CellUnlocker.net is the real deal!
My brother's old Samsung went on the fritz... it was suffering the dreaded "bootloop". This happened while he was spending the Holidays with my wife and I... He started freaking out because he depends on his phone for his work. I told him to just head back to the cellular store of his carrier. My brother explained to me that his cellular plan was some confusing "pay as you go" plan where he could use any "unlocked" phone just as long as it had a sim card. It was a good thing that I had an old Samsung S5 but it was dedicated to AT&T. I went online to see if I could unlock the phone and Cellunlocker.net showed some promise. I told my brother we could try Cellunlocker but there was no guarantees that it would work because there were some mixed reviews. We decided to go for it and by the time I woke up, Cellunlocker.net had delivered the email explaining how to unlock the phone as promised. It was easy, especially with the Youtube video that they provided. I highly recommend Cellunlocker.net without any hesitation... Thank you, Cellunlocker!
The first 'get-your-unlock-code-here' service I tried
The first 'get-your-unlock-code-here' service I tried spent 48 hours digging for my code and came up empty. The notification email implied the null result was my fault, and they suggested I follow the IMEI fetching instructions more carefully before resubmitting my order (LOL). The second service was more customer-centric and professional, but couldn't understand my frustration over the blunted options for 'device model' on their submission form (my Xperia Z1 C6906 was simply 'Xperia'). Two days later I was officially informed they couldn't find my code, probably because my phone was just 'too new', and I'd need to fork-out another $30 to have them dig deeper.
Technically, CellUnlocker.net was my fourth attempt to solicit digits from a code-harvesting service (#3 was the dumb-as-a-bag-of-crushed-rock csr in the Rogers Plus retial store who met my network-unlock request with a vacant look and straight silence... lol). Anyway, $8 and less than 4 hours is all it took CellUnlocker.net to crack this nut - they literally prevailed where so many others failed. Highly, *highlyrecommended.

I ordered the unlock code for my Samsung Rugby Smart
I ordered the unlock code for my Samsung Rugby Smart at 11:20 PM on a Thursday. I had to work early the next morning, so I went to bed right afterward. When I checked my e-mail after getting up, I found that they had e-mailed me all the codes I would need by 12:18 AM on Friday! Less than an hour's turnaround time! AWESOME!
If I had just stayed up a little bit, I could have unlocked and gotten my new cell phone up and running before going to bed!
As it was, I was able to do it before going into work, although I hit a little snag: I could NOT change the APN on my phone. In a small fit of panic, I fired off an e-mail to their customer service team and headed in to work.
Well, I'm a newbie at this (never had a decent smart phone before, my only experience was two years with the Motorola i1), and didn't think to hit the "Menu" key once I got to the "Mobile Networks" portion of my settings, as it did nothing whatsoever when the phone was locked. Thankfully, I bumped the Menu key by accident, discovered the new field that allows adding a new APN and was able to take care of it from there.
When I got home, I found that their Customer Service team had answered my e-mail within 5 hours.
This company is fabulous!
This company is fabulous! I so did NOT want to pay for an unlock 'code,' and I was very dubious. I had already spent too much time trying everything under the sun that didn't work. I even took the phone to a tech guy ? no luck. At&t already sent me 2 'unlock codes' that didn't work. So, these guys at Cellunlocker.net gave me a code and it also didn't work. HOWEVER, they stuck with me, tried another method, kept giving me clear instructions and guidance. I did exactly what they said, they sent me to google where I got step-by-step follow-up instructions and WHALLAH! Unlocked at last. I still had a few bumps, but my I could use my phone again! Hello Tmobile! But that's not all?. They continued to follow up with me until every single bump and glitch was worked out. These guys really know every nuance about the Galaxy S3 and they made absolutely certain that every number and code and network and and and and ? you name it, they made sure that everything was working correctly. I mean, they stuck with me for like 5 days, followed up, emailed me to see if things were okay ? I mean GREAT customer service! I think their price is very fair because you WILL get your device unlocked here. Thank you ? absolutely the greatest customer service!
First thing to say is I'm wary of those that claim
First thing to say is I'm wary of those that claim very low prices - they rarely if ever work out. I picked Cellunlocker as they reflected the price I can get locally, all of whome said they needed my phone for a week! However I did NOT want my phone out of my sight. I decided to try online instead.
With some trepidation I tried out Cellunlocker online despite general warnings that online unlockers in general were poor if not downright dishonest.
First off their web site was clear, easy to understand and I selected my particular phone provider (as was) which was 3 Hutchison (UK). They advised the timescale which was perhaps some weeks, but I accepted that.
In the event it arrived much quicker in an email in just over a working week and I followed the YouTube video instructions.
