In about Nov. 2021, my fiancé and I went to Diamond Braces Clifton for aligner consultation which they said is free. They took some photos. No consultation was provided, we didn't see any doctor. They didn't tell us any process nor procedure about how our teeth will be fixed. They asked for our insurance. Then they made us sign a paper saying that it's only for care credit application incase we use their services even though we specifically informed them we are not sure about retaining their services. Then they said that it's not credit card. It's an application because you don't have insurance. We were given a representative with a language barrier. Magically we were charged 500$ for consultation with doctors and other reports which they claim for free on their website. No doctor ever checked our mouth nor our complicated cases for aligners. They fooled us by saying we need smilify for 2000$ each but had care credit for 10000$, 5000$ each without our consent. They provided with an agent who's language we couldn't understand and promised us that we will not be charged anything until we retain their services. They made us sign a paper while distracting us about care credit process which says we owe them 500$ for services we never received. DB has been cheating people of 500$ with lies of free consultation. They force you sign an agreement under care credits application without explanation and without any doctor's services. They provide a fake invoice for services listed as free on their website. None of the services as mentioned on their website as complimentary are provided save a chat with sales representative with language barrier who takes pictures and says I'm doctor and now pay us 500$ and sign this form for care credit and visit summary. There is no explanation provided towards the meaning of care credit. On BBB website that there are similar complaints about diamond braces cheating people. After many visits, requests, phone calls and multiple emails, they sent a fake invoice. There are no doctors in that "clinic" Just some sales agents who claim to be doctors and sell retainers as aligners and cheat people with fake agreement. A person named Denise, who claimed to be to the Head of Department or CEO of NJ DB promised to call us back in December 2022 with a resolution, but it's 2024 and her promises are as fake as their treatments.
Desired outcome: remove the fraudulent account from all credit bureaus.
