circle kept spinning, so we backed out and tried to order again without any luck. so we called to let you know what happened and you assured us that we had not been charged. So we placed a new order and picked up the food. This happened on [protected]. On march 15th I went to my online banking and noticed we were charged 3 times. Two for the cancelled orders and once for the order we did receive. Please refund us the $89.76 for the food charges we never ordered or received. This is a 2nd request for refund.

I've been trying to participate in the surveys referenced on the back of the receipts, but the survey code is never at the bottom of my receipts and that includes the ones taped to the bags. I would greatly appreciate it if this issue could be resolved so that I can participate in the surveys to be eligible for free items with my purchases.

Burger King Food orders

Tonight 3/19 at about 5:45, I sent my husband for a fish sandwich and a large crispy chicken salad, he also ordered two small fries after the fact. When he got home and opened everything up there wasn't any chicken in the salad and the fish sandwich looked like someone had just thrown it together. Very disappointed! The fries were like a dollar menu order that they charged 6:46 for the two orders. Tried calling but couldn't get through, and my husband was so upset that he refused to go back, which is probably just as well because he was really upset. Burger King Spoiled Mayo packets

To whom it may concern.

On March 13, 2021 @ 3: 05 my husband picked up dinner @ your Alamogordo store. I applied the 2 mayo packets on my food we had gotten with our meals took a bit and found the mayo was spoiled. I called Burger King spoke with the manger, the manger then informed yes your right looking @ mayo packets and they are expired. I asked could he comp us 1 meal with our name for the next time we come in ? His reply was " you can bring the food back and we'll cook you another meal ". It's in the trash and it is a inconvenience to drive back. I informed him my husband and I eat once a week there and there had been issues with wrong order or lack of order and they had worked with this system. Answer was still no. When I asked for his name again, he said I told you already asked for his 1st and last name again he hung up on me. Tried calling no answer. Called your Corp # told would get back with me instead got a survey.

Tia branch manager at Burger King in medicine hat Alberta Canada is unprofessional, unfriendly, provides wrong information about the product she sells. The burger size in the picture is smaller than then Burger King whopper size and do not have the same toppings. According to Tia they are the same size and consist of the same toppings. This is false business practices and misleading product information.
