Carrefour quality of plastic bags

Dear Carrefour management,

Hope you're fine,

I'm writing to you as I'm extremely embarrassed about the service provided by Carrefour hypermarkets outlets in Egypt to customers recently. I'm a regular customer to Carrefour and it's been years i deal with you as i respect the quality you always provide to your customers. But it's been a while now that i face many issues with you regarding the quality of plastic bags you provide for shopped items. The bags are very poor and doesn't support holding anything inside it. Whenever I'm at the cashier and after paying i start picking up the goods in the plastic bags and they start to be torn away although they are almost empty and don't have that much weight in them to get torn! I'm not able to lift the goods and get outside the supermarket due to the bad quality of bags. Even when i reach home and start holding the bags to get in, the bags get torn away and all the good fall on the ground which is a mess really! I totally understand that Carrefour egypt has changed the previously used good quality bags to the new poor quality ones "which does not have Carrefour logo on it by the way" as a sort of cost reduction but reducing cost does not mean providing bad quality and service to customers to the extent that they can't lift their goods to their homes! I contacted the customer service here in egypt and they told me that there a lots and lots of people complaining of the same issue from Carrefour bags and that they shifted to these new bags as they don't contain formalin so they are more environmentally friendly and sooner or later these bags will not be available anymore and will be replaced by blue bags which will be purchased by customers once and for all. However, until this happens Carrefour is responsible to provide the optimal service to its customers and ease their shopping experience rather than make it a hectic one.

Finally, i truly trust you judgment for the above situation and expect a prompt action from your side to solve this problem and get back you trusted quality by customers.

Carrefour stelling health - impairing products

I bought eggs from the carrefour, branch's Fıstıkağacı on 23.10.2019. The brand of the egg is carrefour and serial number is [protected]. When ı broken the egg on 26.10.2019 to consume the egg, a piece of gelatin came into it. I added pictures.I want to do whatever is necessary. I am Esma Çoksağlamdemir .

Carrefour food safety-strudel di mele piccolo

I am sorry for having to write to you but I am afraid that I have to make a complaint.
The reason for my dissatisfaction is that I ate a piece of paper that was inside the piece of bread bought from your supermarket. In the first place, food safety has always been the most basic quality requirement that your company emphasizes. But how does the non-edible material appear in the beautifully-looking bread? If the simplest bread has such a serious food safety problem, it is impossible to imagine how other foods sold in Carrefour are made. Under these circumstances, I felt very sick and I became very concerned about what else I had been eating. It even got me wondering if from now on I must always check carefully the food sold in your supermarkets.
I will be looking forward to your reply.

Carrefour extreme misbehavior and unprofessionalism

Hello,

I'm writing this email with the hope to get an answer as I faced Extreme unprofessionalism with Carrefour employees and managers in flamingo mall in Jeddah Saudi Arabia 16 October 2019 8:00 p.m.

While going out of the area the guard asked me to accompany him and then they locked me in a room without telling anything. I was locked for few minutes when another manager arrived and start telling me that I have picked some stuff, which I didn't. One of the person was talking to me as I am big thief and have done some major criminal activity.
I did pick Condom and kept it in pocket for few minutes as my kids were around to see and kept it back in my cart.
The security person noticed me picking but didn't notice me keeping it back which is not my fault.
Not only that but their misbehavior and locking me in the room was like dealing with a criminal, over and above this security person Camera man was extremely arrogant and harsh

I am expecting some stern action for such misbehavior and frisking some one for no reasons and locking a person in a room

For any reasons if you can't do anything because of saudi subsidiary then guide me the way forward else I will have no choice but to take it public and other authorities.

Carrefour led tv installer is making excuses for arrival to install led

Hi,
My name is Nabeek and i bought LED TV from carrefour at luckyone mall last week sunday and while purchasing, i was informed by Carrefour staff that our technician will arrive at home to install LED TV.
Since then i am chasing technician whose name is Farhan and his contact number is 03123875538.
He is making excuses daily and i am still unable to see TV.
Its now out of tolerance, please look into otherwise i want to return this TV.

