i wanna say that casablanca is not that bad u people act like you dont have jobs and that you dont get a rude customer every now and then people r somethin else they always complain about gettin rude service but sometime and people no where in comin from the customer already has an attitude when they come in the store so there is no winning with them, im not sayin that you never get rude employess im just sayin that some of you people need to calm down with complaints on all these compaines dont act like you get along with every customer you have impossible for those of you that do have jobs

No they are probably not "bad people"...like those guys trying to get help getting the money out of Nigeria. The are salesmen and women work for a bad company...Casablanca Travel. They misrepresent their role and double talk until they give you the final pitch...which amounts to a bait and switch. We received a three day (trip to Hawaii) with two days of hotel after a timeshare pitch... Turns out you arrive at 11 pm and leave early the third day...its a one day in Hawaii stay...no body wants that... so lets make some changes... They do not accept changes! They will cancel the free trip and sell you a whole new package ... just a come on to book you a travel package ... a big joke...bordering on a fraud since you horse around for months getting coupons / returning deposits etc etc... If you want to go to Hawaii and don't want to book it yourself then go a real / customer service oriented travel agency not this sham outfit with the starting point being a ridiculous "free" trip.

Come on, Can you at least be understandable. What is your problem? I had a great time, no problems. I think it may be your command of the English Language and pure common sense.
I have received my letter to book my trip for the 2 night 3 day stay with airfare to Honolulu. I would like to extend this vacation pay for my additional days and pay one way airfare home. Do they truly not accept changes?
