I ordered 3 rodeo burgers and a choc shake. Im a regular I order that almost every day. The manager or the guy that helped me treated me like some [censored] person. They had me wait 20 min in the parking lot and I got so sick of waiting I pulled back to the window. Then he told me the fryer was down did I want cheese burgers instead I said no I will just take the shake I dont want cheese burgers. That made him angry and he gave me my money and I asked for the shake he said no you can leave. That guy should of never worked as a manager if he handles conflict that way. I should of never been treated like that he should of happily gave me the shake. I wasnt asking for anything free. I just wanted the shake and I already waited 20 min and they didnt even come out to tell me what was going on I had to go back thru the drive thru. And I come and order there daily. I am shocked that he treated me like this. I didnt yell or cuss I was very nikce about it. He should be at the least demoted if not fired. He cant obvously handle any complaints. It was the everett evergreen store 24687. Order 78 was my return slip. I think my order # originally was 75 or 76. Im not sure cuz I told them to keep the receipt.
Desired outcome: the manager at that location to be reprimanded and demoted or fired. he was a mexican guy. i didnt see a name tag. store #24687
