terrible experience
Care Credit does not consider triple payments each month as pre-payment and will ding you if you miss a monthly payment... even though you may be paid up several months ahead. Example: your monthly payment may be $67.00 and you pay each month $201.00. By logical reasoning, you're three months ahead, right? Wrong! don't skip the next months payment! They're wonderful people to deal with... Credit Care is a company sponsored by GE Money. My name is Frank and it isn't raining today. Good, I'm near 100 words... ok, ok, ok. ok.
Nasty call centre representatives. I wonder how they managed to hire such nasty ***. They kept billing me for f...ing late fees, despite my payments being larger than the min. requirement. The resps on the phone are both rude and arrogant. The worst customer service ever. I totally hated this darn company. I am going to complain them to BBB. I do not understand how they are allowed to deceive their customers so obliviously.
This company should be out of business. I googled it and encountered gazillion complaints about it. Ahh, I am so pissed after having talked to 3 nasty *** and having gone nowhere w/ those racist Texans.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

I am co-signer for my daughter-in-law through Care Credit. She had been set up for payments through the hardship program - and she was paying them - Care Credit dedcuted the $51.00 every single month for a year and then decided that she had not been paying the correct amount. So they dumped her into debt / collection - along with me being dumped. They say...

I have a balance of $41 on my Care Credit account. I was charged $29 late pmt. fee, being one day late and $38.59 finance charges on the $41. account balance. I was the test for my dental business to determine how well our patients would be treated at Care Credit.
I definitely will not recommend being associated with this type of company. This is highway robbery. I will make sure everyone I know knows not associate with that company.
I commend you! My dentist recommended Care Credit and apparently knew nothing about it. I was told the interest rate was 0%. I cancelled the card without using it and changed dentists. Unfortunately, the new dentist had the brochures in his waiting room. I plan to tell him about this website. Again, I commend you for caring about your patients beyond what is reflected in your accounts receivable.
scam, dishonest practices
I mailed my payment on June 7th with the payment not due until the 27th. They started calling me on the 20th asking where my payment was and asking me to make the payment over the phone (seems to be a regular practice). I told them it wasn't even due until the 27th, I had already mailed the payment (gave check #, amount, and date mailed), and I would not give my checking account info over the phone. I was getting at least one phone call a day, sometimes 3 or 4 a day, each time having the same conversation. On the 26th a lady called telling me that they still hadn't received my payment and it obviously wouldn't get there in time and if I didn't make a payment over the phone I would get a late fee charge. I told her I would not do that. I made the payment online at about 9 a.m. on the 27th (due date). She calls back around noon telling me I need to make the payment over the phone. I told her I made it online and she argued with me telling me she didn't show a payment had been made. I checked my email while on the phone with her and I had received a confirmation email and started reading her the confirmation #. She wouldn't even let me finish. She was trying to cut me off but I kept talking reading her the #. She just said thank you and hung up. On the 29th they credited the account with the amount of the check I had sent. This has happened before. They hold the check, call you and tell you that you have to make a payment because your check is not there and you will get charged a late fee, then after you make the payment they 'find' your check and deposit it. They are very insistent that payments be made on the phone. Most companies are fine with payments made online, but not Care Credit. You can't email them and when they call you they are all speaking in such thick Indian accents you can barely understand them. When I received my statement today showing what had happened I was very upset and called customer service. I asked the guy if Care Credit was trying to run a scam and he told me he was very offended personally. I told him that I didn't say him personally, I was talking about his company. He told me there was nothing he could do. The first time they held a check was at the end of the 12 month no finance charge period. All payments had been on time and they held the last check to make it late just so they could raise the finance charge from the on time charge to the higher late rate.
We have had Care Credit for a year now. I have never had to pay any interest since I have always paid off the balance before the promotional period ends. Make a purchase, make monthly payments through GEMoney Bank online, and there are no harrassments. I continue to use my card, figure out what the monthly payment for that purchase needs to be to be paid off during the promotional time, and my outgoing debt obligation is the same as if I would have paid cah for the services since I do not have to pay interest. I also get a boost in my FICO score by continuing to have a balance and make monthly payments.
If you take care of how you use the card, and be responsible about paying it every month, esepecially online to get a confirmation number, you can have a great card to help with larger expenses, boost your credit, and help balance your outgoing finances every month.
Care Credit is a great tool IF used wisely.
