My card was stolen on February 28th I called an cancelled my card. They said I have to wait 7 days to file dispute. So I filed police report and filed dispute in 7 days I was very clear what happened how much it was and that I received a new card. They filed a dispute on the wrong transaction and I been calling and emailing for 3 months now trying to get it resolved. Their website says 0 liability for fraud I followed all the correct measures and steps and still haven't got my money back.

It's looking good on my behalf, I turned down my first offer on 3/8/24, which was more than I was expecting back.
To all who have been victims of this crap card Comdata, I have been a victim to fraud as well using this card and had a few thousands of dollars that was hacked from my account, I reached out to the fraud department and was denied my claim after 3 weeks of providing all proof of unauthorized transactions, I even filed a police report and submitted to these people and my claim was still denied, they said based on their investigation they find my claim to be insufficient, so I hired me an attorney and the money they refuse to refund me quadrupled.
I am here to help recover your funds that was taken from your account, by providing you with my Lawyer that's working on my case, he has already stated, that if I can get a few people that are victims to step forward, we can get a class action lawsuit going.

Debit card refund missing
On 8/25/23 I made a purchase using my Comdata debit card at Bomgaars in the amount of $25.96. On 9/8/23 I returned some of the items purchased on 8/25/23 in the amount of $12.77. I just checked my account balance and the $12.77 has yet been credited to my account. Why hasn't it been credited to my account? I've provided a copy of both the original purchase & the refund.
Desired outcome: Get the refund credited to my account
We use comdata fuel cards
This is the second time we have had fraud on cards in the past 4 months all cards are set to day limits and we get the day limit. Then states away the card will be used for 4 to 500 hundred over limits Which I don’t understand what y’all have to investigate because the card has already been used over set parameters. So should be pretty easy to see it i...
Read full review of ComdataDirect deposit lies/incompetent customer service representatives. Go with a direct reputable bank
I’ve had comdata for years mostly small minor issues but nothing to take the cake. They rejected my direct deposit from an outside source bc I needed to update something on my account at first they couldn’t see the deposit it didn’t come yet then someone else said oh yeah it rejected bc I needed to update something with my account they were able to update it on there end so I had them resend the deposit to my account and they assured me several times the deposit would go thru no issues this time as several different days I called to make sure I had the reassurance I had bills to pay kids to fed then comes the day of the deposit again I had to wait a week for the funds to be received mind you and the moment of truth comes they rejected because the amount was to big which is [censored] bc I’ve received bigger just months prior nobody takes responsibility pass around the blame. [censored] this company associates to supervisors just shutdown
Desired outcome: I want y’all out of business I want corporate to take a look at how the company does business and reevaluate their strategy
Fintwist
Called customer service on May 20, 2023 because my online account is blocked. I haven't used the account in 9 months or so because I was working through a staffing agency but got hired on so I no longer needed the paycard. The customer service rep asked for my card number, name and social security number but still wouldn't reset my online account. She seemed to be getting upset because she was offering me a list of transactions and deposits when all I needed was the last check stub/employee number to file taxes. Def wouldn't recommend this card service. They try to make a huge deal out of nothing. If I can tell you the name, ssn, card number and phone number associated with my account, you can most def send me a reset code to my phone or email on file. Lazy.
Please pull customer service by the customer service representatives
I am filing this complaint In regards to the Pittsburgh performance by the customer service representative I have some money taken from my account on 3 23 23 and the amount of $160 my case number is 5180085 This Is in reference to a withdrawer I tried to make from my all points ATM on Jonesborough road they have reimbursed me my money but they're saying it did not take up to 21 days for them to take my money and I am demanding that my money be sent to me ASAP and someone from corporate office hire up contact me [protected] or Thomas [protected]@gmail.com
Desired outcome: Contact that by a corporate office executive from corporate office
Fraud
On January 26, 2023 there was a transaction made for 400 dollars under my account. I caught it right away, because of the city it was made from and the amount never was near that city that day, good thing I’m always checking my transaction on the app. So I call customer service to file a dispute, they told that the investigation may take up to 60 days. About two weeks after, they email me saying that my dispute was denied do to insufficient evidence. I'm so mad, I don’t know what to do. I need some help.
