Hi,
On December 17 around 9:05 am, at the Burger King store in Garner NC (number 12979), hot coffee was wasted on my hand from the drive-through window. The employee passed the coffee to me from the drive-through window. The top came off the cup while it was being handed to me by the employee. The coffee burned my hand and spilled on the sleeve and the side of my suit coat. I returned to the store to talk to the manager. I was asking for my suit to be cleaned. The employee who wasted the coffee began to talk to me unpleasantly. There were two managers. The manager who was present during the incident, stayed seated at the cash register at the rear drive-through window. She stayed out of the conversation. I talked to a different manager who was not present and told me to come in on Monday to talk to that manager. I tried working it out with the people in the store. I feel slightly disrespected by the employee and the manager that I talked to. If I don't get the correct response from this form, I will consider more legal measures.
Regards,
William