Why don't you pay online? I made all my payments to them online. I had no issues.
I am furious with Care Credit. I have never had a credit card that got mad when you overpaid. First payment was $25 and we paid $200 so I didn't pay the next month. Any credit card I have had just credits you. Well it turns out no matter how much you overpay you are still expected to pay the monthly minimum. I argued and was refunded. Now in Oct. I made a payment on the 6th and the date due was Oct. 27. I made another payment Oct. 30 for my Nov. 27 payment and I have received more than four calls a day informing me I am late. Even though I am not late they don't seem to be accepting that payment for Nov. They are just counting it as an extra payment and now they expect me to pay a late fee.
I am furious with this company and would like to know if I complain to the Better Business Bureau.
I know what you mean. My interest is more than I owe on the bill. I am on a fixed income and well got to have a roof over my head. Sorry my cat up and got sick then died. Come on over $800 due now, $300 or more in intrest. Ha! Good luck, I'll pay what I can when I can. Its not my fault I am where I am financially, I worked all my life and this is what happens when you can no longer support yourself cuz somebody is too obsessed over the all mighty dollar that even physically assaulting someone over money seems to be the right thing to do.
I really think an attorney should get involved with this company. They are doing illegal practices and completely misrespresenting their services.
I am going through the same thing right now

I made triple payments to this company for five months. The sixth month I get a bill with a late charge on it. Two days later I start receiving phone calls from a collection guy talking about making arrangements... What the hell? The fella says he wants to arrange direct payments... yeah right. I told them I will pay off the entire balance (11 months in advance) if they correct their mistake. The man said OK just this one time... I hung up the phone thinking alright, I have one more chance for them to screw up, and I am done? Forget that, don't deal with this company if you can help it. Who would think there is late charges on payments you do not owe?
They tried to rip me too. Beg borrow or steal whatever funds you need to to pay off original balance...no late late fees or interest. Send a CERTIFIED CHECK via CERTIFIED MAIL. Close any other links or accounts associated with these scammers. If they come after you, (which they probably will not because it will cost them more than you owe and they realize you did everything certified), have copies or your original payments, the certified check receipt and the certified mail receipt. This worked for me.

Please stop! Harrassing phone calls to these numbers or legal action will occur! Vivian Rego [protected] and [protected] these are school work numbers of my sister not the card holder and you are in violation calling them and at risk now of harrassment. Also stop phone calls and leaving messages on voice mail to the card holder : Barbra R. Bednar and her number is:[protected] please stop all harassing phone calls for collection purposes immediately. This has been going back and forth fro the past three months and with vigorous investigating i have found out I'm not the only one with difficulties in dealings with your phone operaters and supervisors! I am currently involved in communicating with all these other customers having the same problems with harassment and lies and improper rude treatments from your operaters and supervisors. STOP ALL HARASSING PHONE CALLS AND MESSAGES ON BOTH MY NUMBER AND MY SISTERS NUMBER AND VOICE MAILS. YOU HAVE BEEN DULY NOTIFIED BY PHONE, E-MAIL AND LETTERS TO CEASE THIS HARASSMENT IMMEDIATELY. A CLASS ACTION SUIT IS BEING INITIATED FROM 1000'S OF PEOPLE ACROSS THE CONTINENT AGAINST YOU AS WE SPEAK AND BECAUSE YOUR COMPANY REFUSES TO CO-OPERATE WITH ME IN MY PAYMENT ARRANGEMENT YOU LEAVE ME NO CHOICE BUT TO JOIN THEM. I, ADVISE YOUR COMPANY TO REFINE THEIR POLICIES AND TREATMENTS OF THE AVERAGE JOE. I MAY NOT BE IMPORTANT ALONE ENOUGH TO DEAL WITH BUT, STANDING ALONGSIDE THOUSANDS JUST LIKE ME I AM A FORCE TO BE HEARD. WHAT I DON'T UNDERSTAND IS WHY YOU REFUSE TO CO-OPERATE WITH A CUSTOMER WHO WANTS TO PAY HER MONTHLY PAYMENT INSTEAD OF SUIING? Once again I will continue to call your offices and try to lower my monthly paymment so that this matter can be resolved outside of court however until you do co-operate with me to lower my monthly payment to $40.00 a month until I start working again I will be in contact with the class action suit people. Did I get anyones attention there or are you all instructed to be rude and non-obliging for the dollar? You cannot get blood from a stone! Very upset, Barbra R. Bednar
I have only one thing to say about Care Credit. They have very unfair practices. As a former cardholder, my account was up to date and paid off. I had a Joint Account with my mother. I had to have oral surgery to which I charged a little over $1700.00 on my Carecredit. I made payments then decided to pay the balance off in full. A month after I paid it off, just because I had not used the credit line ($5, 000) in over a month, they all of a sudden decided to close my account, for no good reason. And then they gave me some lame excuse saying all of a sudden that I no longer qualified for credit from them and that was AFTER I paid the balance off in full. Excuse my french but that is BS, and very unfair, like my money isnt good enough for their damn company. They then gave me another lame excuse saying they had to close my account because we both had to re-qualify? WTF? why? My account had been open for a year and a half and now they were saying we did not qualify and my mom was making $5, 000 a month and I am Self employed and making about 1000.00 a month. The people who run this company are nuts. If 5, 000 a month all of a sudden doesnt qualify me for a credit card then there is definitely something wrong with their thinking. Either that or my money just isnt green enough for them.
