I purchased tv on the 10th of april, I was promised I will receive it with then 48 hours now 5 days later they said tomorrow and tomorrow, I do not wish to keep my purchase I called the number 962-6-5000015 I filed request for return 3 time s no body contacted me form the department, no one know what they are doing at all. Yesterday I purchased 2 packs of patries from carrefour Clifton Karachi, one of them was expired. If your bakery products are not selling then please stop baking them and dont play with the life of people.
What your carrefour employees do is they just change the expiry date. They are only concerned about selling the product no matter its expired or not.
I'll also complain to sindh food authority and Federal Governs complaint center.
two things to inform you about
First, most of the Shopping carts in your branch in garnatah mall -Riyadh, Saudi Arabia - are ruined YOU must do something about it.
Second, some of your employees used to smok and chitchat next to the main entrance you can imagine the bad smell and the noise they cause. Which makes me go to other markets.
I contact your customer service in Saudi Arabia twice about it but nothing happened.
So I decide to inform you about it to do something about it

If customer service will be working properly and will be following up, I 'll be receive it back long time ago.

HI am a loyal customer of Carrefour since long back i have bought a HITACHI refrigerator from carrefour muharraq brach on 30-03-2019 & promised that the delivery will take place in two days as i wanted on urgent basis requested for same day or in the next day but they have told me its not possible because they have busy schedule understanding & accepted that i did continues follow up for the same but the feedback was relay disappointing & not in a professional way they keep on saying will try end of the day will will pros-pond for the next day yesterday i got off only for that then they couldn't delivered updated me kindly remind us tomorrow will try again today morning am getting the same message...its relay not @ acceptably & i never expect such kind of bad experience from an organisation like carrefor i hope this will be considered & my requirement will be done

I have been a loyal customer of carrefour but lately in the last couple of months the quality has extremely depreciated. Whether it is food or electronics or household stuff everything seems to be having an issue .
Food stuff is stail and rotten with fungus once a week.
My tate shower hose that I bought 2 weeks ago is broken and has leakage as soon as I installed it .
I recently bought an inbuilt fridge and was told but the sales person and his manager that it's an automatic defrost as these days you don't really want manual so everything is automatic by default .
After installation it has been a non stop problem with frozen pieces of ice at the back of the fridge. I have complained a few times within the 1 week of refund but no one is ready to take action. I have been asking them to take it back and give me a refund but all in vain. It is extremely disappointing to go through all this hassle and ridiculous customer service behaviour from a company of this scale.
Can someone responsible please take action !

(I bought my TV March 2019)Manager of that section is avoiding me and not even talking to me when I brought mt tv, I reported it not even 24hrs after I bought the TV that the TV that I bought is faulty and the LCD screen is damaged I call the customer service. I did not use the TV even 1 day and once I've open it and try I saw that it's faulty now they not even calling me and repair my TV, what are they going to do with my TV? They want me to pay 900Aed which is not my fault? At the same time you manager of Diera city center! did you know that they did not test my TV and show it to me before they put in packaging carton?. Casheir no.12 in Carrefour - Cairo Festival City reacted in a very impolite way yesterday regarding the below:
It was written on the slippers 150 pounds before discount and there was 50 percent discount so logically it should be 75 pounds after discount but he insisted about the 150 and he impolitely said"you can go ask" although I had 2 babies with 2 strollers and actually it is not my job.
In addition to this, no one helped in filling the plastic bags and they were very small, without carrefour logo as you an see in the below photo.
After reacting in this way and raising his voice, I asked to meet the supervisor, but unfortunately he himslef was even more impolite and rude saying "if you don't like cancel the order". I did not really expect this from a chain like Carrefour.

