It is being requested and remind to carrefour management last time that my previous complains had not been given any attention. My refrigrator is still not working properly. I just want to replace it now rather than to inspect it by any of your mechanical representative. Thay just came and said machine is ok. How could that possible if machine is ok and it is ruining and contaminating our food? Seriously it was my last time i shopped from carrefour. I will be waiting for your response just for 2 days. After that I am gonna concern with consumer court and will not hesitate to issue you a strict legal notice.

cashier attitude
Yesterday I have been purchasing my weekly stuffs from Carrefour Granada mall, Riyadh branch.
The cashier was behaving very rude and ungentle. When started to move my purchased items from the carriage to the belt, he requested from me to remove it as it's heavy and will cause belt malfunctioning.
The heaviest item was 5 kg pack of fresh tomato and potato which is normally moved on the belt.
The way of request and talking such he is working for charity organization and the purchased items are give as charity despite I paid 844.40 SAR invoice.
petrol purchase
I used the unattended pump at this location, used my bank card to make the purchase, bought €50.68 of fuel but was charged €120. This was the limit. See the attached files. On the same day I bought food etc for €78.09. Why did you do this? When will you give you back my money? I will be contacting my advisor for some legal advice. You have broken code of conduct and legal code of practice. I demand an an answer plus refund and apology plus compensation.
Unattended petrol station at Carrefour, Ernee, today (27th January 2021). Card accepted but no petrol delivered, several attempts all failed, including trying 2 credit cards. All the receipts show "abandon debit" and zero charge. Now one of my my credit card accounts is showing a debit of £89:05p for non-existent petrol.
This feels like a crime, fraud, committed by Carrefour Ernee.
I demand full refund and written apology and compensation for stress caused, or litigation will follow.
I kept the receipts and will be consulting a solicitor tomorrow.

Every month bought things from here..this tym is even more worst experience. Their is one item which didnot scan, ahmed wAs on billing counter he didnt try to do it manually moreover he ordered me to get it seperately . Above all i asked him toget another packet and let it get scan with complete items we bought he didnt respond even didnt ask fr another packet. Already we waited fr more than half n hour for billing n he again ordered us for one item we should buy it seperatly n again stand in queue fr nxt half n hour.
We understand the crowd was huge but atleast they should understand our patience also. If someone dont attend customers properly better not to b in this line

I was ordering some cheese, the whole department had one employee, I waited for him to be free, I thought he was done, so I asked for my order, he didn't look or reply, just ignored me. I went back to inform him that I was talking to him and this is disrespectful to just ignore me, he said, you shouldn't talk to me since I was serving other customer, I told him, I thought your were done and even you if you were busy, you could've just said so, he replied with a high voice, it's not my problem that you didn't hear me.
Disrespecting people is not accepted at all, I feel that this branch in particular doesn't care about their customers, I go to other branches and never had such treatment.
Last time to this branch despite its 2 minutes always from my home. I have discussed this with the manager in duty as well.

I have 3 bills worth 10 thousand.. The ill mannered staff did not inform me about the application scan. When I asked them to scan the application on my phone they told me that the bill is done they wont do it now. I told them that this was not my mistake they did not inform me they asked me to go to customer service. When I went to the customer service counter, they misbehaved! The staff highly needs customer service skills training! I want my points added to my clubcard!

Recently the online shopping applied in Jordan, my experience with ur app is the worst i tried, the order for the food taken 1 day, it is not logic to receive the food order after one day, noting that when i called the call center they informed me it takes 3-4 days and at ur app mentioned for electronics, then after calling i received message that my goods has been shipped but nothing received, i called again and raised complain nobody call me, and told the agent to deliver them afternoon next day, but they call me at morning ! And one item is missing

I have never seen so much disrespectful attitude from a customer service agent or a shift manager, as she introduced herself, than Amira. One of the worst calls I have ever taken in my life insulting me and lying about almost everything she said. I am never gonna deal with Carfour again because of this "shift manager". I have ordered a tv from your online application here in Egypt and it didn't come and when i called to ask where it is I was surprised that the order is out of stock and it will be canceled, I asked for a manager and then Amira talked to me and it was very unprofessional in the way she talks and how she promised a lot of things that did not happen. I am shocked how you are treating your customers!
midea fridge/freezer
I bought Midea Frigde/Freezer from Carrefour on 21 August. Delivered the next day but the freezer does not freeze the food. I have reported it to the Carrefour store several times. Everytime I am just told a technician will be dispatched. I have to date received no phonecall/sms from Carrefour to say when or if this will happen. Almost a week have passed. Keep in mind that I am now without a working fridge/freezer and all my food items has gone off and had to be thrown away. The freezer has also made a big dent into my electricity bill by trying to keep cool. No one at Carrefour has apologized for the problem or seemed to care about the mess Carrefour left me with. I feel frustrated and angry about the situation.

