I am so tired of your terrible coffee cups and lids. I have had the lids come off and spilled coffee all over me. I have called and complained and was told that I wasn't the first one that has complained about them. I just had another lid leak all over my top and slightly burned my skin. My top is totally ruined. Please do something about this. ASAP. Also both the coffee and cappuccino should be the same price. It is in the other convenience stores here.
I've been experiencing leaky coffee cup issues too. Since around the first week of December 2020.
I usually buy the large. And I think it is somehow related to the dispensers making small creases in the rim so that the lids don't seal.
I've brought it to their attention at least three times online. And mentioned it in the stores. I'm told I'm not the only one that experiences it. When I comment on their page, they'll say to message them. I contacted them again, now they just don't respond.
I guess that the leaky coffee cups are "here for good"? Seems addressing and resolving the issue would be to their advantage and yet it's the same thing.
I've gotten so much coffee in my vehicles and onto my clothes from these dribbling cups...Now I'm brewing most of my coffee at home. Why try!
And, I don't blame the local managers or the help. There's nothing they can do about it really. Only listen and report it.
Absolutely agree, I’ve burned myself time and time again. Their lucky they don’t have a lawsuit on their hands eventually. Contents in cup may be hot but the cup doesn’t say “steaming hot contents will leak all over your body, car, personal items, time and time again, caution” they don’t do anything when you complain, they don’t care if you take your business elsewhere so...Caseys has won just hope someone sues the hell out of them over these cups they’re ignoring
Sadly, I have switched to Kwik Star/Trip because of the leaking coffee cups at Caseys. Just too many ruined work clothes.
My sister was seriously burned by extremely hot coffee at our Caseys. She ended up in the burn unit at Eskenazi. She went to the store and complained. Got a sorry. She’s only looking for them to cover medical not covered by her insurance.
