Bushnell Corporation N80 ION golf watch

Golf function button stopped working after a few rounds! Sent the watch to bushnell and they returned it with note- " no work done"
Guess they don't care? Buy other brands! Bushnell sucks!

Desired outcome: Stop buying bushnell

Bushnell Corporation Repair service non communication for over three months

Returned a Bushnell Trophy Cam to their HQ for assessment / repair using the the repair reference code provoded. This was expensive to post from the UK.
Proof of postage confirms the parcel was received and signed for on August 13th. Since then I have heard nothing and all my email enquiries have been ignored. UK Post Track Ref:LG847325911GB.

I`m increasingly concerned that I have not had a reply to any of my follow-up enquiries regarding the Bushnell Trophy Cam returned to you in July (see email trail below).
Your initial response quoted a door-to-door turnaround of 3-4 weeks. I appreciate I am contacting you from the UK and that this timeslot may double; but a reply to my messages in the
interim would have been reasonable, in my view.
I have post-office proof that the camera was signed for by your office and so I am assuming it is still in your possession.
If Bushnell are unable or unwilling to help with this matter, then I would appreciate it if someone would at least contact me to confirm this and arrange to have the camera returned.

Good morning,
Having not had a reply to any of my recent follow-up enquiries (see below); I am getting concerned that my TrophyCam returned for repair / service opinion made have been lost. The post office tracking information (again see below), does confirm it was received at your offices on August 13th so I was hoping to have had some sort of indication as to the status by now. I do appreciate that Covid is likely to be slowing the progress of operations etc., but a confirmation that you have received the camera and are considering the best course of action, would be appreciated.

Thank you for contacting Bushnell Customer Support. I'd be happy to help you with this question.
If you would like to send your product in, one of our technicians will review it and determine the warranty status as well as provide a quote for repair or replacement options. If it is within warranty, we repair/replace at no charge. If your product is outside of the warranty coverage we will either quote you a price for repairs or return your product with a promotional offer to replace it with a current production model at a discount. Our turnaround from door to door on repairs is 3-4 weeks.
If this item was purchased less than 30 days ago, many times it's faster to contact the retailer you purchased it from for exchange/return.

Below is a link to the Bushnell U.S. Repair site. It will have you create a repair ticket and provide additional details you'll need to ship your item to us.

Bushnell Corporation Bushnell Range Finder V3

Darrin Ackermann, Bushnell's Golf Support Customer Advocate Team Representative is horrible. His solution to help in regards to their products, beyond terrible. Please stay away from their product offerings as they do not want to help you and treat you like you did something wrong. My wife and I spent over $350 for our son on a Range Finder which only worked about 6 times before going bad.

User's recommendation: Stay Away, look at a different golf range finder from a better customer service oriented company.

Desired outcome: Send me a product that works!!!

Bushnell Corporation trail cam repair

I have been attempting to call Customer Service for several weeks and have literally called more than a dozen times. Each time, I've been placed on automated hold "waiting for the next available" agent. Having waiting more than a half hour numerous times, I've given up. They tell you to e-mail them, but conveniently list no e-mail address anywhere. They received my Trail Cam in early December and I have received no acknowledgement or info to date. I am trying to get some idea when it may be returned, but can reach no one. After reading all the poor customer service reviews, I'm beginning to agree that they're poor customer service is absolutely spot on. Just terrible and I will never buy another Bushnell product.

Bushnell Corporation customer service

I've made 2 attempts to contact Bushnell about their game camera products. The 1st time I submitted a question online... waited 2 weeks.. no one responded... So today I decided to call and see if I could get my questions answered. No luck. I had inquired about the thumbnail quality of their wireless game cam and wanted to know if they had posted any samples so I could review the quality... The response... "we don't do that" ... you can try googling it to see if anyone else has. REALLY... this is how you merchandise you products and service customer inquiries. I told Travis I'd have to check out some other vendors... "That's your right" ... Must've been close to quitting time and I was inconveniencing the customer service dept... So, yes I will check out other NON-BUSHNELL products and share my experience with Bushnell with others... I had seen other reviews complaining about customer service but you never know till you try...

I bought a Bushnell Onix 400 for the XM weather mapping feature. I spent an additional $ 150.00 for an XM weather account. It will not work on the Bushnell unit. Tech support told me that it is an XM problem, but another Garmin unit next to it works fine. There is No support for this product. XM has never even heard of it.
