samsung galaxy tab 3
Hi, I purchased a Samsung galaxy tab 3 on your website on Sunday 3rd of June. It was ordered from your Princess Parkway store.
After I made my purchase, I went out and bought a case at £9.95 for the tablet.
After waiting four days for it to arrive I have received an e-mail today from PayPal to let me know that my refund has been processed and will be in my account within 30 days. I then looked on PayPal to see what the refund was, to find out that it was for the tablet. As I have not received any correspondence from yourselves, I rang the princess parkway store to be told that the item shouldn't have been on the website as it had already been sold.
I'm really upset and annoyed about this. This was supposed to be a birthday present for my daughter. I can not even guarantee I will have my money back before her birthday and therefore may not even be able to go out and get her another one in time for her birthday. Also, I am not happy that I now have a case that I spent the best part of £10 on and no tablet for it to go into.

extension on goods
I had to put my tv in 26 days ago as paid off job. I been put on universal credit but had my payment date changed. I have till Saturday 9th to either extend or buy back. I need to extend till I get my universal credit on 25th June. Called store to explain said come down to extend and pay 14. I don't have any money to get down there far less pay 24. This universal credit fault they a nightmare I dint want to loose my tv it took me ages to get it ease can you help and give me till then to buy back my tv

You have my stolen phone in your chesterfield branch, taken in on 2/6/18, very rude staff, Iphone 6 plus taken in by a theif and shop are refusing to give me unless i pay, it is my property I owm it and have reported the matter to the police and are awaiting the police to confirm
i have all serial numbers & Imei numbers, I will be pressing charges against the person who stole it and think its wrong that you can accept stolen property

Hey wee got a phone off cash genaraters in Kilmarnock and the phone speeker is not working its no the first time this has happened am sick and fed up off wasting more money for them not to solve the problem it was same as wee got games wee got home and there was no games in it am going end up taking it further as wasted money on things what's no there or broken then wasting more money for nufin my partner just got new case and tipped phone up for something she can uses its a pour joke

Hi, I bought an xbox one controller on Friday from your cash generator store in trinity street coventry Warwickshire United Kingdom., its faulty as the button does not work, all I had in the bag was a card receipt (which I used to pay for it and the controller I'd like a refund please why this wasn't tested before being sold by your shop to me is not acceptable r.s.v.p

missing speaker
I went today to pick up a Sony speaker that I did buy back with 8 wii games on that day I had no money so I went to cash g it was on Oldem street Manchester a month ago when I went in he gave me £8 for 8 games and said the speaker was old as there all blue tooth now a days so I said just put it with the games and make it up to a £10 so I don't have to carry it round as I was going out and he did I also had a mini heater with me but he told me they don't take them so I asked him to bin it he said he would so today I went to pick up my speaker and the staff there could not find it only the games so they got cctv and then the guy would did it on the day said I told him to bin my speaker ! I never did he gave me money for it with the games I told him to bin the heater as he said it was worthless the manager then spoke down to me like I was crazy and accused me of saying I said bin it but on the sheet he only put down my games so I said did he keep it for him self the manager then said get out my shop don't accuse my staff ? But he accused me first off not being rite I want my Sony speaker back and I'm not happy the way I was treated I also today bought my son £300 phone from the same shop before he started shouting at me and saying the don't have my speaker please ring I want to take this further [protected] sonia Breeze. sold a faulty product, appalling customer service and no refund
Hello, I recently bought a laptop and a mobile phone from Cash Generator Bradford City Center. The phone works fantastic but the laptop gave me issues from day 2 where it would only turn on after numerous attempts.. As I work in the week I couldn't return it to Cash Gen but I got time off this Tuesday and took laptop in. The young man that served me was very rude and they made me leave my laptop with them to test it even though the laptop was clearly not working as it should. Went into store the next day and no explanation on what problem was so I told them I just wanted a refund as I returned after 10days, the lady that served me was rude as well, told me I could not get a refund and could only do swap (no similar laptops and I'd already bought a replacement previous day as I needed to do some Uni work). I explained this and was met with same rudeness and told 'well I didn't tell you to buy another laptop'. I tried to speak with Paul the manager but he didn't even look up from what he was doing and told me no refunds after 7 days even though I had a receipt and they said the warranty was 6 months. He also said this is a franchise so rules are different but I know legally he is still representing Cash Gen and has to follow the rules explicitly. I tried to explain to Paul about my statutory rights and read from cash generator website that I was within my rights to ask for a refund. In the end I was forced to opt for an old scratched ps4 and a Bluetooth speaker that I don't need. Please advise me if this is the right way to treat customers and if this is your policy on refunds on clearly broken items. I have already received an email from citizens advice bureau and they tell me I have been treated unfairly and should appeal or take it to small claims court but I'd like your response on it first and would appreciate an urgent reply before I start legal proceedings and also take this to the press.
I have copies of the receipts and names of everyone who served me.

