Robbery in October 2022 and the lost of my N71 Dual Sim Samsung phone
I went to Cash Crusaders on the 16th of December to get both items back on the loan that was done. I was told in October 2022 Raslouw had a robbery and that only the one item was still there (it was a Samsung Galaxy tab). On the one item I have paid in full and got it back. On the N71 Samsung phone I was told not to pay yet and I have to come back to the shop on the 31st of December.
I have returned and paid my loan on the N71 Samsung and also told the minimum on paid out.
Any company has insurance and my N71 was paid out on the value as per any quote given as selling current value. Re access is to pay in is Cash Crusaders responsibilty and not mine to pay in.
I have been sent away on application to complete and told that I will be called for confirmation. I have called sent Whatsup's and no one getting back to me.
I need full payment on replacement on the exact same specs of the N71. I need to be called and confirmed from which quote I will be paid out.
The Robbery accurred in October. I was not even notified. I was told back to come back in December and it is 3 months now without me with a phone.
I am just not happy on the way I get treated. I need this today to be resolved please. I was reasonable until this morning.

Offer for oculus quest 2 256gb with elite headstrap
So I made a inquiry with Cash Crusaders with regards to my oculus quest 2... I understand that I wont get what I paid for it I offered R7500, would of settled for at least R5000 but how can they say they can only offer up to R2500 for something that is valued at about R13000 new, R8000/R9000 2nd hand with elite strap... I thought the offers were supposed to be fair for the customers and not for the customers to be taken advantage of because money is needed... I asked around at other stores and with the elite strap I was offered atleast R4500, which is fair coz they also need to make a profit. But R2500 is ridiculous and disgusting
Desired outcome: I just want them to be fair, its the 2nd time they tried to lowball me with ridiculously low offers where other cash crusders atleast made fair offers.
Unsatisfied sofas
My name is Dipuo Makuoa from vosloorus, I've bought sofas on August at Cash Crusader in Sunward Pack after a day they were damaged and I phoned to report them to the shop, they promise to send me other sofas so the problem is that all the sofas they are willing to send me I must add money on top wich I don't have, other's I don't like so my problem is that they are closing the shop on the 24 th December and I don't have the sofas, so I'm asking for your assistance in adressing this problem

Rip off liar's misleading customers
I bought a car radio suggested by Amo I ask him numerous times that radio will fit in my car he said yes.. Now the radio its big and I've spent R1000 when I return it I was told radio worth R500 😡😡stop stealing money from us in Rosentiville branch I wanted to complain to incompetent supervisor he ignored me, kept on sending a stupid sales person again,, security officer was only person who was concerned he must be a manager, big up to Southdale staff they're friendly and warm welcoming I'm the regular customer there and I've never experienced a problem,,unfortunately they didn't have the product I want👏👏👏the same day I bought a radio one of your clientele wasn't happy about the phone he bought no one assisted him... 😡😡😡Rosentiville sales person and supervisor should go for retraining honestly I need the branch to resolve this issue I'm sitting with useless and stupid radio were I've paid it😡😡😡😡😡

I bought generator to power my fridge for 2599.00 at soshanguve plaza cash crusaders it could run the fridge then I called they asked me to return it after getting the I asked for my refund considering the inconvenience caused they refused to refund me, moreover they told me I have to wait till they get bigger generator in their space of tym then I must pay top up against my customer right

I lend money on my goods from cashcrusaders in Rutenburg, the contract stated that I have 4 additional loans, but every time I paid my interest they print a new contract and the interest stays the same, so every time they get the high amount of interest that is breeching of contract, I queried about it, and the answer to me was that is how they do it for the last 6 months, but yesterday they didnt print a new contract they did it the right way and the cashier said it is only for this month, so they are stealing the peoples money
Desired outcome: I want to know why they bring in a new system but dont they stick to the system in my eyes they are commiting fraud

