Epos Now The absolute worst company I have had the displeasure of dealing with...

It is absolute sad that I am writing another review about these Fraudsters, I should be focusing on other things than wasting it business that prey on the unsuspecting.

After processing over £100K in roughly 3 months, Epos Now decided to close my processing account with over £12K held back, even though we didn't have a Single Customer Complaints, Dispute or Chargeback in that period. They claim it is to prevent exposure to disputes and chargebacks. I asked them to refund two UK transactions to the clients, which will eliminate that exposure, they guided me through the refund process only to block the funds, making me look like I was defrauding the clients.

Recommendation: AVIOD LIKE THE 2020 VARIANT OF COVID-19, but don't take my word for it, read the reviews of thousands of the victim all over the internet

I was a registered user of the Epos Now Cash Readers to collect payment from my clients but after 3 months and over £100K in processing, Epos Now closed my account without any prior warning and held my payments of over £12K. They were however still going to my Bank account to collect monthly subscription. I had to get my bank to recoup the payments via the Direct Debit Guarantee and helped me delete all the Direct Debits so they cannot return to my account in the future.

They said the were holding the funds to protect against chargebacks and I asked them to return the funds to the client cards and I will have the clients pay another way. The blocked the refunds to the client. I wrote reviews on Trustpilot and they reported me to Trust pilot and had my account suspended, I am dealing with that now.

Epos Now Terrible Experience with Unreliable Company: Don't Waste Your Time or Money

I gotta say, I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. The sales guys are smooth talkers, but don't believe a word they say. They promised us all sorts of features that their system could supposedly do, but when we actually tried to use them, it turned out they were full of it.

And don't even get me started on the training. They gave us some newbie who had only been there for two weeks, and every time we asked a question, they had to put us on hold to go ask someone else. It was a total waste of time.

Now we're stuck with two till systems that we paid almost 3 grand for, and we can't even return them. We've been trying to get a refund, but they keep stonewalling us and saying they're "looking into it." But then when we call back, they act like they have no idea what we're talking about.

It's ridiculous. We're considering taking legal action at this point, which is only going to cost us more money and time. I don't understand why they won't just take the damn things back and let us move on.

Seriously, save yourself the trouble and avoid this company like the plague.

Epos Now EPOS NOW Review: Poor Support and Network Issues Make It Not Worth Your Time or Money

This company is not worth your time or money. If you're thinking about installing their system, think again. Trying to get in touch with their support team is a nightmare. You'll need them when something goes wrong, and trust me, something will go wrong. Taking payments or even just using the till can become impossible. Dealing with their support team is a truly dreadful experience. They blame nationwide issues for their poor response times, but I've experienced this every time I've tried to contact them. Waiting for over 45 minutes is not uncommon.

Update: I finally spoke with one of their support team members yesterday. They were actually very helpful and managed to get the card machines up and running. However, it took over two and a half hours on the phone to get everything sorted. I contacted customer services to see if there was any gesture of goodwill available, considering the hours I've spent on hold and setting up their system. Their response was to blame a network issue that they should have prevented in the first place. I opted for a sim card machine to avoid this issue, but it turns out EPOS NOW hadn't activated the sim. They then simply copy and pasted their terms and conditions to say they weren't liable. EPOS NOW knows that we're a not-for-profit organization and that my personal time is given up on a voluntary basis. I won't be renewing the contract, and I wish I had stuck with a simple till system.

Epos Now Epos Now Review: Product Upload, Booking Function, and Customer Support Disappointing

Yo, I gotta say, this Epos Now system ain't all that. The biggest issue is the product upload situation. Like, seriously, they don't have a way to upload products from a spreadsheet? That's just ridiculous. It took me forever to upload all my products one by one, and now I gotta go through and adjust all the prices one by one too. Ain't nobody got time for that. And if you want them to upload your products for you, they gonna charge you ?300 for it. Like, what kind of nonsense is that?

The booking function ain't much better either. It's clunky and not very user friendly. We had to go and find a whole separate system just to handle bookings, which is a pain in the butt.

And don't even get me started on customer support. I submitted two tickets and didn't hear back from them at all. And I'm paying ?360 a year for premium support? That's just straight up robbery.

I mean, this system could be good if they weren't so focused on squeezing every last penny out of their customers. They need to start taking care of the people who are already using their system instead of just trying to make more sales.

