Manager and assistant manager
Well to start it off the manager of caseys located on college street is very unprofessional and to be manger I believe you should know everything or at-least something but I guess I'm wrong because she doesn't know how to run a oven or a register come on caseys do a better job! I also over heard her talking about her assistant and her employees very poorly to a couple of her employees as well I believe who was all new to the store maybe still in interview not okay caseys pick someone with better attitude anyways not even a week later I go into the store and the manager and assistant was standing outside smoking not even 15 min after they clocked in Weird but yet we wonder why the store is falling apart! Maybe fix the manager problem you may keep people longer

Details
On May 21, 2021, Starla was terminated. Starla explained that she was wrongfully terminated. Starla explained that she was home on vacation when Kay called her to tell her an employee (name and job title unknown) walked out on Kay. Starla explained that the call occurred at 7:13 PM. Starla explained that Kay asked her to come into the facility to help her. Starla explained that she got a text from customer A (name unknown) shortly after speaking to Kay on the phone. In the text, the customer made Starla aware that the employees at the facility are refusing to make pizza orders. Starla explained that she dealt with the customer, notified Kay about the customer's concern, and then went to the facility. Starla explained when she got to the facility, the employee that quit on Kay was pulling out of the facility's driveway. Starla explained that she got in, started making orders, and at 7:51PM, Kay texted her telling her that she quit. Starla explained that she tried calling Casey, however she got no response. Casey called back eight minutes later, but Starla could not answer because she was making pizzas. Starla tried calling back multiple times before Casey called back at 8:53PM. Casey then terminated Starla. Starla explained that she was running the facility by herself at the time, and after the incident, she received texts and calls from three customers (names unknown) making her aware that Kay was telling them that Starla was terminated because she walked and it took three hours for Starla to get to the facility. Starla has the texts message from the customers, Kay, and Casey, who told Starla to not contact her, as evidence to this report.

I also submitted a picture of my jury duty selection letter which in harrison county we are to appear in person every Monday until we are selected or they tell us we do not have to anymore I did not have the staff or the help from Casey to show up for this at all from March till now

Kay didn't even clock in to work until 6pm i also have emails from customers who were there during the time of the incident and ones from employees who were there during the time of the case not to mention texts from Casey call logs and a lot more including information from my adp over 600 pages worth of information and customers, and management due to me accidently texting the group text Casey has made all of us managers answer 24/7, I've also sent all this information to her boss Krystal, and Casey neither one of which has answered or responded, plus I have proof that Kelly Schoenfeld and Kay Dilley has been telling customers confidential information I also let Casey know if I keep hearing this I will be contacting a lawyer I do not want my job back due to the fact that Casey Nieman and Krystal Carter already made my time there horrible and made it so where every day I couldn't leave home due to fear if my phone rang and I didn't answer it or if I could not show up when called id lose my job, not to mention I did not receive the training all the other managers received let a lone the amount of training they all received. I have stated this in write ups, and to multiple store managers and cooperate employees. through out the time I was there. not to mention I have pictures of all the cleaning I did on Thursday night May 20th and many of other times of how I tried to keep the store. it also took weeks for Casey to send applicants their acceptance letters and to do their interviews due to the fact that she wanted to to their phone interviews and we were not allowed to terminate anyone with out going through her first which she would not answer when you called or text. I have proof of working and being called/ on call through all my vacations I've taken there and fmla. due to no help from Casey my district or regional manager. plus my time cards and accruals my 1 year was April 9th I had spoke with Casey about my vacation time due to I didn't receive it and she knew I was taking vacation in may due to how many hours I had been working I have proof of that, I also have proof that a 1st assistant rejected my time off at a later date after I was terminated, I also spoke with Casey about a couple of my checks due to a lower amount and she was supposed to contact H.R. about them and get back to me due to all the hours and corrections she has made on my hour reports is a lot some of them are due to me forgetting to clock in but not most of it not to mention if I told her hours that were over 90 she never inputted it. or all the hours I worked from home like doing absorbs or scheduling or getting calls and texts from the store or Casey, which just from Jan to the day I was terminated may 21st I had over 669.28.01 hours.
And then one of the ones my compliant is on calls me because H.R. sent this too her.

I m writing about the Dixon Missouri store, This store has a problem with keeping workers, you can not run a store with a few individuals, they can not keep up with the demand of this store they need to hire more individuals you cannot run a store with 2 individuals lets wake up start training the management on how to hire. Supervisors attitude
In recent months when having conversations with my supervisor words like hard [censored] have come up. I was recently relieved of my position with Casey's over their mask mandate. I do understand that but the attitude and comments this supervisor has made to me has not only left me with a very poor respect for company and their supervisors but a feeling of a chauvinist and I did not think in this time and age I would still have to put up with this.
I do expect this to interfere with unemployment as it seems to be a pattern. I truly hope it does not I do wish that this supervisor gets the proper training on how not only to speak to women but older employees to.
I did attempt to inform him that I had missed a punch in and out on the 20th of May and his attitude was extremely rude and condescending.