It wasn't clear if you needed a signal and don't have one at home but it appears you don't need it anyway and I followed the instructions.
It did exactly what it said and my phone worked immediately with my alternative Sim card. It was really very easy and quick. Note the only thing it didn't do was remove the old provider's logo on phone start up, but that's of no consequence (I assume it's embedded somehow on the phone).
I'm now using my new Pay as you Go Tesco card and one very happy guy!
Cellunlocker contacted me again to ensure everything went OK - so I can certainly recommend them wholeheartedly.

Just 3 minutes after I submitted my first review, I received an email from them informing me that they have refunded my purchase. Shortly after, I also received a refund confirmation email from PayPal. The only positive outcome from this experience is that I have received my money back. However, I still do not recommend them and I believe they should be closed down. I consider myself fortunate to have gotten my money back, but unfortunately, many others were not as fortunate.
BUYER BEWARE: They told me they'd refund me after they failed to unlock my iPhone, but it hasn't happened after MORE THAN A MONTH! First week, they lost track of my refund request, and resubmitted it. The next 3+ weeks were wasted on what they claimed were payment processor issues that only affected refunds. Finally had to contact my credit card company.
I wish I could give zero stars! DO NOT WAIST YOUR TIME OR MONEY! SCAMMMMMMMMM
This company is 999% legit!
This company is 999% legit! They quickly helped me. Highly recommend over any over website they unlock your iphone remotely you dont even need to enter a code!
i think they are great !
i think they are great ! i have unlocked many cell phones with out a problem , i called them many time always answer always helped me , Im very happy with them . i will continue using there services .
I saw a bunch of bad reviews so I figured I would leave a good one
I saw a bunch of bad reviews so I figured I would leave a good one. I've unlocked 2 phones with them before. An old blackberry a long time ago and an iphone 5. I never had any issues with them. I got the codes for the blackberry in 2 days. I dont remember how long it took for the iphone but they're a great company and I would try them for sure.
Terrible Experience with CellUnlocker.net: Poor Customer Support and Flawed Processes
My experience with CellUnlocker.net was absolutely terrible. The code they gave me to unlock my phone didn't work, which was disappointing but understandable. I sent them a video of me entering the SIM card, booting up the phone, and entering their code, along with the *#06# code to prove that I had the correct IMEI number. But instead of helping me, they made ridiculous demands to try and disqualify my proof. They even have some kind of high-tech forensics team that investigates video submissions, which is just ridiculous.
I had to make another video, this time after factory-resetting my phone to show that there was nothing else going on in the background. But I still got the same error message, and they made even more demands. I called their customer service center and spent an hour explaining and reiterating everything, waiting on hold while they reviewed my video over and over again. They even asked me to make another video, which was just ridiculous.
I asked them to do a video chat so I could show them in real-time, but they refused. I even asked to speak to the Manager-in-charge, who ended up cowering behind his customer service representative. Finally, after all that, they gave me a refund.
It's no wonder that they have such cheap rates. Their systems and processes are extremely flawed, their techs show poor tact in replies, and their customer support doesn't know the meaning of due diligence or courtesy. I would never recommend this site to anyone. Stay away from these novices and find a better option.
Cellunlocker.net Review: Slow Service and Terrible Customer Support
This website for unlocking phones is not very good. I ordered my phone to be unlocked on December 26th, 2016. I know that the holidays can slow things down, but it is now January 7th, 2017 and my phone is still not unlocked. I have contacted them several times about my order, and they told me that the latest it would be done was January 6th. Well, it is now the 7th and my phone is still locked. When I first got the email, it said it would take 4 days, but it has taken much longer than that. If you are thinking about using this website to unlock your phone and you are reading reviews before you order, I suggest you don't give this website a try. There are many other websites that offer the same service and cost the same, so why choose something that takes FOREVER to get done? They also have terrible customer service. I tried to leave a comment on their website, but after I left it, it said that the comment needed to be reviewed before it could be published. In other words, they control what comments are put on their website. When I visited their website the next day, my comment had disappeared. If you look at their website, all the comments are positive. Really? Or do they just delete all the negative ones? I am a fair person and hardly ever leave negative feedback, but for cellunlocker.net, I want to let other people know about their services. The funny thing is, once you order on their website, you cannot get a refund. Their reason is that the order has already been submitted. The only way to get a refund is if the unlock doesn't work. So, think twice before you decide to use this website.
CellUnlocker.net Review: Quick and Easy Phone Unlocking at a Reasonable Price
I stumbled upon CellUnlocker.net when I was searching for ways to unlock my phone on YouTube. A video popped up recommending the site, so I decided to give it a try. At first glance, the website looked sketchy and made me feel like it was a scam. However, I did some research and found that the reviews were mostly positive, so I decided to take the plunge.
