Absolutely disgusted in a number of items I've bought from cash generator, use cash gen in Hyde (Tameside) quite often well known customer in there and Christmas ever I bought a tv for an Xbox one a kobo e reader and Samsung tablet... the tv has a big red line down the screen the Xbox one wires were cellotaped together due to the wiering coming out Samsung tablet come with wrong charge and doesn't work properly and the ereader came without a charge and doesn't connect to the wifi not a single item was marked as faulty and now got three very upset children due to there Christmas presets not working.

I bought 2 pairs of beats head phones for my children for Christmas I was told they are new when buying once opened on Christmas day one head no case one had no cable and there was no leaflets inside the boxes the serial numbers on the head phones are not recognized on the beats site the beats marks rub off when you touch them they are fake and I'm being told I can't get a refund

I recently had to pawn my TV at one of your stores due to financial commitments and I got it back out and the stand is broken this is really annoying as it was pretty much new when we pawned it. Are you going to replace the stand as it was in your possession? I would really like a solution to this as I'm really upset and can't use my TV without a stand.

Good Morning
In December 2014 my siblings and I sadly and rather unexpectedly lost our mother who was only in her very early sixties.
Near this time I got in touch with your branch in Grays, Thurrock as they lost an item of my mothers jewellery of great sentiment to her of which we were unable to retrieve to lay her to rest with.
The matter very quickly escalated and rightly so and you sent me a full and final settlement offer of which I can send over to you independently. Unfortunately I became rather ill myself and was in no position (at the time) to continue to look after my mothers affairs.
I am however now better and have recommenced taking care of her business.
I trust that, given the sensitive nature of this matter and unnecessary stress and upset that it caused myself and my family, that you will follow through with your offer by sending a new agreement to sign and furthermore by then sending the agreed £200 by cheque to me at my new address so to, at the very least, contribute to my mothers headstone.

i bought a laptop from cash generator on the 27/09/2018 a lenova 4gb for £140.00.
when i switched this laptop on when i got home it began configuring windows which lasted 6 hours . Then it started updating windows which was another 4 hours. after this process the computer said it was restarting . when the computer was rebooting back on it displayed a password sign. i do not know what that password is as the person who sold the computer to cash generator would only know. The laptop had not been reset as it was on display in the shop window with somebody eles's picture on the screen. I myself am qualified in computers but when i rang cash generator to explain i was spoken to like an idiot and had the phone put down on me. this is unacceptable behaviour. I want my money back as i was well within my return date and was told no and that it was my fault. This is disgusting and i am seeking legal action. please can you help me in this.

I bought samsung galaxy prime on 6 october 2018 and it was faulty so exchanged it for galaxy tab 3 but it is also faulty so I went in to harperhey store where I purchased it from and they said I cant have a refunfd because it was exchanged but on receipt it says I cwn g3t refund if its faulty within 14 days and it is still in the time limit and the staff arent helpful

toshiba laptop
Recently purchased a laptop from stretford Chester road store, took it home to find many viruses, when returning they said they would have somebody look at it, 6 days later I had it returned to be told there was nothing wrong with it whatsoever, the problem with the laptop occurred right after the purchase, the way the staff spoke to me in the store and over the phone was atrocious, if this isn't sorted I will be taking it a lot further? The customer service from the staff at this store is incredibly shocking. Fortunately for them it was my mother who took it in, please get back to me as soon as possible so I don't have to attend the store! If there was a option to rate it Zero stars I would of done! moving goods from sheffield store to rotherham store with out notice
I have an item on buy back which was moved from sheffield to Rotherham without notice. I have been making payments to extend my agreement but on the 28th September they said that they where not taking payments as I have got to go to store and sign a new one. But unfortunately I can not get there until 13/10/2018 and have been told they will only give me until 09/10/2018 which I have explained due to my work times there's no way I can get there. I see this as unfair as the Sheffield store closed down with no notice and goods where moved to Rotherham.

I was in store today and was shocked and appalled with the attitude of your staff, I was felt very uncomfortable and a staff member made a comment about our clothing, then I asked how to make a complaint and was asked ‘how' I want to make a complaint and ‘who' I was making a complaint about. I was not supported at all to make a complaint and I feel the comustomer service was anadiquite.

Well it all started off my little girl at the age of 11 was in one of your cash Generators store someone made a comment in the store so the staff members started getting air freshener out and spraying it alright my little girl and that was ok with your shop after that we purchased the vacuum which the wire was Bear it give me an electric shock we phone them they offered us £5 Saturday 25th August my little girl went in with her father to buy some games he's over 18 but they would not let her purchase the games as she was a minor and the manager Scarlett tried to state the law as to be 18 which is correct what that is to buy the game it has got nothing to do with the staff in the store what happens after we have purchased it and for her to talk to a child the way she had is disgusting I want something done about this as I was going to a newspaper with she has got anything against my child or your store why don't you just ban her for doing nothing disgusting manager Scarlett and disgusting staff

On Monday morning my partner went into cash gen Chelmsley Wood to ask about the Nintendo wii we brought that had no controllers he spoken to scarlet the manger and he got a very unpleasant conversation he said that we had brought a wii that had no controllers but we didn't have the receipt he explained he spoken the the manger on anotherday and he was then told he didn't speek to the boss as she was and then said she wouldn't help with the issue because he called someone else a manger who is the assistant manger of the store she was very aggressive and unhelpful in the end she said bring it in and will have a look but this was done by the till in full ear shot of staff and members of the public witch I find unprofessional and not a good image when we went back she wouldn't help the other member of staff with the issue. We come in very often and buy and I have never been so disappointed with the service from the manger and also how aggressive she was leaning over the counter talking down to my partner

I purchased an Xbox one on the 14th of August at Rutherglen store for £99.99 I took it home an for the next 2/3 days it wasn't used as my oldest prefers PlayStation consoles, I checked up an it states on the website if you change your mind and on this note I decided to take it back as it wasn't getting used . I was told no I was not going to get my money back however I could sell it back to them for a mear £70, I feel this is wrong, why state on the website something to be told of a store the don't follow this rule they have there own rules.