I feel ya.. I’ve Ben cardholder since 2006 . There forever declining my purchases due to insufficient funds whenever there’s like 5 dollars left I can rarely access the money for gas or food items desperately needed. So long story short thousands of dollars in 17 years of that. Also they more than once probably 8 times since 06 they’ve authorized 100 200 from places I’ve Never Authorized or given numbers etc. online places that probably hacked through Wi-Fi somehow. They also emailed and said I Authorized it so the company gets to keep money they stole. I know I need to arrange other payment method but I seriously just haven’t had time to mess with it through my nursing job where I work. I am now though finally doing too. I totally dislike this comdata/fun twist/ shady/liars so they can get you off the phone and email you that your screwed again.
I am still trying to get this resolved. If I do I will come back here.
Mine is even worse, someone used 7k of my money and they denied my disputes when I have all the evidence.
Unauthorized charges
On October 7th I called to dispute 2 charges on my card each charge was 55.00 a piece and was told that it would take 21 business days to get a responses and it is now January 20 2023 and still no answer or got my money back and I call at least 3 times a day and the email address to the fraud department comes back as not a valid email. Crystal Krevs
Desired outcome: I would like my 110.00 back
We should all band together find where they work and flog them it could be done
Warn the public globally, not to trust comdata and to pull all your money out as quickly as possible.
I have a similar story of Comdata.com not refunding me for Master Card fraud on a card Comdata.com had issued to me through an employer EmployGig.com.
I looked up my used vehichle's VIN number on the internet and was offered a full report for $1 by VehicleStory.net (aka DataReports) along with a promise to never charge any more than the $1. So I gave them my credit card Master Card number issued through Comdata.com & EmployGig.com
The report only told where my vehicle had been manufactured and sent to the first dealerish when it was new. I already had all that information in the Owner's Manual. The site VehicleStory.net offered that I could download the report for $23.95 but I declined to download because it contained no information I wanted.
Nonetheless, I got charged the $23.95 without my knowing, until 2 days later an email arrived congratulating me on becoming a member with a monthly membership of $23.95 (Welcome to DataReports!
Hey Beverlee! Thanks for ordering your first report. We've included a link to your member portal login. If you have any questions, feel free to reply to this email, and a member of our support team will get back to you within a few hours. Reply to this email, [protected]@vehiclestory.net or call us any time at +[protected]).
I replied Cancel and received an email from Alec at [protected]@vehiclestory.net confiming that I would be refunded within 5 day.

I did not download the report. It had nothing in it that I didn't already have. Nonetheless, you charged my CC USD23.95. That was false advertising. I am calling my CC on Monday to have this charge reversed. That was very dishonest of you to trick people into believing they would only be charged $1.

However, either VehicleStory or Comdata, but obviously BOTH companies are lying, because Capital One or Chase would have refunded my $ and gone after VehicleStory themselves.
You can be certain that Comdata, VehicleStory, EmployGig and EmployGig's parent company Prologistix will change their Companies' names and continue with these scams to rob the working class each time enough people know the name of the last company to have scammed them.
Desired outcome: Master Card should never have given Comdata the opportunity to issue credit cards with the MC logo.
Comdata payroll debit card
Cancelled a comdata card because of unauthorized charges. I was sent a brand new card. 6 months later while buying groceries my card is declined. I am locked out of my account completely. I call customer service and I am told the card I had previously cancelled had been reactivated. All of my personal information had been changed, address, phone number, online access user email and password. The card I cancelled 6 months earlier that they reactivated, was sent to an address in Miami and $2600 was taken from my account. How does a responsible company reactivate a card like that. I am 100% certain it was an inside job. I have not heard from comdata in a month. Every time I call they tell me a supervisor will call back and I never get called back. Comdata Phone systems have now been down for 3 days directing you to online services, which I am still locked out of.
Desired outcome: I want my $2600 back and I want them to figure out who reactivated that old card.
COMDATA FUEL CARD fraud
Our company had our fuel card charged over $5k at the same location in a short time frame clearly fraud. We closed the card account and contacted Comdata with the fraud complaint. Was told to complete a dispute form and fraulent charges. Form submitted was told it was take up to 15 days for investigation. Did not hear from them for an entire then received an email that the case was closed without reason. Contacted comdata AGAIN and told I had to submit another dispute form. This initially happened 1st week of August. Its October and still no response from Comdata. I believe Comdata is stealing money from customers and waiting for people to lose hope. Reporting them ASAP!
Desired outcome: Return the all the money that we did NOT charge PERIOD!
