Andy helped me out and I had an easy experience buying an Audi Q8. Andy was great and the finance and insurance process was quick and efficient. Based on this, I give them a %star review because of the price and Andy's professionalism. One thing, though, when buying a $70k used vehicle, their detail department left receipts and crayons from the previous owner in the back seat, as well as dirt and paper under the floor mats. They did clean the floor mats, but they didn't lift them to clean underneath. I would recommend B&B and Andy, but make sure to remind them about paying attention to the details like cleaning the vehicle.

In 2020, I bought a real nice Jaguar sports car from Benz & Beemer. They got a great selection of high end cars, ya know. A couple weeks later, I noticed the brakes were squeakin'. So, I reached out to the service department at Benz & Beemer and this guy Collin M took care of me. Collin really looked out for me, ya know. Since I just bought the car, Collin and his company went above and beyond to make sure I was a happy customer and they replaced the brakes for free. I'm really happy with Benz & Beemer and the service and attention I got from Collin. I'd definitely recommend this company if ya wanna buy your next car.

I did my homework and went to the dealership ready to get the car I wanted for the price I wanted. But guess what? I ended up leaving with a different car and an even better deal. No pressure at all, which was a relief. Daniel, the salesman, was absolutely amazing. He hooked me up with a better car and a sweeter deal than I had expected. I did find a little something that needed fixing, and he took care of it right away. He even personally cleaned and detailed the car that same night. And get this, two days later he drove all the way to my house, swapped cars with me, and took mine to get fixed. Talk about top-notch service! I can't say enough good things about the service and the killer deal I got. From now on, this place will be my go-to for all my future car needs.

I've had nothin but good sales and service from this company. I bought both my cars from Certified Benz and Beemer and had them regularly serviced by them. Last week, I brought my car into the service department and Collin wrote up my *** for an oil change. While in service, they inspected the whole vehicle and Collin contacted me that the battery was low and time for replacement (3 years in Arizona heat, I wasn't surprised and approved the repair). Then, I got another call tellin me that the alternator needed replacement too. I noticed that the lights on the dash sometimes flickered when startin, so I approved of this repair too. The end result was I got back a car that I'm now confident to drive anywhere and thank goodness for this concern for the customer as I had a long distance trip planned and was saved the results of these repairs havin to been addressed on the road. Big thanks to Collin and the service department for makin my trip stress free.

I bought a 2011 *** in October for $14,500. I gave a down payment of $6,000. The car is beautiful. Since I live out of town, they delivered the car to me. They also provided a Carfax report detailing all the services the vehicle had received. However, I noticed an incident involving the front bumper that wasn't noticeable when I received the car. In December , the bumper started dislocating. We tried to hold it together with something, but it didn't last long. So, I had to take it to a shop for repairs. While at the shop, they inspected the car and found a few things that needed attention: the bumper, lower engine pad replacement, worn hood shocks replacement, front bulb replacement, and a coolant leak. All of this cost me an additional $1,800. To make matters worse, I also need to replace the rear air suspensions, which will probably cost another $3,000 to $4,000 according to what I was told. I called the company to see if they could help with some of the cost since I had just purchased the car three months ago. Unfortunately, they couldn't assist me because I didn't buy the extended warranty. They simply apologized without offering any help. I'm frustrated and upset because how can a car agency sell a car with so many issues? Was the car not properly inspected? What kind of inspection was done that didn't catch these problems? Sure, they replaced the tires, but tires don't cost $3,000. If we had known that the air suspensions would need replacement, we would have thought twice before buying. Needless to say, I won't be buying from this agency again and I won't recommend them to others.

When I bought a car from Certified Benz & Beemer, the dealer accidentally tore the front window tint while removing the sticker. They promised to fix it, but kept delaying it for several months. After 7 months, they suddenly told me that since it wasn't a priority for me earlier, it isn't for them either. They refuse to honor the agreement we made regarding the tint, which was important for my wife's eye problems. I regret buying the car from this dealer now. They have been dishonest from the start and don't keep their promises or honor written agreements.

However, these issues still haven't been resolved. This company lacks morals and will say anything to seal the deal. Additionally, the car only came with one key, and they sold me another key protection for $399. This company just wants to make more sales, so be cautious.

But when I got the paperwork from the bank a few weeks later, the amount they showed was different from what was on my dealership paperwork. So I reached out to the dealership and the lady in finance told me that I paid $1902 for a mechanical protection plan that I never agreed to. The salesperson told me that he remembers me saying no to everything except GAP insurance. I want the bank to give me a full refund of the $1902.

Bought a 2006 Porsche 911 s from Certified Benz & Beemer in Scottsdale Arizona on January 22, 2022. The key to this expensive vehicle had been crushed by someone, and taped together for a test drive. We were told by the dealership that they would have a new key within days. The vehicle had been in their showroom for months. I live in Phoenix Arizona and had to pay $2,400 to have the car shipped to my location. Upon arrival, the broken key to the car separated, and could not be fixed. The car cannot be driven, can't be started because the key and the key fob are broken. I have texted the salesmen and the dealership and have been told for the last 2 months that the Porsche key is on the way. I was told by the salesmen to go "on too eBay and buy a Porsche key fob and fix it yourself. At 75 years old, my computer skills are not that good and my mechanical ability is not that good. This car cost me a lot of money, and it can't be driven or even started.

The Sales Manager *** and salesman *** also tried to sell me window tinting and upholstery treatment, even though they were already on the vehicle before I contacted the dealership about the car. The Carfax report even showed that these treatments were done before I bought the car. I have all the evidence to prove it.

I told Ms. E that my car would be towed away on Thursday, 8/27. But today, 8/26, the towing company told me that CBB said they couldn't pick up my car because I owe them $1,000 in fees. I don't owe CBB anything, and this is the first time I'm hearing about it from the towing company.
