After subscribing to the Celcom RM129/mth package for broadband access, I am unable to even connect to their network for any service (surfing). I tried connecting at different times of the day but I encountered problems especially from 8pm onwards. After calling their hotline, they told me that they are upgrading their 3G network from that time till 30th June which means I am unable to connect everyday till 30th June from 8pm - 2am (which incidentally is the time which I need to use broadband).
This is absolutely outrageous because I am paying RM129/mth for services NOT rendered and they are not even going to rebate me 1 month's subscription (assuming that the problem will last until 30th June) let alone cancel the contract. They will not allow me to cancel the contract and if I do, I will have to pay a fine... for something which I did not use and services not rendered.
Customer service personnel that I spoke to is Christina and Mohd Shahrul (manager).
my celcom line at kampung juasseh tengah, kuala pilah, negeri sembilan is problem/missing.please solve this problem as soon as possible.
the internet connection is getting poorer especially at my hometown (kg gali hilir, raub, pahang), this is completely intolerable and we certainly loss our patience already, i cant even google things and it is very inconvenient for me to finish assignments by using celcom internet service, please fix this as soon as possible.
There is Zero Connectivity of Celcom throughout Kunak Town, Sabah for today (13 June 2017) since early morning.
Please do something about it. If I'm eligible for rebate please inform me.

Hi, I am using xpax prepaid. My credit was rm15 initially, then u guys automatically HELP me to subscribe your GAMEHERO thing and my rm2 credit was gone. Afterwards, my rm5 credits also gone without any notice. Any explaination?

On 29/4/2017. I visited blue cube at sunway to request one of my celcom xpax24 to postponed. I have also paid rm47.70. After a week, I check the prepaid number still not change.
They ask me to refer to sunway blue cube. But until today I am still did not receive any feedback.
Why take such a long period to do convert and yet still not update?

Poor internet services/reception indoor at pjs 6/4F, kg lindungan, pj, selangor.
Signal unstable and Sometime experienced signal loss.
Please do something to improve celcom services.
Despite of all the complaints I have seen in all the complains forums and websites i think it's kind of wasting time to lodge a complain because OBVIOUSLY no action will be taken! The power of social media says it all! Soon, all the existing Celcom users will port out to another trusted telcos!

When I use internet at home, quiet frequently the internet suddenly cutoff or lost signal . My data pool decrease more quickly even the line is really low . Even when playing a game, it always disconnect because of you line is really bad .
Its almost 1 year the coverage having problems. We still using celcom as our Internet but the coverage is very poor. Hopefully, your company may solve this problems as soon as possible. We almost give up to use celcom because of this problems. Before this.. The coverage is ok.. But year ago.Thank you!
Its been several months the 4g network in thid area is crawling like tortoise and no one seemed to do anything abt it. Dont boast of 5g when the basic 4g has still not delivered smoothly. Now i m back to 3g mind you. So pathetic celcom
Port my number to Celcom just because of EasyPhone Program. Wait for 3 months to eligible subscribe the program without using credit card as mandatory for auto billing. Come back after 3 months, the customer service said need to wait 6 months and mandatory for auto billing by credit card as new rules and regulations. I said SUCKS!
This customer service Fiza has slow reply eventhough just a simple questions and need to wait 30minutes just to live chat with the customer service but im at 3rd queue?

This celcom dealer carried Celcom signage but promoting other telco service like umobile, digi and maxis. And they are collecting Maxis bill without issuing any receipt to customer.
This dealer was misleading customer and damaging Celcom image.
Wrongly charged of monthly bill in which I have subscribed a home fibre package of 300mbps for RM100 monthly charges. However, I received bill with monthly charges of RM148.4.
I have made numerous complaints for the last few weeks via customer care hotline but yet no respond on the issue.
Please immediately solve the issue.
I made bill payment for the phone number [protected] amounting rm69.30 on 24.7.2023 and once again payment of rm100 was made on 25.7.2023. However, until now, my number is still barred.