Wow! After reading other complaints, this is horrid!!!
In July, I handed my niece my card and laptop and let her order her birth certificates she need, 3 of them; almost $150. Time went on and I received her ss cards but no birth certificates. I told her to check her email and see the time allotted, "I never got one Auntie" was the response. I told her it was no biggy, my bank would take care of it, as I had 2 prior issues in the ...years...I've held my account and there was no hassle, they were very understanding and had my money returned quickly. I disputed the charges immediately and explained in the initial dispute that I hadn't received so much as a confirmation email from the company. I received an email from the "dispute department" requesting additional information; tracking info, correspondence with the company, attempts at rectifying. HUH? I responded immediately then called customer service and got the run around. "Email the dispute dept" was my only resolve given. I emailed again, a more detailed email. Waited 2 weeks and here I am 2 hours later on hold, oh wait, he hung up. So now I'm calling again. 2 hours later I was told to email again. Ok, when do I call If they don't respond again? Ask them in the email! (I was irritating him Ed-Account 'Supervisor' employee#770131. Huh? Ok...so in the event they don't respond...when? Ask in the email! So, I just asked for the number to headquarters and was asked for all of my information, I asked why? Proceeded to tell me she couldn't access it without proof of account ownership, I complied to hear that she isn't authorized to give me the number of the people holding my money? I asked how I would go about getting it, she didn't know... I asked her if I could google it (as I'm LOOKING at the number) she responded I "could try" WOWWWWW, looks like I should pull my money into my other account, this is disgusting! This is insanely shady yall, I'd suggest yall pull up another account too. In my 44 years, I have NEVER heard of a financial establishment doing anything like this. Absolutely unheard of! Your integrity as a company should lie in your card holders as well as flagging these companies so they can't steal anymore but apparently, it's open season on comdata card holders, SICK! If you're goin belly-up have some and tell your customers, we have no desire to flop with you nor any loyalties holding us to do so... your company wasn't my choice... Apparently even southern hospitality is dead too, my mama is rolling in her grave! May karma serve as deserved!
Desired outcome: my 150 that a scam site swiped my account for. Integrity instilled back into humanity! At this point proof that Comdata has zero ties/affiliations with the company who stole from me.
Sounds just like my experience. If you try to escalate your complaint over the phone (Comdata Network, Inc. 5301 Maryland Way Brentwood, TN 37027 Or Fax Legible Copy to: [protected] Attn: Research Dept.), the meek phone representatives are not allowed to put you through to a supervisor, nor tell you the phone number of anyone above them. FINTWIST/Comdata.com MasterCard holders are being completely screwed out of their money, as told on this and various other scam reporting web sites. The parent company MasterCard should have NEVER allowed Fintwist or Comdata to use the MC logo. Comdata absolutely GHOSTS their card users. Don't forget, they have your checking account number, and could clean out your savings at any time. Another complaint I read, a woman's closed Comdata MC account was mysteriously re-opened and $2,600 transfered from her new Comdata MC card over onto her old card and then spent in various places in Miami, FL where she had never traveled to. Just like ComputerShare company also opperates by stealing from clients and never following through with withdrawl requests.
comdata card for gas reimbursement
My name is Lillie Goble. My sister in law Jessica Gobel takes me to the dr but she lost her comdata card and she and I both have contacted them 3 times in the last 2 days trying to get another card issued. I don't want to file a complaint but I will. What do I need to do to get my money? I faxed a trip log in Tuesday but no way to get my money. Li llie Goble Medicaid number [protected]
Desired outcome: Issue Jessica a new card to put my money on there, all of it as I know several people they have cheated out of gas reimbursement
unauthorized credit card charges
My name is Maximino Alfaro, I work for Baker Concrete Construction, I being calling Comdata since May That may card was Charged at a Fiesta Mart Store in Houston Tx for $200.00 and they got another transaction of $200.00 I did Call and make the complint with this incident and they said there were going to have and answer in 30 day, 3 months went by and I haven't had no answer until today 8/27/2022. Please check my account and see when I am going to get this money back.
Desired outcome: I'd appreciate a response to know when I will get my refund
Fraud dispute
This card was supplied to me when I started donating plasma. I was saving for a vacation and had quite a bit saved on there. My purse was stolen and someone was able to use all of my funds on that card. They have a dispute department and said they would do an investigation and get back to me within 21 days. It has been over 2 months, I have heard nothing. I have called every week being told the same thing...that there are no notes or results from my dispute…I've sent emails and spoke to supervisors and no one can help me or tell me anything, and my emails are ignored! It's like they are just going to ignore it entirely!