And Now that I am making even better money, I cant find anyone to give me any credit to have my teeth fixed and I need oral surgery bad and I have to have IV Sedation to have my teeth worked on. I need all of my teeth taken out and I need dentures, the kind that snap in. I have a very bad credit score because of bills I havent ;paid from years ago. If there is anyone reading this that knows of a company that would be willing to work out some payment arrangements with me as far as financing for oral surgery or dentures goes, would you please contact me at : kayerobinson1@yahoo.com. I am in the Tacoma, WA area. I am a female.
Jared, you are the IDIOT, you mooron! I guess you've never fallen on hard times...your day is coming...just keep living.
CARE CREDIT SAYS CLIENT CAN PAY ANY AMOUNT EQUAL OR MORE THAN THE MONTHLY MINIMUM. IF THIS IS THE MINIMUM, THEN NO OTHER CHOICE.
unfortunately, thats not how credit cards work...just because you cant afford your monthly payment, that doesnt mean creditors should bend over backwards for you and make the payment lower for you just because that reason, being unemployed is hard, unfortunately, amex, discover, visa, and even mastercard dont give a crap if you cant pay your bill. and what gives you the right to sue some one because you agreed to pay a specific amount (3% of the avg daily bal) which is lower than most creditors...(3.5% - 4% avg daily bal). care credit should be the one suing you...what the heck is going on through your idiotic mind?!?!?
billing scam!
I had dental implants done, with treatment starting in September 2007. The dentist office offered 0% financing through GE Money (Care Credit). I set up a recurring payment through my Online Banking service to pay the balance in 12 equal installments on the 5th day of each month (3 days prior to the due date of the original invoice). Within 3 months, I was being charged a "late fee" of $39 per month, even though my payment was sent on the 5th day of each month, for well above the minimum payment requested. When I finally noticed the late fee charges, I contacted customer services and was told that the fees could not be waived since I had 3 consecutive late payments. When I asked how the payments could be late, when the 0% financing only required me to pay in full by Sept of 2008, the response was that I had to make a minimum payment within the billing cycle, which was actually 24-days, not a full month, which resulted in my "late" payments.
This is a deliberate tactic to scam consumers hoping they will be late so they can charge extra fees. Obviously, I should have read their boilerplate on the back of the invoice, rather than listen to my dental office personnel.
FYI: My dental office has confirmed their understanding that the credit plan does not require set payments, only that payment is made in full by the end of the term. So, there is a breakdown somewhere. I will never recommend use of this credit plan to anyone, or utilize it for myself again. I would prefer to pay in full or pay interest rather than deal with bad-faith financial institutions like this one!
You actually did not need to read the small print on the back it says on the first page of your statements when your payments are due and that you have to make atleast a minimum monthly payment and have your promo bal paid off by the due date in order to not have the finance charges added. It kills me how many people are so quick to point a finger but then admit that they did not read their statements. Its really not that hard.
terrible experience!
I had Lasik done in December and revived 0% financing through GE Money (Care Credit) Tried to set up a recurring payment with them on their web site to pay the balance in 18 equal installments but they said they can't do it. They can only charge the min each month, which decreases over time, or pay the balance which defeats the purpose. Every credit card...