I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to input my information on the site. They had a wide range of phone carriers from all over the world, which was impressive. I received my unlocking codes in just two hours, and they even gave me two codes in case one didn't work. I was thrilled with the quick turnaround time and the fact that they provided a backup code.
The only issue I had was with the email they sent me. The email didn't clearly state that they were sending me two separate codes. The codes were on one line, separated by a space, so I assumed it was one code broken up into two parts. I tried inputting it as one code, but it didn't work. I emailed the company for help, not realizing that it was two different codes. They responded later that day and explained that it was two different codes. I tried one of the codes, and it worked like a charm! I'm now happily using an unlocked phone.
The best part is that it only cost me around ?13, which is cheaper and more convenient than getting my phone unlocked in a shop. However, I should note that the charges may vary depending on the phone and network.
Overall, I have no regrets using CellUnlocker.net, and I would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs their phone unlocked. The only improvement I would suggest is that they make it more obvious in the email that they're sending multiple codes and not just one long one. But other than that, I'm a satisfied customer!
Quick and Affordable Phone Unlocking with CellUnlocker.net - A Review
I gotta say, I've been using CellUnlocker.net for the past month or so to unlock some Moto G smartphones that were locked to Koodo in Canada, and I'm pretty impressed with their service.
First off, they're super quick with their delivery. They say it'll take 12-24 hours to get your unlock code, but every time I've ordered, I've gotten the code within an hour. That's pretty impressive, if you ask me.
The last time I ordered an unlock, I had a bit of a brain fart and forgot that the code is always an 8-digit number. I tried to use a 16-digit code that I thought was the right one, but obviously it didn't work. I emailed CellUnlocker.net to ask what was up, and they got back to me in less than 2 hours with a checklist to help me figure out what was going wrong. Turns out, the code they'd emailed me was actually two 8-digit numbers right next to each other. Once I used the first one, it worked like a charm.
I also appreciate that they followed up with me after the unlock to make sure everything had gone smoothly, and asked me to recommend them if I was happy with their service. It's nice to see a company that cares about their customers.
And let me tell you, their prices are way better than what I would have paid if I'd gone through Koodo. It cost me $14.99 (around CAD 20.00) for each unlock, whereas Koodo would have charged me CAD 40.00 with taxes per unlock, and it would have taken 3-7 days. No thanks.
I was a little hesitant to use CellUnlocker.net at first because I'd read some negative reviews, but after 4 successful unlocks, I can only say good things about them. They've definitely found a niche and they're doing a great job servicing it. Plus, they must be working around the clock to respond to emails as quickly as they do. Impressive stuff.
Terrible Service: Unlock Code Didn't Work and No Refund Offered
This service is not good at all! I searched this site a lot before I decided to give them my money. The unlock code came back in an hour via email. I was so happy, I followed all the instructions in the email, but nothing worked. After hours of trying and searching on Google, I contacted them. It took them days to help me, and all they did was resend me the email I got the first time. I told them over and over that I did everything, but it wasn't working.
Finally, after like 30 emails, they told me that T-Mobile updated their stuff, and it can't be unlocked. But because it is their policy, I have to upload a video showing that it didn't work. I did that, no problem. After another two days, they emailed me and told me that I gave them the wrong IMEI, and that is why it isn't working. They said I could buy another unlock code from them for $20. I checked my emails and phone, and no, I didn't give them the wrong IMEI. So I sent all the proof to them showing I didn't, and I got another email saying I was correct, and they are sorry.
To do another "unfreeze code" to the phone, I did it again. Nothing. I told them I want a refund, but they already told me it wasn't going to happen. I sent my video, but they sent me another email saying I have to make another video. I told them no, I am not making another video. I want my money back, or I am contacting the BBB.
That was two days ago, and today I received an email saying "We see your service unlock was completed, let us know if we can do anything else for you!" No way! I have all the emails proving all this, and I plan on writing about this everywhere so this doesn't happen to others.
Disappointing Experience with CellUnlocker.net: False Guarantee, Poor Customer Service, and Harassment
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with CellUnlocker.net. They claim to have a "100% guarantee or money back" policy, but let me tell you, that's a bunch of baloney. They couldn't unlock my phone, and when I asked for help, they just refused and didn't do anything to make it right. The only thing that impressed me was how quickly they responded to my messages.
But that's not even the worst part. After I realized I wasn't getting a refund, I asked them to stop messaging me. But they just wouldn't let it go. They kept responding and wasting my time, even though I had already made it clear that I didn't want to deal with them anymore. It's like they were harassing me or something.