You should keep strong eye on your technician and make a system to get feedback from Customers regarding technician arrival and service.

People have lost so much in binary options, Traders have failed to withdraw their funds and profits made from binary options, failed to use the right strategies when needed, failed to engage with the right broker, not giving their trade a break, also having too many trading accounts which is one of the cause of their lost of funds, deposits of too low or too high amount of funds and most especially, not being able to present the full history of their trade when trying to withdraw their funds and their profits.

Carrefour security behavior was not acceptable

Today I was visit carrefour in west avenue. I carry one bag with me. I request to customer service for take my bag & give me a cupon. But the customer service told me, no need to put bag here you can enter the shop with your bag. I enter shop buy something & pay. When l left the cash counter & go near door of mall for exit. Then security call me & search my bag without any notice or permission. I was surprised & observe his behaviour. When his searching finish then he let me go. I feeling uncomfortable. It was really very bad experience. As a customer I deserved respec..

Carrefour 2 cash till supervisor shoaib and other supervisor

Dear Concerned,

I am shopper of your store here at GIGA Mall the customer care desk that you guys have been established is totally unresponsive, today one of you Cash Till supervisor tried to theft my Credit Card and showed arrogance instead of feeling sorry about his act. The supervisor name is Shoaib he had given my credit card to him the second duty supervisors and upon asking he showed that I deliberately forgot the card even then he did not called me back even your all security staff remains there at the exit of tills . Customer care represdirected me to the supervisor but the supervisor was the facilitator of the card theft . This is the second complaint which I am writing to you . I did not found any answer of my first complaint. Please look into this this will be damaging the integrity of carrefour.

Carrefour mouldy dog food

Ultima Nature Dog Food

Please see attached image of mouldy and rotten dog food purchased at your store.

Myself and my partner were absolutely HORRIFIED and disgusted to find that the dog food we had been feeding our beloved dog was mouldy!

We were not unaware until half way through and we saw some mouldy food and cut open the packet to find that it was all mouldy at the botttom!

I have tried to contact people via the email addresses provided on their wesbite but ALL have bounced back!

We do NOT store in a damp or wet place and it was not past the expiry or old since purchasing at your Rincon De La Victoria branch!

We cannot accept that we have been feeding our dog food that was purchased in your store and it could have potentially caused SERIOUS health problems to our dog! He has since been suffering from severe diarrhoea due to eating it.

I will be posting this image on ALL necessary social media paltforms and ensure that all is made aware if action is not taken!

Carrefour injury

At approximately 2000hrs on Saturday 5th October 2019, I entered Carrefour at 1 Rue de Penthièvre, 78120 Rambouillet to purchase Evian. As I was reaching to the top shelf for one pack of 6x0.5 litres of Evian, I cut my figure on the sharp shelf. See attached photo. I mentioned to three Female Staff members but no apology! What can be done about this?

Carrefour money debited from my account; about the refund

I ordered a lunch box online for home delivery on 29/09/2019 at around 8:20 pm I did an online payment through my debit card. So the money was debited from my account but I didn't receive the product.the delivery address was sports city, js tower, flat no 205 Now I don't need the product I changed my mind I want my money back in to the account as soon as possible. Carrefour bakery section

Today Sunday 29 of September 2019..I was buying a product from bakery section from Carrefour Ajman City Centre, first of all there was no one in the section for 5 mins and then a lady came to me asking what do I want and I chose a product but when she gave it to me the price was different than the price that they are hanging and when I told her this is not the price written up here on the sign she told me this is the price in a bad attitude then I asked her where is the supervisor of the section she told that there is no one here, so I went to make a complain in the customer service kiosk the lady over there announced in the microphone that she need a supervisor from bakery section but no one came for 15 mins and that was after I asked a customer service supervisor and she ignored me asking what's the problem that time I answered it's the bakery section...it was really bad customer service

Carrefour online delivery staff attitude and services

I want to complain the person/staff who delivered my orders (september 28 2019 at around 7:24 pm...) with the order number - [protected] and invoice # [protected].. It seems that your staff has attitude problem... He has no manners... He just bragged my orders and left immediately all plastic cases are broken... And it looks that he is angry... I consistently ordered in your online app, monthly... But this is the first time to encounter this kind of staff... Please do something regarding this matter so that it won't happen again to other costumer as well as me.. I really love to do transaction to your online company but because of that staff I am hesistant to do order with ypu again... I will include his number here because I don't know any details from him even name.. (+[protected])... Thank you so much and I am hoping for a positive action regarding my concern...