I bought a built in oven (gas) on 01.01.2018 from Carrefour Mall of Egypt branch in an offer. I assured that I bought a gas oven(and this is what is mentioned in the invoice) and that I will install it after a year. They assured that this is not a problem as long as I do not open the pack by myself. After a year I got an appointment to install the oven. The company representative came to install the oven and he found out that it is an electric oven. He wrote a report about the incident and assured that he opened the device himself and he found that it is not the required oven which is mentioned in the invoice. I went to Carrefour (Mall of Egypt) to solve this problem but they are uncooperative. I couldn't reach the branch director to inform him about my problem. This was Carrefour mistake as they delivered a wrong device and nothing is written on the package indicating the type of the oven. I urgently need your help.
Receipt scam in carrefour
I want to warn all customers of Carrefour to ALWAYS check their receipt and items immediately upon purchasing their items. This has been happening frequently in the UAE outlets and everyone needs to hear about it.
Staff members at Carrefour can charge you extra for things that you did not purchase, ex: cheap items here and there that you don't notice in your bill unless you read each item and compare them to what you bought. This scam is very common, the staff would have used these items themselves and scan them on your own receipt. That way, they can get items for free and not pay for them.
Also, another scam is that they label food items differently, ex: you buy olives and they label the box as Salami meat. They eat the food and then charge you for it as the label that they used. Be very careful when you buy things from Carrefour, as this has happened too many times and customers usually don't look at their receipts.

Carrefour egypt online services and customer service are literally ruining carrefour brand reputation in egypt as I have been theft by carrefour egypt online services when I made an online order since 2 weeks and they withdraw the money from my account immediately and they withdraw more money than the value of my order, then nothing happened, since that time the order was not delivered and nobody contacted me, I made around 10 complaints in customer services they wasted my time and mobile credit and they are giving promises then nobody replies to me, and finally when I am calling back now they are rejecting my calls and if they responded they are telling me to do whatever I want as they can't help me more, I am so frustrated and so nervous and I hope that I find a fast response as the last thing I ever imagined is to be theft by "carrefour"

Dear Carrefour Team,
I was one of ur most loyal customer, but my last interaction with ur staff (Varun - Electronic Section) and Duty Manager (Issam), in Dragon Mart 2, International city, Dubai, made me decide, to never go back to Carrefour again in my Life. Not only me, I vl b sharing this incident with my entire family and friend circle and let them decide if they want to visit carrefour again.
I had purchased a Grinder on 15th Feb'19 around 6pm.
After going home, I tried to start grinder, it was only then, I realized that my house electrical socket and supply watt was not supporting the Grinder.
The very next day within 24 hrs, I went to return the Grinder with its original packaging without any damage with the original bill.
Your staff Varun came not to help but only to fight that it will not be refunded claiming that it has been opened and used. He was nt ready to listen a word anything and started to raise his voice.
Later he called his manager (Issam - Arabic) who was even more rude and arrogant and started to raise his voice too.
When I asked them to show the return policy, they yelled saying we are nt suppose to show u.
If I am writing such a long complaint, u can imagine to what level I have been disturbed mentally by such behaviour.
Customers being treated like nothing.

Good day..!
My name is sabeer hassan, I am a regular customer of carrefour jeddah.
Yesterday (12/02/2018) I visited jeddah branch for purchasing some goods as I noticed some good offers available for this week. But it was very bad experience for me when I try to purchase al marai milk power (2.5 kg, price was 44.95), I found offer for this product from the booklet but I cannot found the same product any where so I asked assistance from the crews and customer service executives but I got a very bad response from them especially bangladesh nationals. Their face expression also not at all recommendable. I felt so shame and I will try not to visit carrefour anymore. The factor is you are welcoming people by publishing offers and treating as very bad manner. Example, if you dont have stock of the product you can inform customer in a well manner.
I appreciate if you can provide a training for these people for "how to manage and behave with customer.

I approached a regular cashier counter and after placing my items (34, bottles of milk and yogurt) and the cashier was staring, "sorry this is an express counter", well you couldve told me while im placing my items not just after I finished. well it looked like a regular one so they removed my items to another counter without advice. The carrfour counters were empty and I saw no point of what they did thats all. It couldve been avoided if they actually left everything as is. I wanted to leave everything on the counter and go. A supernarket is a super market afterall. Just dont expect to be treated well there. All the cashier come from uneducated background with no manners or proper training of how to deal with peaople whatsoever.

Then I told him that your font have customer either. So I think it's an acceptable? Then he answered there is or not it's still more than 10. I told him what do you want me to do, you want me to fall in line to the other counter? and he said yes!
Just because I have 14 items his complaining while his face was angry. That's I have to fall in the other counter! I was in hurry that time 14 items it's still acceptable it's not much.
