I would like to take a few minutes to write about a manager by the name of Danielle Urbin. This manager is horrible. I have heard of managers who let a little authority go to their heads, but this manager takes the cake. I have witnessed her cussing out patrons in this place. This manager buys food stamps from her workers and I am most definitely going to DHS and file a complaint on her. This manager is is not fit to be a manager. I have witnessed her curse the staff out and also be very homophobic. I am so baffled by why this person is a manager. This person threatens staff with write ups in order to exert her authority over then. This manager is at the West Danforth store in Edmond Oklahoma. I also have to say that she is a weed smoker on the premises and this is why she allows staff to smoke on premises, as well as her sister, who works for her, which is a violation of company policy. This person constantly talks bad about Carl's Jr to staff but is employed there. How is company moral to be high when she is bad mouthing the company, or why would moral be high if she speak negative and threatens write up.
Desired outcome: This person should be fired after corporate speaks to the staff to see how they are treated

Hola, solo quiero hacer complaint al reataurant que esta en la katella & euclid, la persona siempre que ordeno no quiere vender me la comida hoy 1/31/23 ordene la especial de 2 por 5 mix de french toast y una small chisburguer y la persona me contesto que no tenian frechtoast, no importa si no los quiere vender esta bien, pero creo que ella, ya reconose mi voz, cadavez que ordeno en el drivethru, por que siempre me dise que no tiene la comida, no es la primera vez que lo hace, en otra ocacion me paso ordene 4 milk shakes y ella misma me respondio que no tenian milkshake ella es una cajera latina con manchas en su cara, y siempre que escucha mivoz no quiere venderme la comoda. Ella esta ahorita trabajando pues yo ordene como a las 9:30 pm ustedes saben quien es, no se su nombre, pero creo que ella esta siendo racista, hablen con ella por que si el restaurant pone especiales ese no es su problema de ella y pues gratis no le estoy pidiendo, por eso tenia dinero para pagar, solo quiero dejarles saber a ustedes que no es la primera vez que ella me hace eso!
Refusal of a coupon
The restaurant refused a coupon for a Burger from me stating there was no one available to accept the Coupon from me I think you need to employ better employees that speak and understand English than you have now working in Long Beach, California someone who has a better understanding of the public and as I was saying, they need more aggressive employees to understand the public and learn to get along with the customers. If you want to succeed in your business, you need to step up and make it right for all persons in this category plus you need a right full. Manager who could be on site at all times the person who is in charge of this franchise or restaurant should be always there to respect the customer of his or her order. Thank you have a nice day.

Today is Wednesday June 25th I just want to Carl's Jr to try to buy food for my family at approximately 8:45 doors were already locked I did not drive so I can't go through the drive-thru I got an employee to come to the door and he told me sorry sir we're already closed we closed at 9:00 and I told him it's not nine yet he just said sorry close the door in my face.

I have a complaint about breakfast sandwiches. There are a lot of people who don't eat meat. Today I ordered a cheese and egg biscuit on my way to work, I got here and opened it up and found a sausage, bacon, egg and cheese biscuit. I ordered some hashbrowns and, didn't get them. I also ordered a cinnamon roll , no problem with that. The person who waited on me was sure not friendly. oh well that seems to be how it is now days..

I order an Original Angus Burger
I went to the drive thru and pick up my order, the guy even asked me for my name, a bag with a chicken sandwich inside. I did not notice until I got to my office, I could not go back because it was during my lunch time.
I called the store several times, somebody pick up the phone, but they did not answer back, they left me listening to all orders the guy was taking.
Desired outcome: I think customer service at that store is no good.I would like to get the item I paid for "Original Angus Burger"
the restaurant closed half an hour early on me and my brother
so i know how it works i used to work for carls jr and if your short staff you put up a sign and close the lobby but there was no sign and they closed the lobby early and when i went with my brother through the drive thru they then at that moment shut the lights out about 25 minutes before closing and i know it was discriminatory because they were mad that i left.
Desired outcome: you decide but the said employees should be suspended or my brother who was hungry gets something for that embarrassing outcome