I purchased a kawasaki hover board in december for my 10 yr old daughter xmas present it was faulty so took it back replaced it in jan 2019 the replacement has now got a fault the bar keeps popping out and the wires twisting inside so disconects o took it back to the hartlepool store to were they were not helpful at all. Said it was a fault yes i know that but would not replace item or exchange for a bike as my daughter sais would rather not have another as keep going faulty this was £289 and she has a usless piece of hover board no longer can be rode. I am so upset that the hartlepool store never even opened the product to see that it was all teisted and disconnected and the bar had only came out not snapped like he said. He said cant take it back as they lose out on money wich again is not right i have lost £289 and a single parent think this is ridiculous my daughter is so upset as now she ended up with no xmas present hope you can advise me please only choice i have is to go to trading standards as i think the staff in store are not very helpful and just couldnt be bothered with the product

I baught a tv that was faulty in the past that I took back. But I baught another one from the store. Now recently I baught an Xbox one that is faulty. And I wanted to take it back and get one that wasn't faulty. And Scott the manager of Aberdeen branch told me. If I take it back he would give me my money back. But I'd never be allowed back in the store again. He said I always return things I but he was referring to the tv that I baught in the past. That's the only thing iv returned due to fault. I feel like I should take this up with trading standards. But I thought I'd email to the complaints board first . What should I do next... do you help me or will trading standards help me.

I purchased this product at £130. When I got home I set it all up and within 5 minutes the fan became overpowering and the console itself was a brink of melting it was that hot.
It's just a safety concern really as if I was to leave it on and to go out for a few minutes the console could've caught fire.
I am wondering if I am able to get a full refund on my product?

To who this may concern
I put a initial deposit on in January for a Samsung j3 and paid for it in fill on weds 21st of March. I did not check the phone with a SIM card but saw it working without . When I got home i put a SIM card in and it had a circle with a line through it . And would not register sim card, I tried a different sim card and it was the same .
I took this back to the shop the day after but could not find my receipt I know this is my fault but due to depression, anxiety and ptsd due to domestic violence my memory is not very good at all .
The staff in the shop may believe the phone has been blocked but can't do anything due to no receipt .this has upset me even more as I'm always in the armley Leeds store and very upset there s nothing they can do .
I am going to go gain some legal advice as I'm sure there's something that could be done . Please get back in touch .

Hi I 1st put a deposit on a j3 phone in January and made the last payment on 21st of March. I put a SIM card in a a circle with a line appeared this is the 1st time I tried the phone with a SIM card I tried another sim card but it was the same.
I took the phone back the day after but could not find the receipt. I suffer from depression an ptsd due to domestic violence so my memory is really not very good I know this is not your fault .
I come to the armley Leeds store often and recommend it to other people .
There is a circle and line at the top and no sims will register they seem to think that the phone could be blocked .
I am going to get some legal advice as I'm sure there is something you could do . It's 80 pound I do not have .
I am very upset about the situation .

To Whom It May Concern...
I started a payment plan for a PS4 on the 06/03/2018 @ 14:06 at your Shawlands store for my sons 13th birthday.
I paid the 20% deposit as required and was told I has 12 weeks to pay the out standing balance.
I paid a further £30/£40 the following week and on the 14/03/2018 I paid the outstanding balance and collected the item as it was my sons birthday the next day. It was passed to me in a plastic bag, I asked the manager for a box and she said I could buy one next door at the gift shop ( a carboard box).
I took the PS4 home and took it out of the plastic bag and noticed there was a big crack on it but I don't keep to well and on of lot of medication so could not travel back up there I had to carefully wrap it and when my son opened it I had to ask him to be carful ( he should be able to enjoy his presants not be careful).
I took it back next day and they said it was the case at the top so I took it home and set it up...it never worked.
I took it back again the next day which was the 16th march the third day in a row I had been in the shop.
I told the manager again that I was not satisfied and wanted it fixed as it was my sons 13th we organised for 4 of his friends to come to our home and order food for them and a Fifa 18 tournament but this couldn't happen so as you can imagine my sons reaction when I told him it wasn't working and had to cancel...she took the console and told me it was a wire that was faulty so once again the fixed it but when I got home it wasn't working properly but it went on but the charger wire wasn't working I have had to use my own Samsung charger wire and she also has forgotten to give me back the usb again I have had to use my own one I have in house.
I am very unhappy about this it was my kids birthday if you have kids you should definitely understand it was a special birthday and his birthday was ruined because of the actions of the staff I was told it had been tested and good enough for resale but it was cracked and the wire wasn't working so I am not happy I expect when I buy something 2nd or new to be working as I paid £119.99 and I had to take it back twice which cost me £9 on bus fairs and my sons 13th birthday night was ruined too so I think he deserves some for of an appoligy as I said I do not keep well I take a lot medication and the fact that I went to a lot of bother to make his birthday perfect a lot of time effort and money so i am asking that this gets resolved.