Epos Now Exceptional Customer Service from EposNow Support Team: A Review

We run a pub, restaurant, and cocktail lounge, and we've been using EposNow for over 3 years now. At first, we had some trouble setting it up, but since then, we've never had to contact their support team because the system has been working perfectly.

However, last week, during our Thursday service, we suddenly lost all our printers and our ability to communicate with our bars and kitchen. This was a big problem, especially during these times of Covid. Fortunately, we had a backup system that got us through the service, but the next day, I called EposNow's support desk to try and fix the issue.

I was expecting a long wait time due to Covid, but to my surprise, I got through to the support team within 5 minutes. I explained the situation to them, and they immediately got to work. It turned out that Windows had caused some problems with our PCs, and our iPads had lost all the information on how to send orders.

I want to take this opportunity to praise Carlos Gonzalez, who worked with me for over 3 hours to rebuild multiple printers and iPads. He was patient, calm, and never once got frustrated or annoyed with me. EposNow uses Enterprise diagnosis solutions, which helped us a lot in getting everything back up and running smoothly. Carlos went above and beyond, and he didn't want to end the support call until he was sure that everything was working correctly.

Carlos, if you ever come to The Crown in Radnage, please print this review off, and we'll treat you to a drink and a meal. Thank you so much for all your help, and well done to EposNow for providing such excellent customer service.

Epos Now Eposnow Review: Easy to Use Till, But Back Office and Support Need Improvement

The epos till is pretty easy to use, which is a good thing. However, the back office and support are not up to par. Our computer guy has been waiting for return calls for more than 10 hours, even though he was told it would only take five to ten minutes. It's been three months since we ordered a part for the till, and we're still waiting for it.

There are hundreds of reports available, but they all seem to say the same thing, and there are too many of them. It's not basic enough to handle simple stock jobs, and the day-to-day reports are not very helpful. They print out management details that we don't need every day, and we don't want our staff to see them either.

It would be great if we could spend a day with the developers to see if they could make the system more suitable for a small independent retail shop. Right now, it's not very helpful for us. We don't need to see the margins when we price stock on every single printout every single day. We should be able to choose a report that only shows us what we need.

The details are all over the screen, and we spend most of our time scrolling up and down and left to right. When we adjust something, it doesn't take us back to where we were before. We still haven't found a report that allows us to do a department stock take on the shop floor by staff. All we need is a list of all the items in the department and their current stock levels.

Overall, Eposnow needs to spend more time on the shop floor to find out what practical reports are needed on a day-to-day basis. The system would be great for retail shops and restaurants if it were simplified and had separate reports for separate jobs. It would be helpful if the reports were laid out like an Excel spreadsheet so that we could fit more than a couple of items on the screen at the same time for stock issues.

Epos Now Epos Now Review: Great System, But Customer Support Needs Improvement

Hey there,

So, I recently purchased the Epos Now system and I wanted to share my experience with you all. I had a bit of a rough start with their customer support, but I'll let you all be the judge of that.

I had been waiting on hold for 54 minutes when I finally got through to someone. I asked for help understanding the tax breakdown on my invoice, but was told that my account wasn't subscribed to their support package. They offered to sign me up for support for a monthly fee, but I just needed one answer and didn't want to pay extra for it.

After a bit of back and forth, I was told that their support staff wouldn't be able to help me and that I should just wait for an answer. I wasn't too happy with this response, so I let them know that I would be sharing our conversation on social media.

Overall, I think the Epos Now system has potential, but their customer support could use some improvement. I hope this review helps others who are considering purchasing their system.

Epos Now Disappointed with EposNow: Limited Customization, Stock System Issues, and Expensive Optional Apps

I gotta say, I'm pretty disappointed with EposNow. I mean, I was really excited to use their system because it seemed so easy to use and it was cheaper than other options out there. But man, was I wrong.

First of all, the system just isn't capable of doing what it claims to do. I thought it would be perfect for my small start-up business, but it turns out that it's just not up to the standard I need. And when I tried to talk to the company about it, it took them over a week to get back to me. Not cool.

One of the biggest issues I had was with the label maker. I thought it would be customizable to fit my branding, but it turns out that it's really limited in what it can do. And if I want to customize it, I have to use an external program like Paint. Like, seriously? That's just a waste of time.