My children have been treated badly by managers and staffs being very rude to them when kids ordering or asking for condemins I understand that minors can be loud but it doesn't give an adult or a worker to treat a child rude. When I went to ask for their names a staff that said he was the manager that goes by Darwin told me that if I didn't like the way they were they don't have to go back. He was very rude and refuse to give me the number to corporate and said to Google it and also refused to give me the lady's name which I'm told she was a manager there to. I apologize but I don't believe anyone should be treated the way the treat children.

Incorrect order/rude disrespectful shift lead
Wednesday November 23rd 2022 I stop by at Carls Jr at 1200 N Harbor Blvd in Anaheim Ca 92801 (DT# 275 @ 6:57 pm). I went through the drive-thru, I was put on hold for a few minutes it seemed. I was helped once the cars behind me started honking. It was apparent the lady was upset and I told her I was sorry for the honking but it was not me it was the cars behind me. She was very short and did not acknowledge my explanation. I paid on the 1st window and when I picked up my food on 2nd window they gave me a bag of food which I assumed was my order. Went home, changed into PJs and when I opened the bag I realize they gave me the order wrong. I called to let them know they gave me the wrong order and I was told to go back to get the food. I told the lady I was already in my PJs and did not want to go back, if I could get my money back because this was the 3rd time I had experience incorrect order in the last four months. I was going to ask for her name when she hung up on me. I tried calling back but no answer. I went back in my PJs, asked for the manager and when the shift leader came out, I hold her I had just called about a wrong order and had been disconnected and every time I called back no one answer. She told me I was not disconnected she had to answer another phone call. I told her I was still talking to her and I felt it was rude she hung up on me. I only wanted her name as a reference since the last time they got my order wrong, I went back the next day and the manager of the day shift refuse to give me my money back because no one reported the incident. The shift leader refuse to give me her name, she said everybody makes mistakes and ask me if I was perfect. I told her I paid for a service I was not getting and last time the incident was not reported. She told me if the service was bad and I had issues with my orders, why did I keep going back.
The situation escalated from there, she threaten me to call the police because I was rude. She refused to give me my money back or give me the correct order. When I told her I was going to report her to corporate she said "good Luck, they do not care... Do you know how many complaints they get? I reminded her it was paying customers like me she had a job, she told me she did not care for my business nor did she needed it.
How is this acceptable?
Desired outcome: Corporate needs to pay attention to complaints. Verified proper training and sufficient staffing. The staff of leadership should be trained to deal with valid customer complaints and take accountability
Very rude and disrespectful staff
My husband and I went to CJ on 11/26/22 around 9 pm at Yuba City location we ordered 4 burgers and three fries guy taking orders not bad he told us to wait in the parking lot while we’re waiting for them short lady with glasses on come out with very bad attitude give us our food when we check it wasn’t complete order we called her and ask for part of the order we showed her receipt she doesn’t have to listen and she said she is going to call cops on us. She said don’t come to the restaurant she doesn’t answer the phones I call 5 times or not opening the door while I was waiting for my part of order

I order online from home. Everything looked OK , order accepted.
I arrived at drive order window 11/1/2022 12:30PM. Told them I ordered on line, they replied: no order received. I reordered burgers. Drove to the pickup window, paid for my second order and picked up my food. Came home, ate my food, very good.
Completed my lunch, I checked my credit card statement, it shows the original order and also the second order; I made to replace the first order that no one received.

On Tuesday 16th of August 2022 at approximately 2050hrs I visited Carls Jr Hornby Chch to enjoy a late meal with a friend of mine. Upon entry in to your restaurant I was met by a young man who very aggressively told us "Can't you read? the lobby is closed" I was confused by both his attitude and the fact the door was unlocked and the lights were on. He then said in a smart [censored] tone "there is clearly a sign on the door" ( which I didn't see). I was highly embarrassed for my friend as she struggles with dyslexia and finds reading very difficult.
We were offered the drive thru option but at that point I was furious at your staff member and we left too enjoy meal at Burger King.
I believe this is a gross misconduct on the part of your staff member and we both found the whole experience absolutely terrible and will not be visiting your Hornby store ever again.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate some form of apology and compensation.