I was being charged for a class i was not participating in. Charges kept occurring after canceling loan for 2300- now over 3000.dollars.
If it makes you feel better, they got me for over $2000! I should have read the fine print. In this case, it was a 2 year interest free loan with GE Money for a Sleep Number Mattress. I had a baby and missed the final payment by one week. I didn't realize at that time that they then get you for ALL 2 years of finance charges. I was considering using CareCredit for dental work I need done but as soon as I read complaints like yours and learned they loan through GE I've decided I'll just have to come up with the money another way. Mind, that was $2000 in just interest. My stomach hurts just thinking about it.
I HAVE FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BBB FOR FINANANCE CHARGES FOR BEING LATE ON MY LAST PAYMENT. I PAID IN FULL TWO WEEKS LATE OF MY CUT OFF DATE FOR FREE INTEREST. YOU ARE NOW CHARGING ME $786.00 FOR THE INTEREST OF THE WHOLE LOAN INSTEAD OF INTEREST OF THE REMAINING PAYMENT OF $381.50

scam and cheating!
On November 20 I sent a check to Care Credit in the Amount of $ 1100.00 and they cashed it as $ 11000.00 which was my banks fault as well as Care Credit for not paying attention. As of today which is Jan 10 I am owed $ 9900.00 do you think I can get that back NO they say it has to be searched first it cleary states on my statement that I over payed them which now can take up to 45 days to get back and has already been two months I will never deal with them again and I suggest no one does either. Now I had get an Attorney which I will send them the bill for that. They are a pretty sad company I will be telling all of the Medical offices where I live not to deal with them and hopefully people will listen, Hope this makes sense!

I just got this credit card and want to use it in 2 days. After reading all the bad comments, I'm afraid to use it.
unfair collection agency
I received a care credit card to pay for medical bills that I couldn't afford. GE money bank care credit account for $1000,00. I used the card and kept up with the payments and was always on time, until I got very ill and became unable to work. I now have a yearly income which is $7,000.00. I only see $4,500.00 of that money because of doctor bills, medicine, over the counter drugs etc.. all of these things are not covered by my medical insurance company. I've been sick now for 6 years. I'm just now recovering from brain tramia. This company is calling me everyday all day. They are asking for me to pay the account off in full. I tried to make payments to them to the best I could. I told them how much money I get a year to live on ,but they tell me they don't care. I received A credit report. they have on my credit report that I owe them $1,800.00. The last payment to them from me I owed them $900.00. I closed the account and they won't stop adding more money to the account. I've tried everything to get help. I have made payments to them for 6 years and still owe them money. I didn't know they were putting my payments on the extra charges they continue to put on my account. I've paid them well over $700.00, but they just keep harassing me. They call all day everyday I can't even answer my own phone. I'm bed reiddin most of the time. I now turn off my answering machine so not to hear their long messages. Help! How can they be aloud to do this ? Where is the fairness where are the people or places we can turn to for help? I would really like to be a part of a group that ban together to fight these companys. I CAN ONLY HOPE SOMEONE WILL READ THIS AND CONTACT ME TO DO SOMETHING TO HELP CONSUMERS TO BE HEARD AND MAKE A DIFFERENCE. I can be reached at [protected]@insight.rr.com or [protected].

sneaky little rules!
I paid care credit on time every month, so I was pretty surprised when I found out that late payment charges of 29 dollars was being applied to my bill each month. I called Care Credit and they explained to me that any payments made the during the first 5 days of a month are counted as payment for the last month. Because I made each payment at the first of the month, I was penalized! I do not feel I was adequately informed of this rule. By implementing this policy, Care Credit managed to gain 87 extra dollars from me. I can only imagine how much money they are making off the rest of their customers with this sneaky little rule.
I have a few promotional balance with different end dates on my care credit card. I have been paying all along and my automatic payments have been going to the one that ends the soonest, until today, the first one ends in a week so they applied it to one that ends later forcing me to pay extra to pay off the soonest one. I will call when they open Monday but from last experiences with this company, they will not be able to reapply the payment to the correct charge until next billing cycle. That would mean I wouldn’t have paid in full and they can charge me all the back interest. No way, I will use my line of credit if I have to and pay the whole thing off rather than screw around with this company anymore.
l feel that l am being ripoff everytime my balance goes down payment goes up, what a rip off l'll never deal with care credit, once my balance .