Sure, part of their email was asking for feedback to improve their website, which is fine. But they just had to get in their last word and give me the same old excuses they've been giving me for days. It's just not right for a paying customer to be treated like that. I wouldn't recommend CellUnlocker.net to anyone, because they clearly don't care about their customers.
And you know what really grinds my gears? They had a chance to turn this around and make it a positive experience, but they just blamed me and didn't do anything to fix the problem. If they really cared about customer satisfaction, they would have worked with me to find a solution. But instead, they just washed their hands of the whole thing and left me hanging.
So, if you're thinking about using CellUnlocker.net, I would advise you to look elsewhere. They don't deserve your business if they're going to treat their customers like this. And to CellUnlocker.net, if you're reading this, please don't contact me anymore. I'm done with you.
Legit iPhone 5S Unlocking Service - My Experience with Cellunlocker.net
So, I got myself an iPhone 5S from Koodo and decided I wanted to unlock it. Koodo said I had to wait 3 months, but I didn't want to wait that long. So, I started looking online for unlocking services. There were so many options, but I didn't know who to trust with my money and IMEI. After some research, I found a thread on XDA Developers where some members recommended Cellunlocker.net. I decided to give it a shot, even though I was a bit skeptical. Just a heads up, make sure you don't confuse it with other services that have similar names. I haven't used those, so I can't say anything about them.
I placed my order through Paypal (just in case something went wrong) around midnight on February 24th. About 14 hours later, I received an email with instructions on how to complete the unlock. Unfortunately, I was at work, so I had to wait another 6 hours before I could get home and do it. Once I got home, I followed the instructions in the email. I put my WIND Mobile SIM card in the phone and waited for the "Activation Required" message to appear on the lock screen. Then, I plugged the iPhone into my computer and opened up iTunes. iTunes asked me to log in with my Apple ID, and after I did that, it said that my iPhone had been unlocked. It was that easy! I immediately started receiving service from WIND Mobile, and when I checked websites that check your IMEI, it confirmed that my phone was unlocked.
I know this is a long review, but I wanted to be thorough and share my experience with this unlocking service. They are legit! The price is a bit high, but I didn't compare it to other services, so I can't say if it's reasonable or not. I highly recommend Cellunlocker.net, and I plan on using them for any future phone unlocks. I promised them I would leave a review on other sites, so I'm copying and pasting this review everywhere. And just to be clear, I'm a real person, not an employee or bot or anything like that.
Not Recommended: Poor Service, Inadequate Support, and Frustrating Refund Process
This service is not recommended. They don't always deliver on their services, they don't provide adequate support, and they can be difficult to deal with when you do finally get support. If you need a refund, it can be a long and frustrating process. There are other services out there that are better.
This company is not very professional. It seems like it's run by someone who doesn't take their business seriously. The ordering process is automated, but if anything goes wrong, it can be a nightmare to deal with. If you need to contact them, you might have to try multiple methods before you get a response. Even then, you might not get the help you need.
In my experience, they only respond to about one out of every ten emails. They don't answer the phone, and there's no voicemail. Sometimes you can catch someone on web chat, but even then, the communication is not great. The person I spoke to was rude and argumentative. I had to tell them to calm down and actually help me. They sent me on a wild goose chase with hours of troubleshooting that wasn't necessary.
Despite advertising that they can unlock iPhone 6s with Bell, they were not able to actually do it. They told me they had unlocked it, but it was still locked. I'm now trying to get a refund, but it's been a frustrating process. They promised me a refund within a few hours, but it's been days and I still haven't received it. They're not responding to my emails.
Overall, I would not recommend this service. They don't always deliver on their promises, they don't provide good support, and they can be difficult to deal with. There are other services out there that are better.
CellUnlocker.net Review: Scam or Legit? My Experience with Their Phone Unlocking Service
CellUnlocker.net is a website that claims to unlock your phone for a fee. However, my experience with them was not a good one. I paid for their service, but I did not receive any code or customer support. When I tried to contact them, all I got was a voicemail that told me to wait until they were ready to help me. I was not happy with this, and I decided to dispute the charge with my credit card company.
One of the things that bothered me about CellUnlocker.net was their claim of having 24/7 customer service. This was not true. The chat icon on their website did not work, and when I sent an email, I was told that it could take up to two days to get a response. This was not what I expected from a company that claimed to have 24/7 service.
I also found out that the Better Business Bureau had flagged CellUnlocker.net as a possible fraudulent activity. This was not a good sign, and it made me even more suspicious of their service.
I tried to get my phone unlocked from two different providers, and CellUnlocker.net was the only one that did not deliver. The other provider had the unlock code for me in just 12 hours. They were on eBay, and I would recommend them to anyone who needs a reliable service.
