Had an older truck that needed some repairs, but in decent shape and very low mileage for its age. Needed it gone quick and considered donating until I realized we might be able to get a little money for it. Got some quotes from a few other competitors, and CarVIO was by far the best. I put in a request for a quote on the website on a Friday. Was contacted quickly, reviewed some documentation and photos, and got a great offer. The towing company called over the weekend to confirm pickup. The tow truck driver arrived promptly (I was given a vague 8am-5pm window; he called around 7:20am and got there at 7:55!), with a check for the full amount.

The rep asked me what time and I told her between 1 and 6. I've got a call this AM about picking up my car and I advised the tow trucker drive I chose the time of 1pm to 6pm. He said he was in the area and to call him back. I called him back and he is booked up. I've been calling Carvio and the toe company all day with no one to talk to. I am going with another offer on my vehicle regardless of the price offered. I wasted my entire evening for a NO SHOW! THANKS CAFVIO

was the one handling my business with carvio. Although I had an issue with another company holding up my vin and stocking my car with a stock id after a quote, I can honestly say he has helped out a bit with that. I did not have any issues at all cashing the check.
I had gotten a quote from another company and Carvio called with a better offer! They picked up my car about 3 days later and I was able to easily cash my check. Will definitely recommend or work with them in the future.

Then did so promptly. Tow driver didn't waste any friendliness in his interaction, but he had good equipment, and was totally capable of the work he completed. Also, tow driver I believe is not a CarVio employee. Likely a contracted-out step in the full process.Overall, a very good experience and I have provided a referral already. Again, Buyer *** was very helpful and when we referred someone else it was to *** specifically.

I was very skeptical of this when we were looking to get rid of my daughters car. It sounded too good to be true. I contacted them, and I received a call back without a voicemail being left. I call the, 317 number back and all I get is a busy signal with each attempt. And then my phone blows up with 317 numbers from an insurance company robo call. So still needing to sell the car I contact them again, and I'm told " if I can't ahold of anyone I call them at the end of the business days. He gets 2 offers for my car from his partners. *** and ***. my car is electrically damaged, the Vin number is wrong. It has a short, but it runs, and I don't believe the number was wrong. I passed on his oh so generous offer from his partners after spending several days trying to get him to return a call or anything.

Within a few hours of contact, CarVIO had secured a written estimate fron a local dealer. We went to the dealer who inspected the vehicle and gave us a bank check for the estimated amoubt. Very easy! Great communication and they assisted me as I could not be there for them to pickup my vehicle but my nephew was with my title signed by me and keys left. They gave my nephew the check and that was it. They also gave me more than what dealers offered. The customer service was by far great.

From my first contact on Wednesday morning til they came and picked my car up the following Friday , it went as smooth and painless as you would ever hope ir actually get. Filled out request, got return call for car info., asked for desired bid price and pictures, then 2 days later got the offer price, check would be mailed out, and tow company would call for pick up. I would have given 5 stars but the communication after offer was slow which made me start to question the company and process. This is where I need to APOLOGIZE to CarVio because everything they said was going to happen happened so my suspicion for fraud was unwarranted. Check arrived along with tow truck shortly after so Thank You CarVio for providing the resource to sell my vehicle with EASE. Rest assured with CarVio that they will find you a much higher price than most other companies similar to Carmax

He then asked me to photocopy my driver's license and I became very uncomfortable with his request.. I offered to show my license to the driver on pickup and was hung up on. I looked up the *** laws civil permits a merchant to request that a customer show a driver's license as identification but prohibits recording any information from that drivers license whether by photocopying or otherwise.In my state: It prohibits anyone from scanning, recording, retaining or storing in any electronic form or format personal information obtained from a driver's license so what *** is doing is against the law.

Hello, I sold my truck to Carvio and the process was easy and fast. I received a fair offer and the pick up was the two days later, but when I tried to cash the check it was being declined by a few check cashing stores. I had to endorse it over to my sis but when she took it to her credit union they informed her that they've been having problems with the checks from that company, so they've put a 10 day hold on the check and I'm still waiting for it to clear. I've never been through this before and I also contacted the lady that helped sell my truck from Carvio and she was no help when I told her that I'm having problems, she asked where did I go to cash it and after that I received no response after that. Carvio please help me solve this problem!

All day long I was jumping through hoops taking pictures of this pictures of that loading them and sending them, at the end of the day I was told that it was all done they would contact me in the morning with my pickup time. In the morning they contacted me to tell me that they were so sorry but their car buyers would only give me half of what they offered me for the car. So I feel like they made me jump through all the hoops because they quoted me a price and then they just laughed and said we're not really buying that car, we just wanted all your identity information.

Charlie *** have seen a lot of negative reviews and they all seem to have a common theme they have a complaint with pick-up. but what they don't seem to understand is that Carvio, isn't in the business of towing they contract out the towing, and most people don't take into consideration the nature of the towing business is that it is something that can not always work around a schedule, there are always emergencies that will cause delays. As far as everything, else went I have nothing but high praise for the whole process, the rep. I dealt with, ***, was super patient and very easy to work with, he got way more for me than I expected, and made the whole process easy-peasie, I would not hesitate to give a recommendation to anyone, in fact I already have. A great big thank you to *** and Carvio, If you can get *** personally you won't be sorry.