Dear Carrefore,
I filled half a tank of my car with unleaded fuel at around 3pm in Thursday 24th August in the self service tank. The screen displayed 50-60 euros.
I have been charged almost double the amount I put into my car?

lack of legally required proof of card payment refusal
I've spent today, 23 August 2019, 25 min at Carrefour Express (in Luxembourg, Kirchberg) at 2:30 pm trying to get the proof that my card's payment was refused by their system, so I can pay again. I've ended up deciding to pay again for the salad the 5 Euros (rather than going to my own bank to get the proof and then coming back for a refund, as suggested by the 2 sellers and, apparently, confirmed by their manager, over the phone); however, I'm unable to understand if the refusal of payment was true (as the machine didn't flagged it to me, after I've entered my PIN) or whether there was a fraud. No request for the refund though (it doesn't worth more time and energy lost for 5 EUR!), but please make sure that your company is providing immediately the legally required proof to their customers when their card payments are refused by Carrefour system (also to avoid any fraud suspicion), so as to avoid embarrassing moments on both sides. charging money for undelivered items
I made online shopping back on May 6, 2019, from carrefour - city mall (Amman) for the amount of JD 161.23. The delivered items were for the amount of JD 98.17 (difference of JD 63.06), but I was charged the full amount of JD 161.23. I live in UAE and when I was in Jordan I contacted Carrefour head office at city mall with a lady called Wa'ad. I had to go several times there and talk to her during my summer vacation. I have called her as well. She does not respond to me and my money was not returned to my credit card. My order No. [protected].
Please take immediate action regarding this as it is becoming an annoying experience to me, especially that there were many other issues encountered after that (such as double charging my credit card and delivering the wrong items) but were resolved later.

i'm complaining for spoiling my birthday by carrefour service
I ordered 2 honey cakes online yesterday for my b'day celebration. The order was accepted and delivery time provided to me was today between 12.00 to 14.00. I called customer care today at 12.30 and i was informed that the order is already despatched. But, till 14.00 there was no update. Then, i called again to the customer care and i was informed that my order has been cancelled due to insufficient stock. I was not even informed by themselves. The funny things are - 1. I ordered yesterday, still they could not make 2 cakes for me. 2. How is it possible that there was insufficient stock as order was already despatched by them. I made an online order number [protected] on 14th of August 2019 and it is suppose to be delivered from 3 to 5 working days. Now they exceed this period and there's no any update to order even it didn't move from store. I made 2 complaints and they told me someone from online will call you but actually there's no response at all. I actually got horrible service I didn't expected from such company.
tv screen damaged
Please note I have purchased 49inch Hisense TV from Carrefour Mirdiff City Centre, Dubai, UAE on 12th Aug, 2019 and I have taken from store my self at home found screen is damaged.
As a customer we are not aware much in technical things, other wise I would asked Carrefour store to deliver Hisense tv at home.
I just opened the carton and tv screen was damaged and its just 10 minutes and went back to store to show them, they are not ready to listen and they are saying its my fault, they have just 10second shown the tv screen on and re-packed again, video have been not seen, I am really want to use Hisense brand.

breach of food hygiene and trading standards
As an expat of 20 years and regular local to this store I am absolutely disgusted at the lack of any hygiene standards. I visited the store today to find customers using the store's carts to wheel in sheep they had slaughtered for Eid Al Adha for the store butcher to cut up. As you will see in the photos, raw dead animals are in the carts - this is a dangerous risk to all customers for ecoli and other potential food poisoning. This is absolutely disgusting. I have warned all friends, family and clients on my social media networks to avoid your store's trolleys until you have made a public announcement on how you intend to sanitise the store.
What are you going to do about this? It is urgent and in the interest of all locals and visitors.

I bought laptop from Carrefour RAK brunch 10 months ago, during these days I returned my laptop 4 times to fix the problem because it had a problem in software, unfortunately each time they took long time to fix it and I really need it because of my duties, and their is no alternator, finally it's totally not acceptable to get 4 times problem with new laptop during 10 months. We purchased the fridge from Carrefour in August 2018. It is fitted with a twist ice maker which has broken under normal use. I am looking for a replacement.