Carrefour service

Today Saturday 28th September 2019 at 2h04pm precisely in Carrefour Tala Mall Riyadh
The customer line were packed and only 4 cahiers were operating
Suddenly our cahier line closed the cash and left keeping more than 10 customers that are asked to find another cashier. As the queues were very long we had to wait another 30 min to reach another cashier
I left my trolley in the middle of the way and went asking for the duty manager who did not have any answer of the mess happening
I personally go to carrefour an minimum 4 times a month but viewing this bad service I'm stopping the purchasing from your supermarket and informing all my friends in KSA and Lebanon to stop going to carrefour

Carrefour untrue advertising and unclear inventory information

I purchased 2 types of tea on Carrefour website, it didn't show that they do not have enough products that I want.
I already paid and then I received a mail that they don't have enough products, without explaining how can we solve the problem for the payment either the products, it just showed that they are going to send part of the products.
And when I received the receipt, I am even more upset, the discount that shows in their website was completely disappear. (Buying 4 hornimans tea get 1 for free)

This deception of consumers and irresponsible behavior makes me never go to Carrefour again.

Carrefour general store complaint

yesterday i purched stuff at the local Carrefour in Remraam... as the lady Ruth was scanning the items- when it reached AED163- she said its cashed up on its own, maybe i have a lot of pints. Anyways she said pay for rest which was AED 5 approx. As i left she came to the car and asked for my number just incase. i gave her my number

yesterday afternoon she called and said it had been an issue and she was given a hard time for it and she needed the receipt and the money. She shared some whats app messages with me. I forwarded her pics of teh receipt and said i would go and pay the next day- thats i stoday

Today i go in stire-picked up a bread and asked them to charge my card of AED163 from yesterday and the Bread. Ruth was sent to another counter. The manger, supervisor- like 5 people started scanning bar codes etc- i told them i am in a hurry- take my money i need to go. they did not listen and continue to start tallying everything- total was coming incorrect. gain i said pls can you take my money, keep the receeipt and sort it out later. They were chatting non stop in nepali - at this lpoint i got mad and said can i pay for the bread i need to leave- again they still trying to tally- i left the bread took my card and left - what rubbish service is this- 15 mins just standing there and the manager is absoutely rude. we have a geant in remraam too- i will not visit carefour again. Also all residents are sayong geant is way better than carrefour!

Carrefour petroleum station

Used my card to purchase fuel told me it declined. So used another card. That went ok. However on checking why it declined. It had taken £147 from my account. But wouldn't give me any fuel as no money left All that was in it so now no money to get home. The card I did use have now found out it also has £174 taken extra as well as fuel. We leave France in Sunday with no money now. Don't know what f it's true yet but have now been told they take a deposit and then refund you in 48 hours. That's no good to us as we need it now

Carrefour orvital egg

I bought ORVITAl organic free range egg.
The egg looks artificial with no smells and yellow egg. The company is cheating customers in the name of organic and free range .
Organic egg yolk should be orange than yellow . It should have strong smell.
Please take action again start this brand

Common eggs are far better than this with little smell
.i suspect wether this is real egg.