I also suspect that many of the positive reviews on CellUnlocker.net are fake. It is not uncommon for scammers to generate fake reviews to make their service look better than it really is.
In conclusion, I would not recommend CellUnlocker.net to anyone. They took my money and did not deliver on their promise. If you decide to use their service, make sure to take screenshots of the turnaround time shown. This will make it easier to dispute the charge with your credit card company if they do not deliver.
Mixed Experience with CellUnlocker.net: A Review
I recently had an experience with CellUnlocker.net that left me feeling a bit frustrated. However, I want to start by saying that I believe this company has done a lot of good work for others and my experience may have been a one-off.
I had purchased a phone unlocking service from CellUnlocker.net and was expecting to receive an unlock code via email. Unfortunately, I never received the code and my phone provider ended up unlocking my phone for free. I reached out to CellUnlocker.net to request a refund, but was informed that I would not be eligible for a refund without a video agreed upon at checkout.
I was disappointed with this response, as I had paid for a product that I never received and no longer had a need for. I had also not received the product within the timeline discussed. However, after some back and forth with their customer support team, I was eventually refunded for my purchase.
While my experience with CellUnlocker.net was not ideal, I do believe that they have good intentions and are trying to provide a valuable service. I would recommend this company to others, but with the caveat that they may not be the best option for those on a tight deadline.
Overall, I appreciate that CellUnlocker.net eventually resolved my issues and provided me with a refund. I will reconsider my initial negative review of their services given this new information.
CellUnlocker.net Complaints 24
The claim of "100% guarantee or money back" is a complete
The claim of "100% guarantee or money back" is a complete sham. They failed to unlock my phone, refused to help resolve the issue and failed to live up their promises of satisfaction... Although the turn around time on their responses was impressive
Unfortunately I must add onto my above review of my experience with this company to highlight not only the horrible customer service but the borderline harassment I received from them.
Having acknowledged I was not going to receive a refund (And the reasons as to WHY) through our email exchange, and yet never being given any offer of help to resolve the issue short of giving them more money, I requested Cellunlocker.net to stop messaging me. They however could not drop this issue, responded and wasted my time.
I'll acknowledged part of their email just asked for a clarification in order to improve their website which is great, BUT they could not leave well enough alone and had to get in their last word in and give me the same old run-around they have been giving me for the past 2 days. Paying customers should not have to receive such a demeaning response to what they request be a UN-resolved, yet dead issue. That is just a horrible business practice on their part.
I strongly recommend potential customers take their business elsewhere because the way Cellunlocker.net has acted they do not deserve it.
Finally, Cellunlocker.net because I know you're reading this, what really gets me is that you had the opportunity to make this a positive experience that could have garnished a good review instead of two negative ones. If you really stood behind your guarantees and claims of customer satisfaction you would have worked towards a solution instead of wiping your hands of the situation and blaming the customer.
As requested in our private correspondence, Please do not contact me anymore.

I purchased a product they sell to unlock my phone. I was told that they were unable to unlock my phone and that I would receive a refund. It has now been 7 weeks now and i have no refund. This is a scam and I was robbed for my money.

I made a payment of $79.99 on the website https://www.cellunlocker.net for a cell phone unlocking service, they were unable to unlock my phone and under their refund policy I am eligible for a refund. It has been a month and they refuse to refund me my money stating that their payment service PayPal isn't working each time that I contact them. The number listed on their website instructs to go back to Cellunlocker's website to contact them. They refuse to respond to my emails and when I contact them through their chat service I am told the above mentioned excuse repeatedly.
I purchased an unlock code on 6-3-20. I paid $169 because the website stated unlock codes would be provided anywhere from 1-10 business days. I have been checking the order status for the past few days and the order shows "pending". I contacted them through their website twice and never received a response. This is obviously a scam and a disreputable company who are taking advantage of people.

CellUnlocker.net Review: Scam Alert - Don't Waste Your Money!
I gotta say, I read a lot of reviews about CellUnlocker.net and I gotta agree with the folks who say it's a scam. I mean, I put in an order for an unlock code for my AT&T phone and they sent me a code for Xfinity. When I tried to reach out to customer service through their chat, they said they'd reprocess my order with the right code. But then I waited and waited and nothing happened. I even responded to the email they sent me saying I could ask questions, but no response. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited a few more days, but still nothing. I tried emailing them again and still no response.
I mean, come on, they don't have 24/7 service, no one answers the phone, and the online chat doesn't even work. What kind of company is this? I was happy to pay for their service because I thought they were reputable, but I guess not. And don't even get me started on the reviews that say their customer service is great. That's a bunch of BS if you ask me.
I'm definitely disputing the charge on my credit card and I'm also going to send a note to the BBB. I don't want anyone else to get scammed by this company.
