Following my complaint below hereby an update:
So i received a call from Head Office regarding my complaint. They arranged with me to take my car in on Friday the 9th.
The manager their were not happy to see me obviously because i reported them to HO. He told me to leave my car there and arrange my own transport. He also "interrogated" me again on what happened, almost like he does not believe my story. I asked him why must transport be for my own cost. He phoned his Manager (whoever that is) and came back confirming its for my own cost.
I phoned HO and the lady told me Managers are in a meeting but will phone me back. 10h25 now and still no phone call. However after my call the manager at the branch asked me to stay while they fix the car, should only take an hour (est.). It was fixed within the time given. My point: Why did i have to go through all this trouble where he could have offered to fix it immediately instead of leaving the car there. Also no apology for the inconvenience, just told me sign forms and then gave me the car keys, rude and not pleasant at all!
I will not visit that branch again, they know nothing about how to treat a client.

Wheelnut broke off - I reported it when i came back from leave and i was told that nothing can be done as it is too long ago since the service. I explained that the only reason i reported it now is as we just came back from leave. I only discovered the wheelnut being missing on xmas day so not sure when it fell off. It could only have happened during the service as they were the only one's that worked on my vehicle. Wheel nut can't just fall out without anybody doing anything.
Final feedback from them is that they can't do anything about it so i have to repair it myself.
Will write it off as a very bad customer service experience.