Food.
I ordered a large pizza and some cheesy breadsticks from the Casey's store in Winona Missouri, and the food just tasted stale and old, like the pepperonis tasted like spoiled food and the breadsticks were just nasty. It all just left a bad taste in my mouth and made me sick to my stomach. This is the first time I've ever had this problem and I'm very upset about it because usually the food is really good. I just hope they fix whatever it is they are doing, and hopefully our food will be better next time...
Answering phone. Pizza order
I called several Times to order a couple pizzas. No one ever answers the phone. Drove to the store. The one running the reg said the guy was outside and he wasn't able to reach him. Also they are always out of crust. How can they sell pizzas for the company if they don't have the items to make it.

Non answering of phones
Both Casey's in Manchester iowa did not answer their phone calls es on Friday night for pizza ordering phones just rang on and on for both locations this has been happening almost every Friday at the north store. The truck stop normally answers but has been a turnover in kitchen management and new management doesn't seem to care that staff is struggling .
my order
on 4-9-21 at approximately 7 pm I placed a order for a large half meat galore and the other half just green peppers and onions only along with 20pc bone in wings. because I work in Monona Iowa and wanted to just get some food and go home and eat. I live in Elkader Iowa. When I went to pick up my food they told me first of all I ordered it for 9:30pm. I said no I specified 9pm 3 times and the gal that took my order said ok we will see you at 9pm. I said thank you and hung up with her after I got my food not till 9:25 pm I get home at 10 pm to find out they messed up my order and made the whole pizza a meat galore with green peppers and onion on half the entire meat galore pizza so I called there and said you messed my order up and this isn't the first time they did this its like the third time all she said is well I didn't take your order and they always say sorry but I get tired of sorry after every dang order being messed up she didn't ask to fix it so I just said I think I will quit ordering from there cause I don't feel they care that they even keep messing up orders there or that they are upset that I keep complaining about them messing up my orders and they are deliberately doing it to me every time now to make me mad. The sad part is I love your pizza but seriously almost every Casey's I have gone to has messed my order up . I'm just disappointed that they don't really care and once out of all my orders they said bring it back we will fix it well I worked all day and live 30 minuets away do you think I really want to drive another 30 minuets back to the store and then another 30minuets back home again. please help them get proper training on how to use those new ordering systems that's put in cause a lot of them tell me they really don't understand those systems. sincerely one upset customer thank you.

Stopped at Caseys in hills almost every morning for 10 years now. This morning took me 12 minutes to get through the line. There were 15 people in line and one cashier during a rush period in the morning. There was another lady. Jennifer who was just shifty product around on shelf and would ignore request for her to hop on the other register for a few minutes to help out with the rush. Was rude and disrespectful

Asst mgr has a condescending attitude always making comments complaining about me to other employees told one employee not to help us as we would expect it and not do our work. I can give a list of former employees who have quit because of her. I heard an employee ask why she is such a [censored].. she is an awesome first asst to the boss I was told just yesterday. Threatening clerk
Clerk wouldn't accept Free Pizza coupon and demanded money for pizza. Put down $20 bill and she aggressively said wouldn't accept it unless I handed it to her. Thought she was going to jump out and take my cane and beat me. Picked up the $20 and fled out the door. She yelled she has my address and knows where I live. Concerned for my life over a cheese pizza from Casey's.

On April 5, 2020, an assistant manager posted egregious comments defaming my hard work and years of experience in this particular food industry. Not fully understanding the reasons behind these aggressive allegations, he still chose to humiliate me in the midst of all the other employees by posting a note positioned above the paper towel dispenser. The memo was not even signed leaving me having to guess which one of the 3 managers posted such fallacious garbage.
Undoubtedly frustrated, my reactions were mistakenly sent to the wrong individual I had assumed was responsible for this atrocity. In the end I lost my job of two years with the company as a result. All of which would have never happened had it not been for an immature and egotistic young kid who was placed in such a role.
In the state of Arkansas, that discouraging note is considered peripheral evidence so therefore, it cannot be used as a determining factor into my termination. Wake up Arkansas!
So if a manager punches me for example. I punch back. I get fired for assaulting the manager and the managers first punch that hits me, is peripheral evidence. Now that is some high class and well educated Arkansas idiots right there who have designed their own rules on unemployment issues. What a joke!
Desired outcome: There will be none. I have already attempted two different times and the same idiots who designed the unemployment appeals process must be in some way related to one another.

My fiancé works at Casey in Wahoo NE and they told him he would have weekends off and not be the on call person and he's only supposed to be working their part-time and he's been working full time hours.