They are horrible so deceptive the "promotion purchases" is a complete scam. Those transactions are treated separately so you should be making multiple payments each month one on regular transactions plus one for the "no interest for a year" transaction! They don't explain it at the Dental Office or Vet just would you like zero interest for one year? This company though the name changed needs to be sued AGAIN!
This company is charging over and above the amount. The account was for 18 months or 24 months from a dentist office. I called them for a pay off balance in july. They gave it to me. Then i got a call after it was paid saying i owed another amount. They were going to charge me interst for a paymrent deferred payment. I spoke to them and they said if i paid them over the phone $292.33, i would be paid in full. Now they say i owe $876.86 again. Then i called back again and they said i still owe them $ 150.00 today i got a bill from them saying i still owe $ 876.86 again ! I am not going to pay them money after i paid them off august 18th 2009
WOW ... this company truly redefines the old "carpetbagger" definition. Unbelievable. In this economy, in this day and time when so many people are struggling just to keep their jobs and their homes Care Credit finds it appropriate in their business practice to charge a 19% recurring interest. So they send you a monthly bill for $22.00 on a balance of $650 but little to so many unsuspecting consumers realize that out of that $22.00 being paid, 75% of it is going towards their finance charges. In the end, a balance financed of $500.00 ends up costing twice as much.
I tried calling this company to resolve this issue ... shortly after I lost my job. I spoke with Kelvin who purported himself to be a supervisor. He offered a 3 month payoff with interest still accruing but said that the account was closed. I had a balance at the time of just of $500.00. This was 3 months ago. I got a bill today of $810.00 ... which was fed by the insane interest charges that they apply each month.
I am still waiting for this illustrious 3 month payment plan that the supervisor, Kelvin, offered but ironically (and typically) when I call no one knows what I am talking about.
I submitted a complaint with the BBB today ... we will see what happens. But I warn anyone out there who is looking for an alternative to pay for the rising costs of "out-of-network" or "out of parameter" medical procedures to beware of Care Credit. Don't get caught with their application and pen in your hand for you will be signing away your savings.
OK, so last month I called in to do a payoff, I was told I wasn't qualified ( because I have never missed a payment...bad customers apparently get the good programs) to do it so I was offered a 4 year program with no interest and a payment of 100 a month. I ACCEPTED because I thought it was a great alternative to what I had. I get my statement and it doesn't reflect any change. I called back and was transferred in a black hole of unhelpfulness. I was put on another "program" that offered a 10% APR (which is normal) for six months..(seriously..how the heck is six months going to help me) I did not ask to be put on this program and it was never offered to me...an "account manager" who said they were bringing my case to a supivisor and they would call me back put it on my account without even talking to me. I found out when I called back because I never received a call back like I was told I would. This is a not good business practice...apparently if they take me off the program they can't put me back on and since this is the program they put me on they can't give me the one they originally offered me. So basically they *peep* *peeped* me behind my back so they didn't have to give me what they originally promised. SO corrupt. I originally began using care credit because I had upper and lower jaw surgery and needed to have some exstensive dental work after the surgery and didn't want to look like an alien because I couldn't afford the work. I used the program and paid they payment the requested..little did I realize they weren't requesting the correct amount for a payoff and because I was a thousand dollars shy of my payoff they put over TWO THOUSAND dollars of back interest back on my loan...:( I could cry typing that. This has been such a horrible experience and Care Credit's lack of support or real help has only made the experience so much worse. I honestly haven't even touched base at all the trouble I have experienced with them.
This card was suppose to be design to help pay for medical expenses. They are a RIP OFF. my monthly min. due is 123.00, they charge me over 100.00 a month in interest for a 4, 000.00 bill. This is an onging thing that you can never pay them off. They include a phone number on the statement to help you pay your bill through consolidtion. Once you sign with their choice of colidation, they refuse to accept it and then they chage you late fees for sending in the amount the consolidator ask...Then they have people to harrass you from 8am to 8;55pm. Most of the people do not speak English clearly; yet have the nerves to threathen you.TOTAL RIP OFF. FOR YOUR OWN HEALTH DO NOT SIGN UP WITH GE MONEY aka CARE CREDIT
I accidentally incorrectly entered one of the numbers on my checking account for the auto pay feature. They never contacted me to tell me my payment did not go through. The first contact I had was with a collections agency telling me I was past due and my interest rates had been raised from the 2-year interest free plan to 30%!
