I have booked two seats pathankot to Chandigarh 43, traveling date 31st March 24, Bus time 1.44pm (AC Coach) seat no 14/15 with name of Ishant & Avneesh. However when the kids step up on bus the seats were already taken by other passengers, they requested to your crew members to provide them seats but they refused on it, now please enlighten me if I have already booked my seats in advance, how your crew members can alot same seat numbers to other?
I hope you will see in this matter and will serve justice.

i want to bring in ur knowledge on date 15/07/2010 i was travelling in ctu bus zirkpur to ambala Bus rout chd to kaithal at mor. 8.05Am at zirkpur conductor refuge to give change four five pepole and when i ask for this happen then say i don't have change and start shouting u should have change its not my responsiblity and lots of arguing with me and say i will not picked u in ctu bus tmrow i am daily passanger some time we do not have change what they should manage the same so its my humble requst to the authourity give them enough change and gide him for good behaviou with customer. i have phota of same conductor whats its paste not good for his future

This is to inform you that I have continuous traveling 45-c to industrial area phase-1with CTU last form 4 years.Now recently before two days i and some peoples facing the misbehavior by bus driver(ROOT NO.-241, REG NO.-CH01GA5056). For you information that driver by not stopped the bus near HDFC bank phase -1.And driver told me that no stop there between sec.-26 transport lights to railway station.Then today (8:30am)his stopped the bus near railway station and given the abusing. Kindly resolve the issue as soon as possible.Otherwise i have going to customer consumer court.

Today dated 05/09/2010 i was travelling from chandigarh to pipli. I was siting in the bus when conductor come to me, i gave him 500 Rs/- note for fare. But he said i have no change, then i said no problem, you give me the change at the last, but at the moment he gave the change and said i will give you the ticket only to the ambala cantt, and not to the pipli. when i asked plz give me the ticket for pipli even you have change for money, he told me very badly and said i will not give the ticket to pipli and throw me from the bus at ambala cantt. This is the very bad behaviour of chandigarh transport undertaking. I request you to plz take strict action against this conductor, whose behaviour is so much bad with public.

I once again request to the chandigarh transport authority to take strict action against this conductor, otherwise you will be force me to go the consumer court for such incidient. I want to complaint about rude behaviour shown n by bus driver of bus route 27 from Chandigarh sector 43 to zirakhpur at 5:00 PM . firstly the bus was not parked at platform no. 2 from where it should start. It was at platfirm 4. Moreover i am unknown to the city. I just asked the driver about the bus route and asked the timing. He started taunting me and responded very rudely. He said that is he here my secretory to show him timing? . the conductor was also not present at that time. So i had to come out of bus.
I think this will have a bad impact on the image of Chandigarh city. I will never try to board a bus of CTU next time.

I want to bring into your notice a big issue/problem, that I and so many other people had faced yesterday while travelling in the CTU Local A.C. Bus from ISBT 43 (206- ISBT 43 to I.T Park). I was going for my office from ISBT 43. The bus plate number's last four digit is 5077.The bus was departed between 11:20 A.M to 11:30 A.M approx.As there were few passengers in the bus from ISBT 43 and I was the only passenger whose last drop was the last stoppage of the bus I.E. I.T Park. All the tickets were cut by the conductor and my ticket number is 0019690.In the way, some discussion was took place between conductor and driver of the bus and finally they came at a discussion and they had stopped the bus at ISBT-17 and said the bus will not go from here to anywhere, as passengers were less in number and they had accommodated the passengers some other buses from ISBT-17. I had opposed their decision that, why it is not going to I.T Park and both of them replied that passengers are less in the bus so, the bus will not go the I.T Park.The bus that they accommodated to me was going to Manimajra and they told me that from Manimajra you will take the next bus. So, I took the bus that they accommodated to me for Manimajra and from Manimajra I had taken another bus for I.T Park and I paid another fare to reach my office. I was late by almost 1 hour due to this illegal decision taken by the conductor and driver of the bus (206- ISBT 43 to I.T Park). I was scold by my manager and team leader because I was late and they had issued me the warning letter from HR.This type of incident had already happened with me one more time ago (15-Dec-13), when I caught the bus for Housing Board from ISBT 43 and they stopped the bus at the Railway Station and said bus will not go to next stoppage.If the Government is paying the salary to both conductor and driver and also the fuel for the bus is provided by the Government, then why these people try to go on their own way and do not want to perform their duties uniformly.
Also, I want a necessary action should be taken by the higher officials on this type of illegal activities and on the individuals who try to do this. It can also lead for someone to get lose their job by these activities.

We are extremely unhappy with CTU bus service on route from Chandigarh to Kurali. We did not have any bus service after 6:45 pm on this route
There are certain CTU buses (Like Jaladhar, Amritsar, Manali, UNA) which are available for long routes but they never allow to get their bus facility till kurali. It is really looking like begging in front of Bus conductor to drop us kurali after paying money for bus ticket
In case some conductor allow us to ride in their bus till kurali then we have to wait till bus is going to leave bus stand. I have one question to management that why we have to request / beg if we are going to pay for service.
We will request to look into this at top priority

I want to bring in your knowledge on the date 2/12/2011 when I was travelling in No.35 Bus (Route from Chandigarh to Kharar). I caught the bus from Kissan Bhawan. I had to go Sec-41D from Kissan Bhawan. Conductor cut a ticket of Rs.10 from kissan Bhawan to Sec-41D, but ordinary it is Rs. 5 from Kissan Bhawan to Sec-41D. I tell him that there is five Rs.5 from kissan Bhawan to Sec-41D.I told him that I am regular passenger, but instead hear me, he didn’t pay me back the remaining 5 rupees
I caught the bus about 3:40 pm from kissan Bhawan. Bus No. CH01G 5784.I forget to ask his (conductor) name.
The Ticket No. is 0066086, Series: A35. I have original copy of Ticket & I have attached the scanned copy of Ticket.
The conductor looks about the age of 50, He is Sikh from religion. He had a medium sized black beard and moustaches, Dark Broun face, Height about 6 feet, He talks in some loud manner.
Please take a strict action against him so that he can never charged higher rates from passenger.

I TOTALLY AGREE WITH YOU. THESE BUS DRIVERS REALLY THINK THAT THEY HAVE THE RIGHT TO ABUSE ANYONE. ITS HIGH TIME NOW. THEY SHOULD ALL START BEHAVING PROPERLY. I AM ALSO A DAILY PASSENGER OF CTU BUS NO 30 B. I USE TO CATCH THIS BUS FROM SEC-4 PKL BUS STOP AT 8:30 AM. BUT FROM PAST ONE MONTH I NEVER SAW ANY BUS AT 8:30. IT NEVER COMES. I GET LATE TO WORK EVERYDAY. THEN I USE TO TAKE THE SAME BUS TO RETURN FROM SEC 17 IN EVENING AT 7:30PM. EVEN THAT BUS DOESN'T COME. I KEEP WAITING FOR THE BUS TILL 8:40PM OR EVEN TILL 9 PM. I THINK ITS NOT ONLY ME WHO IS SUFFERING HERE.A LOT OF OTHER PEOPLE ARE. AND I THINK YOU CAN WELL IMAGINE HOW IS IT TO STAND AT NIGHT AT SEC-17 BUS STAND WHERE ALL RIKSHAW WALA AND AUTO WALA MAKE YOUR PROBLEMS EVEN MORE MISERABLE. .
