went into the restaurant at 5:17 pm on saturday 1/2/2010 with my family, we all ordered food, & I ordered a whopper meal with cheese for myself, well we went to sit down& there were no clean tables! cleaned it myself with napkins, then got the food, & mine looked like it had been run over by a truck, it had no cheese so I took it back to the counter & told the girl, she looked at me like I was crazy, then the two african american cooks were saying all kinds of crazy comments about me returning the burger, the manager took the burger & asked me if I wanted her to put cheese on it, I said yes I only wanted what I had already paid for. I took it back to the table & opened it up & it had tomatoes that were mush & the onions were so old they were clear, the bun was mushy & flat, well I decided I was no longer hungry for the whopper that I was craving, I took it back to the counter & told the manager I wanted a refund because the food was old, well then the 2 so called cooks in the back really started heckling then, the manager said I would need to sign the ticket & I told her that I didn't want the cooks to get my name because quite frankly I was scared that they might try to do something to me or my family. When we started to leave one of the cooks came up front & was staring & looking at us crazy, I will never be back ! I suggest that you do something about your employees, or close this store! I really hope that you care enough to read this comment because if burger king is run the right way the food is great!