Another problem I had was with the stock system. I use multiple suppliers, but the software can't link one product to multiple suppliers. So EposNow's solution was to have duplicate products, each linked to a specific supplier. But that just makes the stock system useless. I mean, I'm getting warnings about being out of stock of an item from one supplier when I have plenty of the same item in stock from a different supplier. It's just a mess.

And to make matters worse, there are optional apps that are really expensive but are basically necessary to run the software properly. I mean, come on. I thought the cost of the software would include everything I needed to run my business, but apparently not.

Overall, I'm just really disappointed with EposNow. I wish I had paid more for a better product that actually works.

Epos Now Terrible Support and Faulty Machines: My Experience with Epos Now

I have to say, I'm not convinced by all the positive reviews I've seen for Epos Now. In my experience, their support team has been consistently terrible. I mean, just take a look at their forum and you'll see how many bad reviews they've received. I doubt anyone at Epos Now will even bother to read or publish this review.

Let me start from the beginning. Back in June, I was looking to upgrade my till system and came across Epos Now. From what I could see, it was all very impressive. So, I paid up and got the hardware, but then the sales guy disappeared. I tried emailing and calling multiple times, but got no response. I started to worry that the company had gone bust or that I had been scammed. After about a month, I finally received a reply from our sales representative, who apologized and said he had been off sick. Fair enough, but why didn't he pass on my contact details to a colleague?

Finally, we started training and setting up, but because we had lost so much time, I asked for an extra hand to input the menu as the Eat Out to Help Out scheme was coming up and I wanted to make the most of my new till. They charged me £500 to put our menu in the system, and to be honest, a child could have done a better job. There were so many spelling mistakes, so many items with no spaces between words, and the VAT rate was completely wrong. Overall, it was a really poor job. I would have been better off doing it myself and saving £500!

Then it came time to try out the till, and I watched in horror as it kept crashing and was unable to sustain an internet connection. I spent countless hours on the phone trying to get some support, but got nowhere. After about a week, I finally managed to speak to someone who insisted that the problem was with my internet and not their system. I kept insisting and sending various pictures and videos, and eventually they agreed to consider that it might have been a faulty machine that they had sent. After a bit more struggle, I was able to get them to send a new machine, which worked much better than the first one. So, yes, they did send out a faulty machine!

We also ordered a handheld device that had the same kind of issues from the very beginning. After countless phone calls and waiting, I was finally able to speak to someone else, who again insisted that the problem was with my wifi and not their handheld device. I showed them many pictures of the frozen screen, but they kept pushing the problem somewhere else. I finally managed to talk to a manager who promised to call me back and let me know if they could refund or send a new device, but it's been two weeks now and I still haven't heard anything.

All my emails get ignored, and nobody seems to care about customers who have paid a huge amount of money for non-existent support. The last straw was when I called in once to fix some other issues. It was 4 pm on a Friday, and I was kept on hold for almost an hour. When someone finally answered, she said, "Sorry, we're closing at 5. Goodbye!"

In my opinion, you should stay well away from this company run by a bunch of clowns. Shame on you, Epos Now!

Epos Now Nightmare EPOS System: Costly, Inefficient, and Unreliable for Small Businesses

This epos system has been a complete nightmare for my business. I was initially excited about it, but it has caused me nothing but trouble and cost me a lot of money. I have spent thousands on this system and it has been a complete waste of money.

One of the biggest issues we have had is with website integration. We integrated our epos system with our website, but it just doesn't work. The stock levels do not update correctly, which has caused us to sell products that we don't have in stock and vice versa. This has resulted in losses of money and bad reviews from customers. We have had to pay for overtime for our staff to constantly do stock takes, which has hurt our cash flow as a small independent business.

Another issue we have had is with keying in new stock. After we put new items into the system, they disappear, which wastes even more time.

The support team is friendly, but they haven't been able to help us. We get the same answer every time, which is that they will pass it on to their developers and get back to us. However, they never get back to us, and we can't even speak to them. We feel like we are constantly being fobbed off.

We have had multiple support teams come and go, but none of them have been able to fix the issues we are having. We have even had to pay for add ons, which should be free, and they still don't work.

The system is so pathetic that we can't even process online returns or refunds. The way they have come up with to do it is just a way of fudging it, which is ridiculous.