-Carrfour city mall in Amman near king Hussein hospital city Jordan negligence and stupid management, also customer employees disafactory servicing.
-Most huge companies look forward to hire professional GMs in order to select their best teams to take oath for the best services in their companies, and to keep will close to track the great customers in order to meet their expectations, that customers are concederd the main external stake holders and major market partners to the company.
My complaint .As an outstanding city mall carrfour hyper in Amman city GM AND MGRs and most section managers and stupid sick non knowledged employees bad reputation.
Head office HR must secure the right branch controllers that can be able to satisfy the job description and the job needs, also must calculate every customer problem to fix it, weather is an employee or the external walking customer from the root and not to expand the problem further, also not to protect bad and to support stupid and bad employees.
Problem:
-As a pro in the customer service and consultant industry, i have gaind my service experties from most and greatest companies arround the word, from the usa to ksa, jordan, egypt and more, my experienced reached over 37 years in the customer service providing and retrainig field.
I have seen since almost 9 years gms and mgrs and employees ELAPSING which made carrfour HR very poor in hiring employment chosen, those acted employees are not professionals and in need for replacing, which caused the major deterioration in the feed back level for further future customer satisfaction level.
-Hr must have the future study to provide pro pick to take care for such great hyper.
Gm and Mangers are not talented enough to secure the customer part of their responsibility and services.
As a customer service pro, iv detected many problems ill feed you back with.
1- Employee Shortages in the deli section and swearing butchers in the bad Arabic language to each others in front of the employees and their manager, plus their sick service attitude with acting customers turn before others, such as i dont have to serve you now i am on lunch break with no other butchers on the field to track and serve the customer also there is no numbering follow ship to control the time and the customer time.
2- Bad purchase manager, very bad product picked from the worst vegetables and fruit market and sometimes bad venders supplying them.
The worst PRODUCT on the fruit and veg stands are in front of the customers which make the waist more than the sales, even there are no ground supervisor for further ground monitoring.
3- Too many ground sector managers and employees have less floor and shelf experience and less followers order acceptance to take orders from seniority, always delay the shelf filling.
4- Pricing delay changing for the products many times the price tag doesn't match the sales price.
5- Too many return carts are full from returned products are stationed in front of the cash register are not took back to were the belong on the shelves and the coolers and veg stands. some of what i have seen has milk and cheese and meat.
6- The upper section as i was walking near the Db (beauty section)sep the 9th 6 pm i detected the name of the section manager name lith zghool insulting the outer company promoter that by a quencedence it happens to be my daughter while i was asking her about the promoted product she is on unliver product omo detergent promotion, i didnt interfear but i was pissed off at him, he had jumbed in the conversation trying to force the promoter not to talk to me and to take carrfoure returned product cart he pushed to her infront of me in the upper section for her to return it back to the shelves and stands which she is not responsible for, also not employed by carrfour co, her company doesnt allow her to leave her promotional stand and sector, as the unilever external company paying carrfour for the place rental, my daughter said that they are forcing all the promoters through carrfour by the the little wranked employees to put the force on the outer employees in order to save employee salaries.
7-In the detergent side there were two employees ignoring the work flow process by watching videos and the customers were looking for some products to ask for.
8- most of the tv sales section some of the employees are forcing the customers to purchase with out the know how.
9- ON THE CLOTHS FLOOR NOTHING IS DELICATELY STATIONED AND WILL PREPARED
10- Security LEVEL inter fears with the promoters as if they were their managers if they see the promoters on the break of duty they automatically exit the (provoke them fro the job) .
Summery your head office must replace the whole management in order to regain the carrfour market power and to prevent customers complaints.

Carrefour online shopping

Dear Carrefour,

Really I have a big disappointment from your delivery of the purchased items online. I have bought an item on 6 September 2019 with Order Number is [protected] and they mentioned below the item "Free dev on same and next day delivery available" and when I bought the item they informed that the delivery will be within two to four working days. and now the fourth working day is over yesterday and till now the item not deliver and they told me it is not confirmed by the supplier till now. I have a question. if the item is not available with the supplier and you can not deliver it, why you are showing the Item online and giving a commitment to the customer that this item will be delivered maximum between 2 to 4 days. tomorrow and day after tomorrow are not working days. and this is not the first time I am facing this type of issue with your delivery of items since I bought a TV before 9 months and I faced the same scenario and issue. please I need real action and I want this item to be delivered as soon as possible since my son is going to the school without a backpack
