I was lied to over the phone by multiple agent's (who I find out work overseas). I currently have four different purchases with care credit. Two of the purchases are interest free for a promotional period and another is a standard purchase that needs to be paid off within a month of purchase. I was told by 4 different agents that I can call in a payment and have the money I pay be re-allocated to pay off the standard purchase first then the remaining payment would be applied to the no interest accounts. Today when I checked the purchase accounts the payment, I made last months was not applied to the standard purchase but instead paid across the three purchases evenly. I now worry I will be charged interest without knowing I was even going to be charged interest. When I asked to speak with a higher up, he said that these actions could not be taken, and I was lied to four different times. He also said that the last agent I talked to Riley doesn't exist, so I was also lied to by an agent today about who she was. Also, many of these agents are working overseas as explained to me by a worker. They are a payment center and do not work for Care Credit.
Claimed loss: I would like the company to pay back any interest that I am charged and also stop lying to people about where their money is going.
Desired outcome: I need to hear from a higher up in the company that is in the United States and my problem resolved.