I took a loan with cash crusaders Carlton center for my I phone, then a process was implemented that I can only extend for a period of 6 months, I had other items at cash crusaders Albertina sisulu and they explained to me that if I can not pay the full amount I will then have to pay half the amount. When I asked to perform this transaction I was told that cash crusaders are not the same and this process does not apply here. Had I known this I would have not left my item there. I Mr Shane Van Schalkwyk would like to ask your assistance with the following matter.
1. I bought a Jebson JB8501 player serial numberserial number JB2012313081. On 03-12-2021 at Cash Crusaders Westgate mall Mitchells Plain Cape town.
2. I had it installed at a referred installer by one of the staff.
3. On the 17-12-2021 I went to store and exchanged it for a Jebson JB8501 with serial number jb2011153388.
4. With 1st purchase I was informed that it should be installed by a vetted installer and it was done at Claude’s car sound and security CC.
5. With the exchanged there was no needed for an installation because it was the same make only different module, it had the same input plugs.
6. I was also accompanied by one of the staff members to see if the product work and it was done in parking area Infront of store and it was working.
7. The product stopped working in October 2022 and I took it in to store at Westgate Mall and was informed that it will be send away for repair and it could take up to 21 working days.
8. On the 22November I went to store because it was more then 21days already and no one phoned me.
9. That day the store had load shedding and could not test if its working, I told the staff member we can go test it in the car and still the tape was dead.
10. The casher told me that the lady than work with returns is not in she will be in the next day.
11. The next day I was informed that the tape was booked in incorrectly and that it should have been reinstalled and because it wasn’t reinstalled they can’t exchange or send away for repairs because the date of installation differs from purchased date, I explained to the lady (staff member) that the plugs is the same and the make of the tape is also the same and that the product was tested by a staff member after I bought it and it was working.
12. Last but not less it looked like the staff member that deal with returns was waiting for time to expire on one year warranty because the tape was their more then 21day, if I dint go to the store to enquire on the progress I would not have known the reason why it had a hold up.
13. I attached the slips but quality is poor and the also attached the installation payment slip.

2nd Samsung Galaxy A11
I bought a 2nd hand Samsung Galaxy A11 phone at Cash Crusaders Albertina Sisulu street in Johannesburg on Monday 14 November. I started using it yesterday as I was waiting for my Sim swap to go through but unfortunately I am unable to do Job Applications on the email and Youtube does not open at all. We checked the network and charging in store, no further checks were done as I was waiting for my Sim swaps to go through.
I need to change the device for another one on the same price but there No exchange of Unwanted Good stamped on the slip.
Please assist I want to change the device and go for the something for the same price because the main reason i bought the device was to be able to do applications on the email

Went to cash crusaders lydenburg about a week back and ased if they can help to get a loan on my generator they said yes i brought it in today 16/11/2022 after standing waiting for more than an hour they said they cant help me because there is 1x missing screw
This is pathetic cash crusaders and i won't do business with u again i will also make sure to mention it to others.

iPad
I bought an iPad at cash crusaders doringkloof on the 28th of October and when I got home it wasn't doing what I explained to them why am buying it. Then on the 2nd of November I went to the store to get a refund but they said the lady who helped me is not around I must wait until she gets back .I have been going to the shop with no help I went there today and they telling me they only do refund on faulty devices and to me that iPad is faulty because it doesn't do what I bought it for. It doesn't support the apps that I want to install.
Now she's saying I must sell it to them they give me 60% of the money I psid.
Since they had the iPad on the 2nd of November

Loan
I went to sammy marks store in pretoria to do a loan using my laptop they took my laptop and they give me money,they told me i can extend my load for 4 times before i settle my final loan amount.I extended my loan for 2 times.When i went to the store to collect my laptop i found that they told me they put my laptop on sale because i didnt paid for extension,i shown them my bank statement they were shocked ,they give me my item but they have removed all my personal stuff on my laptop,and removed my battery on my laptop,and no one explained to me/or said sorry to me.
Desired outcome: i want them to restore my personal information on my laptop and bring back my battery on my laptop
Laptop
I pawned my phone and laptop at cash crusaders maponya mall, then asked if it was possible to take out 1 item and was told that Yes its possible. I then took out the phone but when I wanted to extend for the laptop the system rejected. After 3days I recieved a call that headoffice changed rules so its no longer agreed to take out 1 item. I then had a verbal agreement with a lady I believed was the manager who said as long I keep intouch she will keep the laptop. We spoke till the day I sent her a watsap telling her that my husband was on his way to fetch the laptop and she said No problem, but when he arrived instore he was told that the lady I spoke with is on leave and I must buy back the laptop. I queried that and even went to the shop myself to try and resolve it but failed. I then escalated the matter to Gauteng Consumer then got a call from a guy called Mzwandile who said he was the store manager and was angry why I took the matter to consumer. He then said he will blacklist me from all cashcrusaders stores. I then phoned him and asked why and rudely he said I got my laptop so why am I calling him then he dropped the phone on me.
Desired outcome: The manager is very rude and needs discipline, if he blacklisted me then he needs to sort that out coz he never gave me a chance to explain my side of the story or else im taking the matter with Scorpion legal.
Cellphone it's not working properly
I bought a cellphone at easlyn cash crusaders on the 5th October then whn I charge the phone the phone will be 100% full I'm the morning the phone will be 0% without being touched whn I come here to complain the cashier's give me bad attitude and they tell me I will wait until they closed, cz they dnt see any problem with that phone I called the customer complaints asking for help they said the will call the shop now it's 2 hours I'm standing here waiting for help, what is this mara

