Not really looking for a solution because they had the chance to make it right and didn’t just writing my experience and hope it helpful for others. This is my first time making payments on a car 2012 Jeep compass and my experience with this company was good as first because I didn’t have any car issues I didn’t have to call them. Now that I have been having car problems they have an attitude like they are the ones making payments. The crankshaft sensor went out I had to pay $400 to fix it they held my payment’s back for me. Days later I go to get a wheel alignment he says my ball joints need replacing it’ll be $1000. So I keep calling carhop for weeks no one is calling me back I finally email someone and she says they can’t help because they help before. They have their one finance department I’m pretty sure you guys can push my payments back again until my car is good. To me is seems like they don’t care because it’s not them even if you helped before stuff happens a car is not just going to back down 1 time. Satisfaction guaranteed should be all the way around not just when I buy the car when I giving you guys money. I will make sure I do my research next time before I buy a car from a used dealer. I will also make sure I tell everyone I know not go shop here for a reliable car. Now be I have to figure out what I’m going to do with the car because I can not afford $1000 of repairs and paying them at the same time.
