I am writing regarding my Cell C account services which are still suspended even after I made payment last week.
I previously submitted a complaint and received confirmation that my payment was received. I was advised to wait 24–48 hours for the services to be restored. I waited through the weekend and also during working days on Monday and Tuesday, but my data and network services are still not active.
Please urgently assist in restoring my services or advise if there is any remaining issue on my account.