We also have issues with gift cards. Customers can only use one gift card at a time, which has resulted in complaints from customers.

I asked for my money back, but the head of service told me that the answer was no. It's clear that they are only interested in taking your money and not delivering on their promises.

I have been with this company for three years, and I can honestly say that they are the worst company I have ever dealt with. If you are planning on running this system with your online markets, such as your website, eBay, or Amazon, it will not work. I have spent the last month researching and speaking to other businesses, and I have found other systems that are a fraction of the cost and in a different league in terms of capabilities and add ons.

In summary, these guys are easy to take your money, but when it comes to delivering and support, they are the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life. I decided to shut down the system, and it was the best thing I have done.

Epos Now Terrible Experience with Epos Now: Damaged System, Missing Parts, Hidden Fees, and Poor Training

Yo, so I gotta tell you about my experience with Epos Now. So, back in June, one of their agents hit me up and was all like "yo, our system is the bomb diggity." So, I was like, "aight, let me check it out." I ordered the system at the end of July and it arrived a few weeks later, but it was all messed up. Like, the monitor was damaged, the cash door was messed up, and the scanner was jacked. And get this, there were no Epos Now labels or anything on it. They tried to blame it on the shipping company, but I ain't buying it. So, I had to send it back and wait for a new one. Meanwhile, I had to pay my staff for training that never happened.

The second system arrived and the scanner was missing. Like, what the heck? I called them up and they said they'd send it the next day. But when it arrived, it was the same messed up scanner from the first system. Like, seriously? They got two people checking these things and they still can't get it right?

So, I finally got the system up and running and I wanted to put my stock and invoices in there so I could see my profits and losses. I asked three different advisors how to do it and they all gave me different answers. Finally, I figured it out myself and sent them an email with step-by-step instructions. But then, when I tried to return the system, they hit me with all these hidden fees. They said they'd deduct ?175 from my refund, but they never told me that before. And then, when I asked about it, they said it was on their website, but it wasn't. They even tried to tell me it was plus VAT, but it wasn't. It was a total mess.

And don't even get me started on the training. It was terrible. They couldn't even teach me how to create products or promotions properly.

Overall, I had a terrible experience with Epos Now. The only time I got an apology was when I talked to the managing director. None of their advisors cared enough to properly apologize. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Epos Now Pos system

I’ve tried a few times since the beginning of January to cancel my subscription to epos now I’ve talked to a few employees who has assured me that it’s canceled but it’s not, just had a payment go through AGAIN!

Epos Now Refund overdue by 4 months

This is a formal complaint for breach of contract.

I was meant to receive a refund of £146.40 for an overcharge of 2 monthly subscriptions and a bulk transfer charge.

The refund was due by 30th June 2023 but I still haven't received it.

I have tried to discuss the issue with your customer service team many times, but every time I call they tell me that the refund is awaiting approval by senior manager and that someone will call me back.

It's been 4 months and I never had a call back.

Today I have spoken with Citizens Advice Bureau, my next step will be formal letter and if I don't hear from you within 14 days, I will take the matter to Trading Standards and the claim will be a lot higher.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Epos Now Everything

They’ve blocked me 24.000£ pounds 50 days ago with no logical explanation and still don’t have any response regarding my money and when i will get them back.

I have lost business and time.

Incredible stress.

I’ve told them that i will take it legally and they were laughing on the phone in my face.

I have spent on the phone more than 20 hours with different incapable and unprofessional staff and all i have got it’s ( someone will contact you shortly or tomorrow ).

I have made more than 20 complaints.

I have raised 7 tickets.

I have sent 26 emails.

They think they are above the law and they don’t care about legal human rights.

I’m taking shortly this spoiled brats to court and i will make sure they’ll pay a lot more that they own.

Epos Now Software license - customer support is zero

I got set up with the EPOS system a year ago when I opened a new music store. The customer service in the beginning was scarce - but you could talk to someone if you called. I got ZERO training on the system but figured it out. One year passed and I get a notice that my “free trial is ending and my license is expiring in a couple days”. It tells me nowhere on the site how much it is to renew. And what am I paying $59 per month for? When I call it tells me they no longer take calls. They tell me to fill out a ticket online. I’ve done that - twice now - and they just close it. They could care less. Once they get you hooked in and get your credit card you’re dead to them. I’d love to see this company get what they deserve. I want to get away from them so badly. They are crooks and shady as can be.