When I started off dealing with them, everything was going smooth. I gave them the requested information about my vehicle, sent in the pictures they asked for, and they sent me a reasonable offer. I pre-accepted the offer with the understanding that it would be finalized when they come to get the vehicle and pay me. I set up a date and took that day off to be present for them to pick the vehicle up and they never showed up, they never contacted me about missing it, and I haven't been paid. I emailed the person that "brokered" the offer with me and I have not heard anything yet- over *** This is absolutely the worst business I have ever dealt with in my 44 years alive. They made a deal with me then blew me off with no communication. I will never deal with this company ever again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone else.

First it was impossible to make an appt with the tow trucking company. Then when I had finally made the appt. They forgot to update the tow truck company of my new phone number. So the tow truck company tried to call multiple times to confirm the pick up but I never got a call. Except the day of the pick up they did call the right number but because I didn't answer or call right back they destroyed the offer and my paperwork and told me I'd have to reschedule. I had taken the day off work and driven 2.5 hours to be there for pick up. They couldn't send someone up at that time because it was too late... It was noon and they were only an hour away. And I couldn't take another day off. I just started this job and now I didn't have enough gas to get home, because I was depending on that check to get me gas. I will never go back through this company again or the towing company who was rude and ignorant the entire time! Least to say I was really *** off and let down by their "customer" service.

The rep I spoke to seemed nice he "spoke to his manager" and beat a quote I was given by another company. I had already set an appointment for the next day with the other company, but decided to cancel when he beat their quote. The rep said they'd pick my two vehicles up in two days, took my address and vin numbers and that was that. A couple hours later he starts texting me saying to send pictures of my vehicles, lisence, and titles. I went ahead and sent all the pictures, then he tells me I'll have to get them notarized. He tells me I have to get them both notarized the same day or it will push back my appointment day ( at this point uts 7PM and he's just now telling me this). I explained to him the other company didnt ask for any pictures and he never mentioned any of the extra steps when we spoke on the phone earlier that day. He insisted there was no way around all of the steps. After that i told him i no longer wanted to go through the hassle for $60 more. This is when the rep became more pushy and I immediately received sales agreements in my email he wanted me to sign. I told him again no I don't want to do it. He continued to call and text me for hours raising the price they were offering little by little even though I wasn't responding to any of his texts. It was borderline harassment and I'm honestly concerned I sent photos of my personal documents to such a sketchy, pushy company/sales rep.

I had finally paid off the loan on the car only having owned it for 10 months before I was told not to drive it. I found CarVio had offered me the most for my car so I decided to sell it to them. The woman I talked to there was very polite and helpful, and was able to get me more money for what I was first offered. She had gotten me all the paperwork and information I needed, and they needed to sell my car. I was told to set up a pick up time on a Friday, and she told me the earliest would be Monday for a pick up. Gave me the info of who to call if I didn't hear about the pickup within 24 he's before the scheduled time. I did just that on Monday, and when I called the people, the only record they had was my Vin number for the vehicle. My name and address were nowhere to be found. They were asking me for information that I was supposed to get from CarVio that I was never supplied with. This was supposed to be a hassle free experience, and was the complete opposite. I was told the closest place to me for the pickup had not had my information about the car released to them, and I would have to contact the "main" office which was supposed to be the first number I called. This experience was a joke, and I would not support trying to sell a car through Carvio to anyone. I ended up selling my car through Peddle.com instead, and got a better price, better customer service and better experience.

If so, I think one failed phone call as a decision to not talk to me is pretty childish and bad business. These people are GREEDY SCAMMERS! I dealt with ***, and he first told me that they sell wholesale, so they have "deep pockets." My *** Miata is a beautiful, 6-speed manual convertible, well cared for, no mechanical issues, and is in overall great condition, with super low miles. It has 2 minor tears - on the driver's seat and on the soft top. I also told him that my battery needs to be replaced, and I asked him if it would affect it much if I didn't replace it myself. He said no problem. He told me none of those things would affect the value much.He calls me back 10 minutes later after supposedly calling his buyers, and completely lowballs me! And what's his explanation? Oh, it's because it's not drivable! But I specifically asked him if I should replace the battery myself, and he told me that wasn't a problem. It's not drivable just because it needs a new battery, not because of any serious mechanical issues, but they use that excuse to lowball me!What a bottom-feeding loser! I wouldn't deal with them now if they gave me the best offer! They're at LESS THAN HALF what other places have offered, so they're just a bunch of scammers trying to rip people off! I read a few bad reviews about them online that were similar to my situation. I should've believed them and kept going. I'm sure someone will reply with their cut-and-paste canned response any time now.Oh, btw, he said that some companies offer a lot more at first, but then they lower it when they send someone out. They did worse! I just read a review from a customer who SIGNED AN AGREEMENT for one price, and these LIARS lowered the offer by $3K at the last minute. Now they ghosted him, and he missed out on so many better offers because of their dishonesty. I'm glad I never did business with them! I would've reported them to every organization that regulates them for fraud.

My 2013 Ford fiesta was picked up(7/2023) in Tallahassee FL, after I was pressured into a no contact pickup. I was assured I'd be receiving a check via FedEx in no less than 2 days.
After a month of repeated reaching out and being given the run around, I have still not received payment. I've left messages, called and texted with no reply after their initial response of need ing to review the information and that they would get back to me.
Desired outcome: I need the check for the promised amount or the return of my car.
