Negligence not having lights on caused damage to my rims
On October 5th I went thru drive thru and there was no lights on except open sign. The drive thru curb lane is too long when you go to make a right turn u go o we curb or u will hit an oncoming car. Maria the manager says it's not their fault. Yet the curb has been painted bright yellow. And outside lights have been added and are on all day. This is the worst experience when I went back I witnessed several cars hitting the car during daylight time. Management disclosed to me that the curb is problem and not been taking care of by higher up.
Desired outcome: Take care of scratches on my rims
Wrong order - over charged - rude service - raw chicken!
Was given the wrong order with no receipt, in turn over charged, and when I called asking to resolve the issue the supervisor was rude. Other manager tried to help & said to come back for receipt & refund & overcharged items, but when I showed back up with food, no receipt & lies. I over paid, was lied to and had raw chicken! Almost $30 over pd!
Desired outcome: Difference in my order amd what I paid and employee training in customer service!

Took me 25 min to get my burger because workers were standing around talking to eachother & on cells instead of taking & fixing orders! The lead asked them several times to take my order & as well as the man behind me also. They ignored him standing there forever too & was told multiple times to take our orders. A young black boy came, clocked in & made my stuff. Idk how long it would've taken had he not showed up.

We tried the new "Sourdough Star" hamburger. When we got it, it looked nothing like the commercial. It had no 1000 island, very little mayo, wilted lettuce and soggy bread, it was dry and flavorless. We were totally disappointed, as it was completely different than what we saw on TV

Was treated poorly by an employee of carls jr that is in your post falls location. Her name that I seen on her ID was Ashton. She was very unprofessional and rude. I don't know her and the way I was treated wasn't right. I'll never eat there again until I know there is more professional people that work there that are not like her. She isn't a good candidate for the carls jr company.

Hello. I went to a Carl's Jr. location on July 22nd around 3:30pm and I am realizing that I got charged twice. I do not have the receipt but I can show my bank statement. The total was $40.01. This is about the second time that this happens to me. The first charge was about $11 so I was not too worried about it. But this time I got charged 2 times for $40.01 both charges.
Desired outcome: Refund the second charge.

On 6-25-21, i visited a Carl's Jr #1100812, at 11:38 am . Purchased a Famous chbgr, once i got home to eat my burger, i noticed a real funky smell from the burger . Stunk so bad, i couldn't eat it . I called the store to speak to a Manager, and was told that no Manager was there . I stated my concerns about the burger and was not offered a remedy . I wasted $5.46 on a funky burger . It's not fair . I filed a complaint the same day, to this day, i've never got an email, expressing an apology or replacement of my money, or a better replacement burger . It appears to me that, you don't care about customer complaints .

My whole meal tasted like fish. Judging by the grizzle on the food I imagine they used very old oil. Apperantly capitalizing on inflationary standards, even though I spent $25 worth on food, I threw it away as it didn't even really resemble food. I feel ashamed that I ever went there. Really, Carl's Jr. is just a blight on the entire industry.
