The process was pretty simple. I just went to their website, chargerback.com, and filled out a form with the details of my lost items. I made a few spelling mistakes and grammar errors, but that's just how us regular folks write, right?

Please help me! I was on a cruise out of *** and returned in July ***. Once I got home, I realized that I had forgotten my phone. I called it, and the concierge answered, telling me to call ***. We did, and we paid them almost ***. They accepted the payment. Finally, we received a *** tracking number with an expected arrival date of August 17... but there's been NOTHING yet. I'm really disappointed with Hilton and Chargerback. It's such a joke! I accidentally left my charger cord in my room, so I called Hilton and luckily, their housekeeping found it on the same day. Instead of simply putting it in an envelope with a stamp, I had to go through Chargerback. Can you believe they wanted $15 just to ship a charger cord? I mean, seriously? I bought a replacement cord myself at Ace Hardware for only $8.00. It's really disappointing, especially since I'm a Hilton Honors member. Chargerback's services are just way too overpriced. I've sent them updates, but I haven't received any responses.

Dont leave anything behind! I left a fairly new pair of popular athletic shoes with upgraded foot liners in my room. The front desk gal the following day stated housekeeping found them. I completed the Chargeback report online (on a Sunday). Apparently the shoes went missing, but turned back up 5 days later. I spoke with a manager and he was helpful in processing my return. I was charged $25 and sent a tracking number. Its been over 2 weeks, no shoes. I checked the tracking number online, and *** is stating that theyre "waiting for the item". Apparently, my shoes have not been delivered to the post office yet, or picked up by a carrier. Im not sure if Ill ever receive the pair of shoes that were confirmed "found" by the staff at the hotel in ***, . I need to understand next steps, or seek alternative measures in the matter.

I did get the item back and cancel my report, but ChargerBack needs to better train their partners in following return procedure - one of the hotel staff gave away a costume item from a dance show to a guest rather than turning it over to ChargerBack and I had to personally track the staff member down and demand they call the guest they gave my items to- it took that person a week to return the costume. I couldve had it back the next day if everyone had simply done what was right. I had to call every day for a week to check up on this. I was lied to and given the run around before finally I began to get pushy and demand either my items or a check to replace them. I recorded names from all staff members involved, and managers promised me they would address this procedure with their staff but I dont really believe her based on all the lies and false pretenses in the prior week. I've been waiting for a package for over a week. Every time I call the resort, they keep saying "someone will call you back." I paid the fee to have the item shipped, but it hasn't been sent yet. This is not professional and it's not acceptable.

I made a payment to them on the 14th, but as of the 23rd of July, they still haven't looked into my case and charged me $58 for returning my lost luggage. The Amtrak station in Oakland, CA confirmed that they found my bag on the 9th and got in touch with me on the 13th. I paid Chargerback's representative on the 14th. However, the Emeryville station hasn't been able to locate my luggage as of Friday, July 23rd.

However, I still haven't received my wallet and I can't get any information from Chargerback. Their website doesn't let you complain, their helpline doesn't take calls from people tracking lost items, and they haven't responded to any of my emails. It's even worse because someone has been using my credit card without permission, but luckily I had it blocked the whole time. My customer code is ***. This whole experience has been really bad, and I want them to either give me my wallet back right away or refund the money I paid for shipping.

They finally did an I was able to complete my request for the pillow and was charged $25.70 on June 25th. I still have not received my pillow. The *** tracking number I received said it was sent from them to *** I tried that tracking number and all I get it do I want updates on where my package is. It's "in transit". I have sent Charger Back three emails requesting information about my pillow and have not heard from them. The phone number they list on their website says to send them an email.

I was on a Royal Caribbean cruise from February 24th-28th, 2020. Within an hour or two of me leaving the ship, I realized I left my Nintendo Switch and several games in my Stateroom. It was left in the third drawer down on the left side of the cabinets. I immediately called RC to submit a claim to get it back before i flew home, and they told me to submit a report to ChargerBack. I did, and I told them exactly where I left it and which games were in the case with it. I called 5 or 6 times to check in on the status, since I just got "we are still searching" emails for a month. My case was then closed after 30 days. I have written emails, called numerous people with no update. The items I left add up to over $500 and the data on the Switch itself is not replaceable. Customer service has left me in the dark about my claim and it has now been over two months. I don't have a serial number to give them but I described everything I possibly could. At this point, I am out of options. I can't get through to anyone, and this has been a long battle with CB.

It's now Tuesday, October 26, and my iPhone hasn't arrived. Chargerback support told me it wasn't their problem and said they were referring it to American Airlines lost and found warehouse. Federal Express tracking number *** ends at ***, and *** can't provide any information about where my phone is and when I might get it. All three of these companies are really hard to reach—I missed a call back from American after 4+ hours because I was in the dentist chair. I'm super frustrated and can't find anyone who's willing to solve my problem. In the meantime, I've been without my phone for 7 days.
