Awful!!
I have purchased some products from www.carxenonhidkits.com and received the wrong parts! Contacted customer service and they said they don't do refunds. I told that I don't need a refund, all I wanted was a replacement. Their rep was very rude and said that they also don't accept returns. Are you kidding me? I have ordered a specific product and you messed up the whole thing by sending me someone else's order! And now you say no replacement and no refund! Never again!
Product did not meet my expectations
I have ordered some parts for my car from www.carxenonhidkits.com and received them in reasonable time. I really love cars and have three of them and I always fix everything myself, it's like a hobby.