Hi I been using this store quite frequently over the last 10 years but recently the high turnover of staff that your Swansea store has is obscured I used to like coming there the staff were great but now they have a new staff member on the buy back desk I highly avoid them I know his name is Ashley he smells and offers pennys for my items and says it's the manager telling him this but when the other staff members were there I always had a polite greet and chat and always had a reasonable price for my items so I would like to complain about the way he is with us customers now I use cash at maxx where the customer is priority and great friendly atmosphere

Hi I went into your wolverhampton store and brought a laptop a few weeks ago and wasn't informed that not only was the laptop on Windows 7 but it wasn't even a genuine copy on the laptop I wasn't very pleased to say the least I was going to contact Windows media but thought I would contact the store I brought it from first so I am not impressed that I had to take it back for the assistants to look at to find i had to have a refund as its not suppossed to have been sold to me so now I don't have a laptop again plus the cost I had to pay in travel fare to fetch and take It back so I would like to know what your company will compensate for this as I did come back into the store and not report it to Microsoft as this was sold without a genuine copy of Windows on it my e-mail is [protected]@gmail.com I hope I hear from you soon

On the 14/04/2018 I spent ££550.00 on a Samsung galaxy s9 from the Irvine branch, after 2 weeks of unsuccessfully not getting the unlock codes I decided that I had enough and I was going to sell it to Mazuma. I was going to take a bit of a loss but I carried on and sent the phone to them, as soon as they received it they immediately placed it into quarantine. They then issued me with a certificate stating that the phone wasn't stolen but when CG bought it they basically bought it without ownership rights which means they have unlawfully sold EE phone and by selling it to to me they have fraudulently sold me goods which as well as not working means some nice accolades for the local newspapers, I am currently filling out the form 3 (a) so that I can start court proceedings against this bunch of [censored]
As promised I have put a small claims form into the Sheriff Court so the franchisee will be looking at not a £550.00 bill but for putting me to so much trouble, ignoring me, along with the head office who never answer there phones (Edinburgh) The ignorance, uneducated, rude, non-skilled and unknowable management at Irvine obviously got there training from there big boss who can't speak to anyone. The bill will be a tad more😎As for this website we'll done for getting an answer, as for Cash Generators I won't be rude but where you when I required a hand well I abstain from your services now as this has gone too far. Went to cash generator on the 10 the July to witness the franchise manager speaking to a member of public like he was trash for both reason given all that was said by the customer is that hr wanted to buy a Xbox one console to be told by manager your banned for Bringing back TVs saying there faulty where they are the one who sold him a TV to take back

On the 16/6/18 I bought an iPhone 7 from your Shawlands store in Glasgow. As I was working in Southampton the following week and needed a mobile, I was assured this was the best phone for me, duly paid £250, then went to my service provider and signed up to a new sim contract. Two days later and many landline calls, my service provider informed me that from the phone IMEI this phone had been reported lost or STOLEN on the 22nd March.
Having spent a very tough and very inconvenient working week without a mobile, I returned to the store on the 22nd June. While the staff member I dealt with was adamant they take all necessary precautions, they clearly did not in this instance if the phone was reported Lost or Stolen 3 months before.
To make matters worse, as way of compensating me I was offered an iPhone 8 for the reduced price of £350 meaning that if I wanted to have a serviceable phone I would have to give the store an extra £100, and if I'm honest I'd have still have a nagging doubt about whether this phone was Lost or Stolen. However to add insult to injury, the phone itself had a large crack running across the bottom corner. It was a take it or leave it deal I was told, so I rightly requested my money back.
My concerns are this; a) are you allowed to sell your customers blocked Lost or Stolen merchandise? b) is it your policy that if a customer returns a lost or stolen phone to ask them to spend even more money? c) especially knowing that the phone on offer is substandard and is probably being offered as a way to clear unwanted stock?
I do have the name of the store member but this is not the appropriate place for me to display that.

You have my iphone 8 plus in your buy back I got a call on saturday the 16th june 2018 that you would be going into administration I went to your peckham store and the store was closed I then called head on 0161833 3344 and spoke to keeley casey who confimred that you had gone into administration on the 4th june and I was only notified on saturday gone she then called the store manager who claimed he was in store so I returned to retreive my phone and again nobody was in store and my phone is gone I want it back. I have request to make my house was robbed yesterday at 12noon in Bradford. I have informed few stores but there afe too many stores in West Yorkshire (Bradford Leeds Areas). Asian Jewllery was stolen along with this 18ct white gold double halo diamond wedding ring with engravings (W & S). Therr is blue sapphire in middle of two initials.