Desired outcome: I just want to talk to someone to find out what my options are

Epos Now the service, not following the contract and receiving no assistance from EPOS

Complaint put on Trustpilot on July 9, 2023 due to no assistance from EPOS

We have just signed up for epos, waited almost 2 weeks to receive are POS system, debt machine still has not come.

We have had no training, scheduled training and no one called, sent emails, called support and we are getting know assistance from anyone.

I want to send everything back and go with the competitor as they warned me about this company and that we would not get any support

We have a new business that has know being delayed opening due to this companies no response or assistance.

We have been on the phone waiting for 45 minutes now waiting for the music to stop and someone answer the phone

Can someone assist on how I can send it all back and move on to another company

The nightmare continues as of August 9, since our review on trustpilot which customer service did not assist us as we just continued calling until we actually spoke to someone who gave us some assistance, then customer service answered and said they could see we were in contact with EPOS now

Well we finally made contact with a Dillion who stated he would escalate our issue and have someone get back to us (never happened), then we made contact with Mateo, he was helpful and reviewed the product spreadsheet we had complete but could not get uploaded. Mateo made some changes and we were scheduled to train with Frances in a few days, Mateo contacted Frances to confirm the scheduled date and time (all was looking good).

On the scheduled date Frances called and gave excellent service, she spent time going over things with us and completed a bulk upload. We were on our way and had also scheduled another session in a week.

As we used the EPOS now system we identified that the upload had a glitch and vendors were mixed with other vendors. We manually made the corrections and all was good. The next schedule date we again worked with Frances who went above and beyond to assist us, we needed to change the monthly payment structure and Frances tried to make the changes but was unable so she contacted the payment department and gave our information for contact. Frances said they would contact us to make the necessary changes. A week went by and we noticed the glitch on the till to the vendors was back so we sent and email regarding the issue No response as well no contact from the payment department, called several times to pos Now HQ account but as usual just music and ringing. A week later we receive an email that the payment did not go through (I tried to make the changes) and I could call [protected] for support tried several time (if you can get through and actually talk to someone), I also did a ticket on the site and received a reference number but we received no email, call or assistance from the ticket. Epos also tried to charge us for Epos Now Payments Link were our contract states "Buyout11 Promotion Applied 11 Month Complimentary Period" and then locked me out. I called again and spoke to a gentleman sent the contract showing the promotion and as of today no one has reached out either by email or call and we remain locked out. MAT SZABO who we bought the system from who's emails stated all the assistance he and EPOS now would be providing and has been cc: on all the emails sent has not responded to any emails or voicemails left on his number since the day we signed up. I now know that EPOS now has no representation in Canada and customer service is next to nil. We are now sitting with a system we paid for that we are unable to access, they want payment for service that is complementary for 11 months, unwilling to contact us to address the payment issue and our business is unable to operate properly. Stay far far away from Mat Szabo and EPOS now especially if you are in Canada. I do not expect any assistance from customer service but I do want anyone in Ontario Canada to think twice before signing with EPOS, when competitors in the industry warn you about Mat Szabo and EPOS take heed

Epos Now Terrible Customer Service and Hidden Charges: My Experience with Epos Now

I gotta say, my experience with Epos Now was a real doozy. I mean, their customer service was just plain awful. I had to deal with so many issues that it felt like I was pulling teeth just to get anything done. And don't even get me started on their prices - they're not transparent at all. Plus, the system itself has some serious limitations that just didn't work for me.

To make matters worse, they couldn't even import my stock data or set up my label printer. And when it came time to print receipts, it took them a whopping 3 hours to get it sorted. I mean, come on - that's just ridiculous.

The sales guy even admitted that he might have missold me the product. But even after spending countless hours on the phone and sending a ton of emails, I still couldn't get a refund. It's just not a trustworthy company, you know? And good luck trying to get in touch with them - their business number hardly ever gets answered.

Sure, they might seem like a good deal compared to their competitors. But watch out for those hidden extra charges - they could end up costing your business a fortune in downtime and frustration. All in all, I wouldn't recommend Epos Now to anyone.

