Store manager Ericka at Fredonia Wisconsin store needs Customer Service training. News travels fast in a small community. Many of the residents have been living in Fredonia most of their lives.
It's unfortunate that an individual in this position would demonstrate such disrespect for customers and residents servicing the Casey Store. Ericka kicked me out of the store because I questioned the amount, I was charged for a lottery ticket. Not realizing I may have filled in the multiplier when I picked my numbers. Ericka was short and told me to get out of the store. I was not allowed to buy lottery tickets there anymore. Seriously for asking a question. I went to the car to get more money to buy the tickets which I thought was to be 6.00 but needed 18.00 to purchase. Ericka refused to sell me the ticket and kicked me out of the store. With Ericka's behavior I would have to question if your HR does background checks before hiring and putting them in role of store manager. It is hard to believe Ericka only showed this behavior today. I am sure she uses it in many ways. Ericka needed to come out of the kitchen while helping another staff member to answer the register clerk's question. I am not sure if this is what provoked her abusive behavior.
Desired outcome: Hire a new store manager that has respect, understanding, communication skills and kindness. Complaint posted on Yelp describes personality of your store manager Ericka. Please review. Obliviously Betty is also a resident of Fredonia.