Unreliable and Untrustworthy: My Experience with CellUnlocker.net
I recently had a bad experience with CellUnlocker.net and I want to share my thoughts. I must say, these guys are not reliable at all. They took my money and made me wait for weeks. I tried calling them several times, but they never answered. This made me suspicious because any company that doesn't answer phone calls is probably a scam.
I ordered an unlock and was told that it would take 3-7 days. However, it has been 21 days and I have received nothing but excuses. They keep telling me that they are doing their best and working on it, but I don't see any progress. I have sent them several emails, but they just keep stalling.
If they cannot provide the service, they should not offer it in the first place. They are just wasting people's time and money. I had to dispute with PayPal because I wasted 20 days waiting for nothing. They told me that they could cancel the order if I wanted, but that was not what I wanted. I wanted them to deliver the service that I paid for.
It's frustrating to deal with a company that cannot deliver what they promise. They are just middlemen taking people's money and blaming their suppliers. This is not fair to customers who are looking for a reliable service.
In conclusion, I would not recommend CellUnlocker.net to anyone. They are not trustworthy and they do not deliver what they promise. They need to get a real job and stop scamming people.
Disappointing Customer Service: My Experience with CellUnlocker
I'm a customer of CellUnlocker and I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed. I've been trying to get in touch with them for ages now, but they just won't respond to me. I'm trying to activate my sim and get an ICCID number from them, but it's like they don't even care. I've tried reaching out to them multiple times, but I haven't gotten anywhere. They keep telling me they'll get back to me, but it's been weeks now and I'm still waiting.
They say they're open 24/7, but that's just a lie. If they can't handle the workload, they should change their hours or something. It's not fair to their customers to promise something they can't deliver. I even got a package from them, but I have no idea what to do with it. All I know is that I need an ICCID number and they're not giving it to me.
To make matters worse, they sent me a video from 2017! It's 2022 now, they need to update their stuff. The link to the old video is in my photos, but it doesn't even apply to new sims. I'm so frustrated, it's not fair. Someone needs to investigate these people and shut them down if they're not doing their job properly.
If they can't help me unlock my phone with the two SIM cards they sent, I want my money back. I worked hard for that money and I'm not just gonna let them take it without doing their job. Period.
Disappointing Experience with CellUnlocker.net: Unreliable and Unprofessional
Yo, I gotta tell y'all about my experience with CellUnlocker.net. So, I hit them up before I bought their services to make sure they could unlock all three of my phones - an iPhone X, an iPhone 8 Plus, and a Samsung S9. They said they could, so I decided to give them a shot. I started with the S9 and paid $30 for the codes, which arrived the next day. So far, so good.
But then I tried to unlock the iPhone 8 Plus and waited seven whole days before I emailed them to ask about the codes. They hit me back saying they weren't able to do it, but they had some other options for me - a chip for $40 or pay another $60 for a different solution. I wasn't feeling that, so I asked for a refund after 15 days of waiting.
Honestly, I wouldn't recommend CellUnlocker.net to anyone. They ain't a serious company, and you're better off looking elsewhere. Trust me, save yourself the headache and find a different company to unlock your phone.
CellUnlocker.net Review: A Disappointing Experience and a Waste of Money
I gotta say, I was pretty disappointed with my experience with CellUnlocker.net. I mean, I wish I had checked out the BBB report on them before I sent them my hard-earned cash. They took more money than they should have, and then they gave me some unlock codes that were totally bogus. And now, I haven't heard a peep from them. What a rip-off!
But hey, don't make the same mistake I did. If you want to unlock your phone, there are some simple steps you can take to do it yourself. First, figure out your phone's IMEI number. On an iPhone, you can find it in Settings>General>About. Or, you can dial *#06# and it should pop up. That's what I did for my LG G3.
Next, you need to figure out which carrier your phone is locked to. If you already know, great. If not, take a look at the SIM card and it should tell you. And if the SIM card is missing, just call the manufacturer and they'll be able to tell you.
Once you know the carrier, call them up and ask for the 16-digit unlock code. You'll need to give them your IMEI number, but they should be able to give you the code. And if they don't, you can file a complaint with the CCTS. It might take a little while, but they can help you get the code you need.
So yeah, don't waste your money on CellUnlocker.net. Do it yourself and save some cash. It's not that hard, and you'll feel pretty good about yourself when you're done.
Unreliable and Overpriced Phone Unlocking Service: A Review
This website is not worth your money. It took me several days to receive the unlock code and their customer service was slow to respond, taking about 24 hours to get back to me. When I finally received the code, there was no explanation on how to use it. The codes were sent in an email that claimed I had lost the information in my spam folder, but this was not true. After several days, their own tracking system finally finished the order. Worst of all, I paid $24.95 for this service and the codes they sent me did not work. I tried repeatedly, but to no avail. They required me to make a video of the entire process in order to get a refund, which was frustrating and time-consuming. Despite several emails, I still did not receive an unlock code for my phone.