I went to your store 1101147.10100 SE 82nd Ave, today to get some food this location has the worst customer service and the staff has no respect for customers 2 yaers ago I went there same thing as today .The store was completley empty .I asked the cashier about the drinks and she relied we don't have tea or coffee. I said what about hot water than she said $100 for the cup it was a smallcup. I ended up buying it and I asked for tea resberry she gave me lipton cold and $2,99. I said wow everything here is too expensive she said very rudely oh if you want this this ids the price I mentioned that I will file a complaint .DAISY the casiher said go ahead you ae not the first one. I said you have no customer service respect and by that time Anthony Carlos the lead tech jumped in and was very rude oh if you want me to serve you this is how the things are .i said this how you talk to the customerts you need some training . he said if you talk to my customer like this I will talk to you this way with no recpect he didn't even thank us once everytime I buy things I say thank you. but there were some older ladie with smile and were nice. but this lady Daisy and Attoney had no respect if my brother with cerebral palsy was not there I would have just walked away from them without buying anything I spent $9.89 . at the sotre and i am superised this location is still open, I am very sad about it.

Drive though attitude
Pulled into the drive through after work and waited in the drive through line. The car in front of me took a while to order but whatever. When I pulled up to give my order the guy didn't give me a chance to speak and started yelling about how long the person in front of me took them refused to take my order. I couldn't back up because of people behind me so I pretty much destroyed your landscaping getting my Jeep up and over your curb and through some bushes. Not sorry. I do feel slightly better.
Desired outcome: Paint repairs to my Jeep.
steak and egg breakfast burrito
First of all I eat breakfast burrito's from my local stores and they are great and always the same size...when on my way to work I stop by a carls Jr at 10100 se 82nd av Portland Oregon to get my breakfast for the last couple months you never know what you are going to get they have been really skimpy with 2 inches of tortilla folder over at top. Aug 9 th what got was a joke I could wrap my fingers around it when I asked for another the manager told me to go some where else if I was not happy. America is falling apart and no one is accountable any more GOING TO STOP USING CARL"S JR...NO CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Overcharging burger special by manipulating calculations at the Register

Super Star combo special is $6.99. By manipulation, they show regular price of $11.79 less a discount of $4.70 (?) to arrive at $7.09. 10¢ more than the advertised price which kicks in another penny for sales tax.
All info regarding time, date, place, server, etc on receipt (attached) I don't know what other information you could possibly want?
Desired outcome: this store has been overcharging for sales tax for some time. they should be fined and forced to refund the overcharge to credit card users - others would be impossible to trace.
Breakfast bureto
This is dan smith. I used a coupon i recieved in mail for a breakfast bureto for $3,19 plus tax. I ordered the bacon, egg & cheese bureto. What i received had 1/2 of a single small egg and a piece of bacon about 3" long by 1/4" wide and just enought cheese to provide a little bit of taste. Basicaly what i recieved was a small tortia rolled up with almost nothing in it for my total cost of $3.45. The regular price of this item is $4.80. I called to complain but manager at the time just said they were not in when the item was purchased. I told them i would contact corporate with my disatisfaction. This bureto was not worth the coupon price and most definitely not worth the regular price. It is said how charles junior in my town has gone down in quality and value. This is restraunt # 1100597 in merced california at 300 w. Olive ave. The other restraunts in this area are just a bad. I could get a classic chicken bureto from el pollo loco for about the same price with 56 times as much filling in it. This is a shame for charles junior.
Desired outcome: A REFUND WOULD BE SATISFACTORY FOR THIS TRANSITION.
