My family and I have purchased 10 vehicles from car sense and now car shop.
I Had purchased the truck in August had a few things that needed taken care of when I purchased it. One the roof had big scratches and needed to have that painted and taken care of. I have had that done and am very happy with the job. I did ask for a little paint left over for a few Knicks that are on the truck. I didn’t receive that. I have had an issue with the front passengers tire every 3 days I have to put air in the tire since Aug a couple days after I got the truck. When I left the truck for the roof repairs I asked about it again, the tire was down to 20 pounds when car shop got it after a week at the paint shop. The mechanic told me the replaced the valve and remounted the same tire. I’m still having to put air in every 3 days. I feel that the tires should not be having air put in one tire every 3 days. I want to have the tire replaced. I have left a couple messages the past 2 days with no phone call back. Please help me to address this issue. I have been a local customer for many years and would like to keep it that way.