Epos Now Epos Now Till: A Total Rip-Off - Beware of Constant Updates and Technical Support Fees

I gotta say, if you're thinking about getting a till from Epos Now, you better watch out. Every time they send an update, it knocks my till off and I gotta call them for like ten minutes just to get it back on. And get this, it's happened like 40 or 50 times in just the first year! It's a total joke, man. And after the year's up, they go and send another update that knocks it off again. Now they want me to pay another ?200 for technical support just to get my till working again. Like, come on, Epos Now, that's your mistake, not mine! And now my till is completely useless unless I cough up the dough for their mistake. It's the worst system I've ever had, complete rubbish. They're just trying to con you into paying for their technical support every year. So unless you wanna shell out ?200 every year just to use their till, I'd steer clear of Epos Now. It's a total rip-off.

Epos Now Epos Now Review: A Disappointing Experience with Unreliable Hardware and Poor Customer Support

I gotta say, I was pretty excited to hop on board with epos now. They really sold me on their product, but boy was I in for a rude awakening. As soon as I signed up, things started going downhill. First off, my orders never even made it to me. I was planning on using their system for a small coffee shop I was running overseas, but I never even got the chance. I had to make countless calls and send a bunch of emails just to figure out that my orders were never even shipped in the first place.

And don't even get me started on their support agent. This guy was about as useful as a screen door on a submarine. He never responded to my emails, and when he did, he just sent me a bunch of videos and links to watch instead of actually helping me out. And to top it all off, his calendar was always booked weeks in advance. Good luck getting any help from this guy if you miss your scheduled call.

But the real kicker? My hardware crashes all the time. I mean, come on. This is supposed to be a reliable system that I can count on to run my business smoothly. But instead, it's been nothing but a headache. I've never been so disappointed in a company before. I hate to leave a negative review, but I just can't let anyone else go through what I did. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from epos now.

Epos Now Terrible Experience with Epos Now: Hidden Fees and False Promises

I had a really bad experience with Epos Now. I signed up with them and bought their hardware because the salesman promised me a 30 day trial and a monthly fee of $59. But when I received my bill, I was charged $103 a month! And to make matters worse, I found out about hidden fees 20 days later. Apparently, they charge $20 a month per unit if you don't use their credit processing service. The salesman never mentioned this to me, even though I told him repeatedly that I would be using my own credit processing. It was a total waste of my time.

When I called Epos Now to complain, they told me that my claims were not found after they reviewed the recorded calls. But I know what I asked and what the salesman promised me. I asked them to show me the recorded calls, but they refused. It's like they don't want to admit that they lied to me. I'm now suing them because they won't allow me to return the $1600 worth of equipment I bought. They are liars and their salesman is really bad. They will do whatever they can to get the sale, even if it means lying to their customers.

Overall, my experience with Epos Now was awful. I'm letting my lawyer deal with this because I don't want to waste any more of my time. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Epos Now Epos Now Review: Terrible Customer Service and Faulty Product

Their customer service is just plain awful. I mean, seriously, they can't even keep an appointment or return a support ticket request? What kind of business is this? I bought this thing two weeks ago and it's still not working. I told them how important it was to get it up and running before the second quarter, but it's like they didn't even hear me. And now I can't even tell you how the program operates because mine doesn't work! They said there's something wrong with my profile and it's been escalated to the senior tech team. They promised to call me back the same day, but did they? Nope.

I don't know about you, but if there's something wrong with the profile they set up, maybe they should redo it. But no, that's too simple for them. It's like they don't even care about their customers. I've wasted two whole weeks of my life trying to get this system up and running, and now I have to spend even more time trying to find another POS system.

Honestly, I wouldn't recommend Epos Now to anyone. Their customer service is a joke and their product doesn't even work. Save yourself the headache and go with someone else.

Epos Now Disappointing Experience with Epos Now and CEO Jacyn Heavens: A Review

We were really excited to try out Epos Now for our busy pub/restaurant business. We had heard from others that it was the best system out there and we were eager to see for ourselves. Unfortunately, our experience with the company and their CEO, Jacyn Heavens, left a lot to be desired.

From the very beginning, we had issues with the sales and service model. We were promised the world and given very little in return. It was clear that the people behind the product were not on top of their game. We were left feeling frustrated and disappointed with the whole experience.

