Awesome Company
Awesome Company. I have challenged credit and they got me financed and have been awesome ever step of the way. Almost paid off and hoping to use them for my next car! I am amazed at some of the reviews...must be a different company they are talking about. I would refer ANYONE to them.

Never late until covid after 4 years and it almost being paid off they repossed my car. Terrible company who claims to be family owned. Also bought another car that broke down almost instantly and they didn't help in anyway. Now I'm out a lot of money and as if losing my house during the crisis wasn't enough I now have no car and am a single mom of 3.

Terrible people! If you want to pay your bill online, thats a $9.00 fee, if you want to talk to someone, good luck not getting hung up on. If you ask if there are any programs to move a payment in these times of national emergency/pandemic, you'll get hung up on again or straight given a run around. How can a company be so unprofessional and still be in business? BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY!

They were great in collecting payments, as they being nice remindful and understanding. But when my car got totaled and they told me that it would be ok to keep it since the other persons insurance would cover a good chunk then they would basically allow me to make payments on the rest of the amount since the gap insurance wouldn't cover the rest. Well then they changed the story next time I called and now their threatening me with repo when I'm paid up, never missed. Payment nor ever late but then they call and harass the insurer telling then to send the check. They just want their money regardless of what I may be dealing with which was none of my own fault. I get they need to get paid but what's the point if they will forsur3 by the insurer but Robert just loves threatening, harassing and calling 20 times a day with different numbers. But his manager Art is alright he seems like a good man but I keep having to deal with "Robert".

If I could give zero stars I would! I have been dealing with this company since 2015 and it has been a horrible experience. The car I purchased has been a lemon since the day I purchased it. This company was paid over $21,000 for a vehicle that according to KB was only valued at $3,000 app at time of purchased I ended up taking them to court for my title which I was to receive within 14 days and didn't they had the opportunity to make their plea in court, and now they are trying to take me to court! The people I dealt with were rude and would say one thing over the phone however after being told one thing after another I started requesting everything in writing and they really didn't want to do it in writing they always wanted me to call even after requesting everything in writing! This company put my payments in god knows how many different accounts they have thank god I have the printout from my banks on all payments! I dealt with Olivia and several others at their Orange Ca location!