I am seriously not happy at all with the service I'm getting from Cash Crusaders as a whole from the Branch store up to the Customer service right to the Head office!
Last year about June I had a buy back with Crusaders more of Suspensive Agreement due to an unrest(looting) that took place I lost a Laptop with the bag at Crusaders Shop 41, Davenport Square, Centre, 89 Clark Road,Glenwood..I called them they said they will assist after the renovations took place.I did I sent an email..I called them I was told to visit the Branch Davenport (where incident took place) they said I must write my name to the list of clients who lost their Goods, and I promise to PAY the Repayment amount owed to them, I waited & waited, up until I visited the Branch.
I spoke to the Branch Manager there & He told me that there were told to STOP paying clients who lost their items even though they DID PAY OTHERS at first! I was shocked cause I wasn't told that, Why must I found out when I am there at the branch, I was Never called, SMS or an email why I wasn't the One who was also paid cause I wrote my name in the list! I asked their manager how is that even possible?!He then told me to Call the Customer care/Head office for clarity.
I sent email to the customer care One of the Consultant responded by saying I must write a full description of what happened together with my personal details.. including the Agreement form I signed and I did! I sent an email a detailed email! Up until now, I have sent almost 5 emails asking for a response!
Now I find myself asking for a response to emails rather than a Solution to my problem!
I need somebody from Cash Crusaders to take this matter seriously cause this Consultant who took the case is not doing anything!no feedback! I don't know what is going on..what is the outcome..why are they not responding..I am seriously in need of a Laptop my job requires me to work even at home without a Laptop it is so difficult!
I need any one of them to respond and give me a positive outcome more of a solution than being quite not knowing what is going on honestly.
Even if there is little time and there are dealing with many Cases mine is part of those cases!
If anyone considering his Company the Best, Successful, with Good Customer service..you wouldn't have so many Cases that are outstanding to deal with why?..that means the service isn't good at all..the quick solution to your problems is to respond to them..which I am NOT getting at the moment not at all.

Labtops sold that was only working for a month
I purchased first a mecer labtop that became faulty after 1 month after purchase i took it back and it was repla ed with another mercer labtop that only lastet for about a month until it went dead i then received a another labtop that wss asus that also went dead before a month was out it also had a broken power button i was told rhat this was broken after been sold i took it to MR computers for a quitation they told me that the whole motherboard needs to be replaced and the cost will be the same as i paid for the labtop which was R4000.00. i went back to cash rusaders and was told because the computer was in working condition when i baught it it is not their responsibility.I was very upset and refused to leave before a solution can be reached. They said they are waiting for feedback from head office now i am sitting waiting in store. I had to leave my work at a clinic for this please can someone help me.

I bought a speaker on the 5th of september when I got home the speaker on work for less than hour I had to take it back oth 7th they test it worked I took it, and it repeat the say I had to go back they told me the manager is not around he is the 1 with access to change I must go back n come again I went today they told me I took time so they won't change or refund me i'm very hurt because I feel like they push your time by giving excuses n what they did it's fraud

I did send someone to cash crusaders mams mall to buy a bicycle pump. They offered her the one without a pipe an it dsnt work at all I had to go to the garage to use alternative pump. I went to the store to requested refund the manager said I bought it it's mine an she can't refund me. I asked her what should I do with it coz is not working an I need to buy the new one she said she does not know what to do and she can't help me. Bad service from the so called store manager. Lenovo second hand laptop
I bought a second hand laptop around April in Cash crusaders in Phuthaditjhaba the following day i went home to Limpopo when i got there the buttons on the laptop stopped working but sometimes they would work. I returned to Phuthaditjhaba around June and took the laptop back because it was still in the warranty period, every time i would fetch the laptop they would give me stories about how the laptop is still in repairs mind you I'm student i need the laptop, till date i still have not received the laptop which is not the issue but the issue is they told me that their technician said water was poured on the laptop and i must now pay for the repairs and it definitely didn't happen when I had the laptop . What bothers me is i bought it like that why did it even take almost 3 months for them to actually "figure” it out and another thing is when second hand goods are sold to the shop they are not reviewed by the same so called technicians but rather the staff who only check the basics if it charges and stuff like that so sometimes goods are sold to the store while there are not of good quality. I am angry because I still don't have the laptop and i have to pay for the repairs which is completely unfair because it feels like the intention was never to fix it but just to make more money by saying it is my fault. My advice is to actually hire technicians at stores before selling faulty products to customers that was reviewed by staff members who are qualified to do that specific job. Hopefully i get my laptop back.
Desired outcome: I would like to get my laptop fixed without paying for repairs, or get my money back

I'm so disappointed with Cash Crusaders. On the 14th January 2023 I ordered Dixon Air cooler 7 litres online. Till today I haven't recieved an email confirming that they have recieved my order purchased. I paid for it. When I try contacting them no one is helping me some contact numbers are not even working. I'm at a point of giving up now.
I'm asking myself why do they do online shopping if they are unreachable. They failed me and even scammed me of my hard worked money.
