Went there a little while ago for snack. Taco was burnt n hard as a rock. Fries greesey n rubberie. Nuggets were like rubber n had so much grease on them. Cheese tots were terrible. This particular Burger King is ALWAYS slow. I've sat in the drive thru line for 20 minutes before my order is taken and I've also been inside and waited over 20 minutes to receive my order. The staff from management to other workers are either playing, complaining, or saying inappropriate things that should not be said in front of customers.
There needs to be additional training for management and all staff or the store should be closed. I should not have to wait 20-30 minutes for a "fast food" order.

Hi, I continuously keep coming back to this restaurant and I don't know why. I usually use the drive through. Everytime I come it's an off time and maybe 1 or 2 cars ahead of me( this time 3 cars) and the wait is ridiculous. Right now I've been waiting 9 minutes which is not very acceptable.