Desired outcome: To get a resolution on my dispute. If an investigation is actually done then it’s easy to tell this was fraud and I’d like my stolen funds reimbursed.
Can see my Comdata check
First it took me three months to get the checks that I paid for. Then every time I cash them they got me up on a 108 in the bank which is basically like fraud. I have to call and talk to people that barely know how to speak English add that barely know the procedures they hang up on me. They put a hold on my check I'm fitting to stop using Comdata check.. y'all really need new management y'all are going downhill fast and y'all don't know how fast you going. Cuz as a black man you really embarrassing me if I got to go in a bank about a check make people think in stealing my money.
Desired outcome: Either y'all get y'all act together or I'm going to put a petition out to shut down all down and I'm going to call the Better Business Bureau
Customer Service/Credit Department
We have had a horrible time recently with your company. We can not get anyone on the phone to go over our account with us. Your credit department provided confirmation of a large credit we have on our account and yet it was still applied incorrectly and lead to our credit being cut WITHOUT WARNING might I add. I have attempted MANY times over the past 3 months to get a full account summary and every time I try to pull them from the website like I am told they are blank and no one will advise. No one answers emails, you get directed to multiple different people and are transferred in circles. JACKIE - needs to be fired she is EXTREMELY RUDE every time I have gotten her. She has told me specifically that we do not owe anything at this time and that credits where applied to the correct invoices and our payments have been applied out when in fact they have not! She never says have a nice day or goodbye she just hangs up the phone. I have had MULTIPLE people jut hang up on me, which is extremely unhelpful. I am not sure what is going on with the company but our account needs to be handled. Clyde, Vonda sent me 2 reports that reflect different things and they were not in order and not correct but were just copied and pasted into an email. Then we I replied back I did not receive and answer in return. I tried to explain the credits on our account were large and she continues to say " we show you have this past due and this is what our system shows and we only go by our system" She repeated the same information instead of helping us resolve the issue at hand. There is a few account reps whose mail boxes are full and are unable to leave a voicemail with. Rhonda is one of them that I got transferred to multiple times and the line would just disconnect. After being on hold and transferred around for 2 hours I gave up. It is very frustrating when I can provide all the back up that is needed in one simple email and it can not be handled.
See attached picture of how our credits SHOULD HAVE BEEN APPLIED AND PARTIALLY WERE CORRECT. I even let it go that the $14.40 was not removed from our account in which SSAFORD advised it would be TWICE! and they instead applied credit to it. Which is very frusterating
Desired outcome: I would like an written apology. Id like to go over our accounts with someone invoices, payments received and where they were applied, and the credits we have in detail from 01/01/22-03/21/22. And a refund of overpayment past dues.
I do not recommend Comdata to anyone. They do not post payments when they are paid, they list you as a High Risk Customer even though you have paid on time. When you try to call and threaten to cancel the credit card they say they are so sorry and want to help. They check your account and realize they have screwed up and give you a credit, but don't apply the charges to the credit balance. Then they send out collection letters You call them and try to get help and you are told they will check into it and escalate this because they understand. They say they will call you back, but never do. I have called them so many times I can not even remember my account is still a mess. I will not continue to use this card. I am completely disappointed and fustrated in their service. CW Austin Company Inc, Connie Gamblin cwaustinco@gmail.com
Comdata Loadable Plasma Card Fraud
I had a Comdata, loadable, plasma card. Fraud occurred on it in another state. $569 gone. I called them less than 15 hours after it happened. This was in November 2021. I've spoken to five phone reps, filled out reports, emailed the fraud department. NO RESPONSE. I've never received my money back. If you want to protect your employees, do not use this company.
Desired outcome: I want my money back.

Hey, it seems like dealing with Comdata has been really frustrating. Since your dispute hasn't been resolved correctly, consider escalating the issue. You might want to ask for a supervisor or manager next time you call. Make sure to have your dispute details, police report, and any communication records handy during your call to clarify the situation. Persistently following up and speaking with higher-ups often helps resolve such issues. If calls and emails don’t work, try reaching out through their social media platforms for a more direct and possibly quicker response.