After just three weeks, we decided to pull out of our relationship with Epos Now. We simply could not continue to waste our time and money on a product that was not delivering what it promised. While we are sure that there are many good things about Epos Now, our recent experience has left us feeling very let down.

In business, it is important to listen and learn from your customers. If you don't, you risk losing their confidence and eventually sliding to a halt. We were willing to give Epos Now a chance, but unfortunately, they did not live up to our expectations.

As a potential long-lasting customer, we are very unhappy with our experience with Epos Now. We are happy to walk away from the company and find a better solution for our business. We hope that they will take our feedback seriously and work to improve their sales and service model in the future.

Epos Now Epos Now POS System Review: Promises the Moon, Delivers a Headache

I gotta say, I bought one of them Epos Now POS systems for my rental equipment company. The sales guy told me it was gonna be perfect for our business and I was all excited to get it up and running. But let me tell you, it's been a real headache. We've had it for 2 months now and it's just sitting on a desk collecting dust. Why, you ask? Well, it ain't programmed to take partial payments in advance. And if it is, we wouldn't know because their customer service line is a joke. You gotta hold for at least 30 minutes just to talk to someone and we're paying an extra 39 bucks a month for that privilege.

I had a run-in with one of their tech support guys, Alex, and let me tell you, he was no help at all. He hung up on me and never called back. I think he just didn't wanna deal with me because I'm not as tech-savvy as some folks. And now, I ain't heard back from the company at all. We invested over 2 grand in this EPOSNOW system and they just shut us down. They're quick to call you when they think you wanna buy another system, but when it comes to customer service, forget about it.

So, if you're thinking about getting an Epos Now system, I'd say think twice. They promise you the moon to sell the system, but when it comes to actually using it, it stinks. Thumbs down, folks. Don't trust this company.

Epos Now Beware of EposNow's Bait and Switch Tactics: A Dishonorable Company to Avoid

This company, EposNow, really got me good with their Bait and Switch tactics. I was looking for a PoS system for my business and after comparing multiple options, EposNow seemed like the best choice. The other options had more features than I needed and were priced lower. However, I soon found out that EposNow was not as great as it seemed.

As mentioned in another review, the bulk import feature was difficult to use but it did work. However, there was a catch. You needed a yearly subscription to use it. Otherwise, you had to manually input each item one-by-one. That was a real pain!

My sales rep, Joseph Alvarez, offered me a license in perpetuity to convince me to choose EposNow. I agreed and everything seemed fine for a year. But then, they took away my license and said that I needed to buy a "new" version. When I tried to escalate the situation, they told me that they would no longer be offering "Free" software anymore. What a scam!

It's really unprofessional the way they lure customers in and then go back on their promises. Once your warranties, guarantees, and policies expire, you're stuck with their equipment and a company that acts dishonorably. It's just not worth it.

My advice is to avoid EposNow like the plague. Spend a little extra money on a more reputable company that honors their agreements. You'll save yourself a lot of headaches in the long run.

Epos Now Poor Customer Service and Faulty System: My Experience with Epos Now

I recently purchased Epos Now for my HVAC Sales and Repair shop in Jamaica. I stumbled upon this system while browsing the internet for POS solutions. After speaking with the Sales agent Paul Lynch, I decided to give it a try. Paul assured me that the system would work for my business needs. However, I soon realized that I am unable to log non-inventory items like services in this system, which is not ideal for a repair shop like mine.

I made the purchase on May 30th, and everything seemed to be going well until Monday, June 15th. On that day, I found myself locked out of my back office with a prompt to pay again. According to the system, my subscription had expired on April 3rd, which makes no sense since I have only had the system for two weeks. I have been trying to get in touch with the company ever since, but to no avail.

I have sent numerous emails and made several calls to both the US and UK offices, but no one seems to want to address my issue. I have stayed on the line for a total of 6 hours since last night and this morning waiting for someone to address my calls. I have also sent in support tickets and messaged my 'trainer' Kylie, but no one has responded yet.

At this point, I am extremely frustrated with the poor customer service and the faulty system. I do not want to continue using this company if this is the way they do business. I am hoping for a resolution soon. My expected outcome is to either be contacted today or be refunded since I haven't had a full month's worth of service.