DO NOT USE CARE CREDIT!
This company is a spam! They get you to open the card at 0% for 12 months and they tell u that everything after that is deferred interest! Well if you're not familiar with that term, I'll have to say that it's basically the modern way of stealing money! After your 12 month is over if your balance is not paid in full, they will hit you with a huge ridiculous amount with might even be more than the balance that you owe because they have been charging you interest since day 1 and they have been adding all the interests even if you paid your monthly payment and have applied it to you now! I have been a victim and I have a high credit score so when I called them they told me that I will have to pay that amount because this explanation had been in the fine prints! So I paid everything at once to not hurt my credit ut my advice to you is : That if you have to use your 20% APR credit card to pay for your medical needs do it because at the end, you will be charged less with your credit card than with care credit! Having this card was one of the WORST experiences in my life and I'm sharing this so you wouldn't be a victim!
The complaint is that Ge money sent the entire amount of the credit applied for for dental services that were being considered for work. However my wife did not have the work done by that dentist and the care credit place (GE Money) Sent the dentist the entire amountt and has been harrassing us and also sent bad remarks to our credit scores.

I accidentally had my bill pay set on Pacific Standard Time and they are an Eastern Standard Time company. Therefore I was late paying my bill by a matter of 3 hrs. It was definitely my mistake but they were not at all understanding when I called, and were very robotic in their answers. They would not stray from their resolute answers, and even tried to upsell me on a protection package! I do not recommend dealing with his company, they do not treat you like a human being. Their lack of empathy and judgmental attitudes make me angry just thinking about it.
I tried to pay aggressively on my CareCredit last month, and their website deleted a "0" on my checking account. The company never telephoned or e-mailed me of the problem. They instead charged an additional $58.00. When I asked to speak with a supervisor I received without a doubt the rudest person I have encountered in customer service. "Dawn" would discuss nothing with me, and threatened to disconnect because I asked her name twice: "I already gave you my name at the beginning of the call" she tells me..."I am the highest person you can speak with on the phone."... I asked her for an address to complain and she again threatened to hang up on me..."I am going to disconnect."...Where is the phone courtesy of letting the customer hang up the phone first? Not to mention the outright customer abuse, financially and otherwise.
Does anybody remember the line from "The Rainmaker"? Well, GE Money has got the insurance / customer services runaround scam down.
I wired my final payment to them (over $9, 000) for my CareCredit account within the 4-day grace period to avoid exorbitant interest charges. They acknowledged receipt of that payment to my bank. They then proceeded to spend the next four months harassing me with phone calls, 4 - 5 times / day, and letters to my home a couple of times per week. They attempted to tack on late fees on top of the phantom interest charges. I am sure they were hoping that I would get tired of their harassment and just pay the money. No go Joe.
I called customer service four times and even had them send a letter in early January to confirm that I owed them no money. They did not want to do this and even aid they could not. I insisted that they do so, asking for a handwritten letter signed by the representative if she could not generate one through the system. I stayed on the phone until I was 100% assured it was sent. I received that letter on 1/6 and have it in my hand. Funny, I received a letter that they claimed at first that they could not generate.
The final straw occurred today when I received a call from a vulture-like collection group within GE Money (outsourced to India, BTW), where Is poke to an inept customer service representative and then her supervisor, named Calvin. He proceeded to call me a liar and, even though I read the letter to him, insisted that I send the letter to him via fax or mail even though it came from HIS company. I demanded an apology, which he did not give to me.
So, back I went to customer service and then again to the same vulturous collections group and finally got a rather terse, but helpful U.S. representative who claims to have cleared out the account. We shall see.
After more than 10 hours of work to get this cleared out, if it happens again or if there is a blemish on my credit score, they will be sued. Does anybody know if there is a class-action suit pending that I can join?
I have let all my health care providers know about their scam and at least a couple have stopped offering the service to their customers. Be warned...DO NOT use this service unless you have lots of time to spend correcting their mistakes or good legal representation on retainer.
i am too... i just talked to the rep and he said that the due date fluctuates so my automatic bill pay did not work! ###ing thieves!
I am so glad to hear that I am not the only one who has had this horrible experience. I never could get a person that could help me- phone or mail.
Same problem..."Dawn" never sees the light!