Dear customer services
I have a physical and mental health disabilities for which i'm on life medication. I purchased a 40" lcd samsung tv from your store 28 belgrave gate leicester on 27/7/2017. At time of purchase not much explanations were given on terms of guarantee or warranty, everything was rushed in order to get me to buy and leave. Due to the levels of anxiety and difficulty of being in public places l bought the tv to avoid embarrassment and at that point I had being excessively sweating as l normally do when presented with what others areas normal is extremely difficult for me. Having being assisted to get the tv in the taxi, l was relieved to have left the store. I have anxiety when going in shops and speaking to people who i'm not familiar with.
I've since enjoyed the tv but recently it has been switching itself off without reasons.
I popped in the store recently which was again absolutely stressful, to inquire possible refund but l was informed that my warrant was only for 6 months.
How disappointing after paying a whopping £149.00 from a person like me on disability benefits and not being provided properly with the information or didn't anyone notice i'm disabled probably not but are there measures to protect vulnerable people like me being misinformed.
Could l kindly as for my matter to be looked into, i'm stuck with a broken tv minus £149gp remain extremely anxious and stressed. I would appreciate if l could be refunded under my special circumstances of disability. I seem not to take matters further if this could be resolved with refund in store.
I have full support of my local health charities and hope that l will get a positive response from you.

I bought a Samsung s8 on the 11th September 2017 from your store in Middleton Manchester as I was in store I received a call to tell me my auntie had passed away so paid and walked out without receipt in the December my phone stopped receiving calls so phoned my network provider who told me phone had been blocked i went to the store next day to complain was greeted by the woman I paid the money for my phone who said she remembered me but has my warranty was up wouldn't do anything till I said was phoning the police as I had been told phone was stolen meet the manager who gave me a credit note and a Samsung s7 till they had a Samsung s8 in stock this was 3 months ago and I do ring to check but always told no until one day ring and spoke to a different person who told me they had had 2 in but no phone call to me to let me swap my credit note and s7 back oh yes police turned up and took the phone saying it was reported stolen 2 days previously that's why it had been blocked the phone was a birthday present for me which my birthday was not a happy one as losing my auntie then the phone gets blocked all I want is my s8 that I paid £380 for back not a credit note thats not going to get used if this is not sorted will be contacting trading standards

I purchased a IPhone 5 from your store about a month or two ago and I have had nothing but problems with it and I rang your store you have in Portsmouth and they were nothing but rude, over talking me refusing to put the manager on the phone. Due to me loosing the receipt during moving house they are refusing to fix the phone but it is still showing up on the system that I bought this phone. I think you need to get your staff to sort it out and start treat customers fairly! Every phone I've bought from other stores don't care about the receipt as long as it shows on the system so why I your store any different?

opening times and unsafe practices
This is in regards to the store in Bootle Strand Shopping Centre, Liverpool.
Consistency in opening times are dreadful. It seems like the shop opens depending on the time of the owners arrival. Opening times are displayed to be 9am-5:30pm, but often the store opens around 10am, and they close at 5pm. I have been told that the staff do not get to go on lunch breaks, and hence the early closure.
I've also noticed that the products arranged in the store pose both a hazard and fire risk. Large number of bicycles clog the walkway between shelves, making it hard to manoeuvre as well as increasing the risk of accidents from tripping.

A lady in your Neath shop promised me 2 days ago that she would give me 1 extra day on games i had in your shop but the lady made a massive seen in front of a shop full of customers and tried to belittle me, even other customers made remarks on her attitude which at best was terrible, , , if she hadn't promised I wouldn't make a complaint but she even swore in front of my mother, this isn't a threat at all but I promise that so called lady is going to come down with a nasty accident, plus I know from another member of staff that as soon as things are supposed to go on the shelves she is picking the best stuff for her children... she doesn't know the meaning of the customer is always right, but I promise you I will make it my ambition to make this lady fail plus our town is very small and I promise to spread the word on this lady that shes a liar and promise to end her happy days and that's a promise

Hi,
I ordered a mobile phone from your Irvine store on Tuesday 12th December online. My mother in law phoned up not long ago to be told you don't have that phone in stock, except I ordered it so where did the item go? On my PayPal receipt It said airdrie store, I emailed them no reply, then we found out it was actually Irvine, emailed them no reply, itshouldn't have been on the website if it wasn't there to sell. Instead of someone contacting me through email phone or by PayPal if my details weren't available my order was just ignored. It's my sons birthday on Monday and he's now waking up to no phone, the only present he asked for. I will never use cash generator again, there was no remorse or anything offered for the inconvenience all we were offered was to pick something else or a refund. The trust is gone therefore I will not order again.
I am contemplating on going further as I feel I have been treated very unfairly and with no care atall