Epos Now Eposnow Review: Promises Fall Short, Frustrating Support, and Terrible Customer Service

Eposnow is a system that promises to do it all, but in reality, it falls short in many areas. It seems like every time we use it, there is something that doesn't work. When we call for support, we are left waiting for 30 minutes or more, only to have the problem fixed and then another one caused. If they paid us for each time we called, we would be rich!

The worst part is that they don't listen to us. They have no idea what the problem is, and they don't seem to care. They tell us that an update will fix the issue, but in reality, it just causes more problems. The new system they have released is not suitable for our business, and we would not have bought it if we had known. The color scheme is terrible, and it causes problems for me due to my sight issues.

When we asked if we could stay on the old system, they told us that we would be unsupported. This is terrible customer service, and they don't seem to care about our visual problems. I dread using the system and calling for support because it always ends in frustration. It makes me angry that we have to pay for a service that doesn't work and that they don't listen to us.

I am seriously considering talking to my solicitor about this situation. In hindsight, we would never have bought this system. It's a shame because it has the potential to be great, but the lack of support and care from the company makes it a nightmare to use.

Epos Now I am being charged for a service that I have not been using.

On the 08th of November 2022, I have transferred my EPOS contract to a person who took over my restaurant. This was done following your advice after I requested to close the account ([protected]).

When I contacted your customer service for an update, I was informed that I had two accounts, one which I knew, and the other, which I had no clue. I have explained to the customer service that I was using one service only and this was transferred to new restaurant holder on the 08/11/2022. However, this doesn't seem the case on your system.

On your system, you still have one account under my name which has been charged till this month.

I have made several contacts with Epos customer service via telephone wrote my complaint -[protected] to [protected]@epos.com. However, no solution has been provided yet.

please advice what I should do.

Desired outcome: I need my money back.

Epos Now ePosnow

ePosnow has been charging me incorrectly from last 4 months. I have been calling every month to fix my bill but ePosnow never cared. Recently, customer success manager start contacting me through emails and offered me $22 refund for wrong charges. I told him that its $171.60 and he didn't reply to my email after. Please advise me if I can contact fair trading NSW for my complaint as my business is in NSW.

Desired outcome: I need my account to be fixed asap. ePosnow has been charging me wrong from last 4 months.

Same situation, I have been over charged $161.70 each and every month, Each time I've spend ahour on the phone to their customer support, been promised the issue has been resolved and that a refund has been issued, only for the next month to come and another extra $161.70 to be taken out, again phone support, rinse and repeat of the same promises. Today once again I spoken to a customer support worker (liam) and again he promised to get this resolved as this time I have made sure my payment would not go through. after 45mins of him trying to "resolve the problem" the phone got cut off and went to a eposnow survey recording. I called back and the guy on the other end (Moe) refuses me to to speak to Liam again, I did swear raise my voice or anything. there was no abuse or misconduct from my end. Their treatment is terrible, again all they said was it will take 2 weeks to resolve and get a credit approval and then 28 days for a refund, and I wouldn't be over charged anymore, which is the same things they tell me each and every month. They are either totally incompetent or knowingly fraudulently stealing extra funds even though I have epressly told them they can no long take the incorrect amount out of our account. I now want a full refund from them, they can take their POS system back refund me in full, and if I can I will try to force them to also repay my time and effort of setting up another more reliable POS system

Epos Now Till licence

Very disappointing! After 1 month my menu it is still not transfered correctly from one licence to another and altho I beg them to take in consideration that I have a deadline when I need the licence, tomorrow is my deadline and I get same answers. The person that should deal with my account is our of the office till 15th of September altho today is 29th of September and how I'm getting calls from individuals that have no information regarding my case.

Long story short their tech suport is a joke, they will expect you to sort your tech problems our although they should be te specialists, if they will provide you with information you will get 0 instructions in how to uses it expecting you to be a IT tech literat,

you can't terminate your contact as they will just not let you.

Extremely frustrating experience, at this point I made peace with the fact that I will have to pay 1 year for a service that I will never receive and I should look for another till licence 24 hour before my dead line.

Thank you Epos Now for bringing so much stress for a service that I pay exactly to be the opposite.

Hi Alba, my experience with ePosnow is very similar. Their sales agents are very greedy. They can provide you wrong information when you are signing up and later, ePosnow doesn't take resposibility for that information. I asked ePosnow to produce voice recording of my call and then they started listening to me. Don't be scared of their threats, be firm.
