I refer to my recent statement in which I was charged rm 20.00 for an item
under description " EDUWALA + ENSOFT ONLINE CERTIFICATION 5 GB"
date of transaction july 26 2023 .
I have checked with my wife and confirmed that we did not authorised celcom to charge the rm 20.00 to my mobile account [protected]. In addition please note that I have never been in contact with EDUWALA & Ensoft online .
I have made an online complaint to your line at 1111 in which your officer
insisted that the payment is authorised by me . I hereby again reinterated that I did not contact EDUWALA /ENSOFT online for their services and hereby
demand a refund/waivement of rm 20.00 on this unauthorised charge.
I have received a SMS that this case CS8932793 is logged for investigation
to find the person responsible as the certification will reveal the name of the
person in that certificate which can be used as evidence to settle this matter.
and if you are satisfied please refund the rm 20.00 with a credit note in my next monthly celcom statement failing which (no refund) please furnish me
the name of that person (in the ensoft certificate) to take further action
againgst that person with a POLICE REPORT ;