I have unlocked several phones before and never had so much trouble. When I finally received a thorough explanation email on how to do the unlock, I even went through a flashing back to an old firmware update. I followed all their instructions to a tee, but kept getting the message "UNLOCK UNSUCCESSFUL." I was reading on XDA Developers how to go into the settings of my Galaxy Note 2 to do a permanent unlock, and it cost nothing. I didn't need to go through all of this, and of course, I did not receive a refund. Do a search for your model phone and unlock it for free with no code required. Just change some settings, and it takes only a few minutes. Thanks to XDA Developers for saving me time and money.
CellUnlocker.net Review: Poor Customer Service and Lack of Transparency
So, I had this mobile phone that I really wanted to unlock. I was browsing through YouTube when I stumbled upon CellUnlocker.net. I watched their videos and thought to myself, "Hey, this might be the solution to my problem." I decided to check out their website and see what they had to offer.
At first glance, I couldn't find any information about the cost of unlocking my phone. I thought that was a bit fishy, but I didn't want to jump to conclusions. I decided to contact them and ask about the cost. To my surprise, they actually responded and asked for the make and model of my phone. I thought, "Great, they're actually interested in helping me out."
However, things took a turn for the worse when I asked them about the cost. They never responded back to me. I tried contacting them multiple times, but still no answer. It's like they were ignoring me! I was starting to get frustrated because I needed my phone unlocked as soon as possible.
After waiting for more than a week, I realized that these guys weren't honest. It seemed like they only cared about making money and didn't care about their customers. I felt like they were just going to charge me whatever they wanted, and that's not fair to the customers.
I was really disappointed with my experience with CellUnlocker.net. They made me wait and wasted my time. A mobile phone is an important part of our daily lives, and I had to be without one for more than a week just because of them. I want people to know about my experience so that they don't have to go through the same thing.
In conclusion, I don't recommend CellUnlocker.net. Their YouTube videos might look helpful, but it's just for show. They don't care about their customers, and that's not good business practice.
CellUnlocker.net Review: Decent Service with Room for Improvement
So, I recently used CellUnlocker.net to unlock my Galaxy I747. At first, I was a bit hesitant because the website looked a bit sketchy, but I decided to give it a try anyway. I filled out the request form with my IMEI number and even triple checked it before submitting. However, when I received my receipt, I noticed that the IMEI number was wrong. I was pretty frustrated because I had already paid $30 and hadn't even received my unlock code yet.
I decided to reach out to their support center to see if they could fix the issue. I typed out a message explaining the problem, but when I hit send, my message got deleted. I wasn't too surprised because I had heard that their customer service wasn't the best. However, I had taken a screenshot of my message just in case, so I decided to try again. This time, I received a reply with an unlock code for my correct IMEI number.
At first, I followed the standard procedures for unlocking my phone, but it didn't work. I was about to give up, but then I decided to read the email more closely and found a troubleshooting section. I followed method 1, and to my surprise, it worked! I felt pretty bad for doubting CellUnlocker.net in the beginning, but I'm glad I stuck with it.
Overall, I would say that CellUnlocker.net is a decent service. It may not be the most user-friendly, and their customer service could use some improvement, but it did work for me in the end. I apologize for my negative feedback earlier and want to thank CellUnlocker.net for helping me unlock my phone. Now, I can annoy my girlfriend with texts again!
Beware of cellunlocker.net - Scam Alert!
So, I had this Xperia Mini Pro (SK17i) and I wanted to unlock it. I stumbled upon cellunlocker.net and they said they could do it easily. I was a bit skeptical at first, but the guy in my local shop charged me ?35 and said that was the cheapest he could do it for legitimately. He also warned me that anyone else offering to do it for cheaper were probably using pirate software or were just trying to blag/cheat me out of my money. He had seen it a few times from people with damaged and still locked phones from cellunlocker.net.
But I ignored his warning and used cellunlocker.net anyway. And guess what? They couldn't unlock my code or even supply me with the manufacturer's code like the man in my local shop. I was so disappointed. They took my money and couldn't unlock my phone. I thought Paypal and their 100% guarantee would cover me, but they ignored my emails and didn't bother replying when I asked for a refund.
I feel like all the reviews on the review site by people called John, Jane, $#*! and Tony etc are all fake people they have made up to try and create the impression that they have good customer service. I mean, come on, who are these people?
I would never use them ever again and urge anyone not to use them but instead use their local store/shops. They speak broken English and would have you believe they are in the USA, but I could tell from the time of their responses and the way they write emails that they are not in an English-speaking country.
To date, I am still awaiting a refund. These guys are bloody scammers! Don't fall for their trap!
CellUnlocker.net Review: A Disappointing Experience with Customer Support and Code Providers
I recently tried using CellUnlocker.net to unlock my phone, and I have to say, my experience was less than stellar. First off, when I called their customer support number, I was greeted by a bored teenage girl who sounded like she recorded her message in a toilet. After being put on hold for what felt like an eternity, I eventually gave up and decided to try my luck with their online support.
Unfortunately, the guys on the other end of the chat seemed just as clueless as the girl on the phone. It was like they were dragging their feet and waiting for me to give up and go away. I started to wonder if they were even busy at all, or if they were just buying bulk 5-star reviews from India at 10 cents a pop.
But to be fair, it seems like the whole market is rigged. Every code provider I reached out to had the same mantra: pay now, 100% money-back guarantee. What they don't tell you is that you might have to shoot a ridiculous video clip of yourself trying their crappy codes while hard-locking your cellphone.
One company even had the audacity to reply to my questions with broken English, saying "Had you not wasted your time asking me those questions you would have had the code by now..." It was almost comical.
And don't even get me started on the phony forums and review sites out there, like Trusted Reviews, that are actually just advertising boards for PayPal and the banks. It's like everyone is on the take these days.
Overall, I would not recommend CellUnlocker.net or any other code provider in this market. Save yourself the headache and do your research before handing over your hard-earned money. And if you do decide to try them out, be sure to check out the 1-2 star reviews on this site to see if others have had similar experiences.
Thieves
My phone was blocked and I requested for an unlocking code. They said I would get it in a day or 24 hours. Nothing happened at all Saying it because it has already been a week! I was hoping to get my money back. My request was declined. Why? How long do I have to wait to get the service or at least my money? Why was I rejected? It's a huge ripoff and fraud.
Customer service/unauthorized charges
I have made a purchase from the company for a specific amount, needless to say I was charged the proper amount. I used the credit card payment option as a non paypal customer, unfortunately days after I was accessed a fee from the company that caused my account to become negative, additional I was charged a Overdraft fee for the amount of $35.
Well, after informing the company regarding this charge they have continued to deny that it was them, I spoke to paypal which clearly informed ne that it was not accessed by them. The company continues to deny the transaction, in addition makes excuses that maybe it's my bank yet it specifically states the companies name. To receive a unlock code I am confident that you can use any company thats out there, so electing to use Cellularunlock for future purchase will not ever happen as I will not deal with a company that would not take responsibility for there mistakes. This is my initial complaint, I will provide a more detailed explanation on my entire experience in a few days.
I am disgusted with CellUnlocker!!
I have purchase an unlocking code from these guys but did not receive it. Every time I contacted CellUnlocker customer service I heard only lies, they said they were working on it and needed some extra time. Three weeks later I contacted them again and they said that my code was finally ready.
So I received my code but it was not working. They claimed there was nothing wrong with it and asked me to try again. I tried and nothing.
Asked for a refund and they refused. Cheaters! I will report these guys and will post negative reviews about them everywhere I can! Avoid!

After following all instructions and unlock code, i was unable to unlock my mobile.
When i contacted cellunlocker.net, they asked for different informations related to my mobile handset.

I even captured the entire steps in a video and provided to cellunlocker.net.
At the end i requested to refund the money back.
Even after several request to cellunlocker.net, i have not received the refund.
Consumer relationship authorities should bring this to the notice of the company and ask them to maintain some business ethics.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.
They were twice as expensive and took 12 times longer than Samsungimeiunlock.com - a very dissatisfied customer. I cancelled the order before they issued the code and asked for a refund. They didn't care that their pricing and service was so bad. Just quoted the letter of the law of their terms & conditions. Cannot recommend.
The instructions to enter the code never worked on my BlackBerry
The instructions to enter the code never worked on my BlackBerry. The window for the code entry never appeared.
They request you to provide the video of how you unsuccessfully try the code and it does nothing in order for you to get your refund. I videos myself doing so, sent it to them, they refused the refund stating that they are just the resellers and the money has been paid to provider already and cannot be refunded.
Well, their relationship with their providers is none of my business, I just wanted my money back, so I filed a dispute with PayPal. Still ongoing...
They send a code that doesn't work and make it impossible to get a refund
They send a code that doesn't work and make it impossible to get a refund. After spending hours trying all the steps listed on their website and videoing them they want me to redo it all in 1 shot. I'm not wiping my phone again and spending hours at this to get back $15. They send a crap code and make it impossible to get your money back.
