cheap caribbean -false advertising- booked resort based off of the beach and arrived and beach was completely different
We booked the resort based off of the beach pictures cheap Caribbean provides. we arrived and it was COMPLETELY different. They literally built a concrete rock wall, enclosing the beach/ocean, so we could no longer snorkel or swim, (which is literally what we came to Mexico to do- we are avid snorkelers and brought all of our equipment with us to snorkel).
so we spent our first night and the whole next day trying to get ahold of someone, and then finally got transferred to another hotel. the hotel we paid for and the hotel we ended up at are completely 2 different levels of hotel. and also very different in price. the one we ended up staying at goes for at least $1,000/week LESS than the one we booked. not to mention the inconvenience and loss of vacation time.
Had we known the truth from the start, we would have saved over $1,000.
this was not our fault and hate complaining. But we were completely deceived and are entitled to a refund for AT LEAST the different in price.
Desired outcome: Please refund me or provide me with a travel credit for the difference in hotel price.

Refunds/Customer Service/Post Travels
Our flight got cancelled. We were in Mexico. Call Cheap Caribbean about staying another night. They told us we would have to pay them $211.01 for an extra night and they would send over the credits to the hotel. We paid Cheap Caribbean with our credit card. The next day on checkout, the hotel made us pay $129.00 because they had never received the credit from Cheap Caribbean. When I tried to call Cheap Caribbean about the refund. They said they needed documentation from our bank that we paid. We emailed them with receipts. Still have bot received a refund.. Our flight got cancelled also, the airlines sent over our refund to Cheap Caribbean and the said it would take up to 60 days to send a refund to us. Even though we got confirmation from the airline they sent the funds to them. When you call.. you are in hold and on the phone for at lease 2 hours. A lot of apologies, and no actions. This company is non caring, irresponsible and unreliable. I will never use this company again. Please beware people…….
Desired outcome: I want follow through action with this company! And most of all we want our refund!

travel credit
I have a travel credit because of COVD. The credit is set to expire the end of March. Because of health reasons I was told that if I got a doctors note I would be able to extend the credit four months,
I got the doctors letter and set it to Cheap Caribbean. I was then notified that I had to send them a copy in PDF form. I did that and was told that they could not read the note in the PDF form.
There have been many e mails back and forth. I am trying to extend my trip through June when hopefully I will be okay to go outside the US.
Desired outcome: I am just looking for the four month extension that customer service told me is available with a doctors letter. My balance has been paid in full and I am not asking for any money back.

No services received for the money we paid
In 2020, we paid cheap caribbean over $3,500 for a resort vacation. It was canceled due to the pandemic. They offered us credit towards a rebooking. We tried to rebook but were unable, again due to the pandemic. Not our fault. After one year of them having our money, they refused to rebook us and refused to refund us our money. They told us to contact our credit card company and file a dispute, which we did. Cheap caribbean refused our claim because the charge was over a year old. How convenient for them. Not us. We are out a lot of hard-earned money. We are strongly urging everyone on every social media platform possible to never utilize this company. From all of the other reviews I have read, numerous other consumers have also been ripped off in the same way we were. Someone at cheap caribbean must be sitting on a big pile of money just laughing at all of us suckers who thought we were actually going to enjoy going on a vacation but instead just got ripped off. If whoever is reading this is able to assist us and others in getting a refund, please do so.
Desired outcome: We would like a full refund of all monies paid by us.

We booked a trip to Aruba which we saved three years for. When two people in our group tested positive for Covid and also was impossible to get back a PCR in 24 hours in our area and Aruba was having 300 positive cases a day, we decided best to cancel until it was safe, We made our resservation on line and canceled the same way it was also days before our final payment was due. We were charged $311 per person to cancel which no one can explain the charges. I spent weeks trying to reach someone on the phone to no avail. I finally got their accounting department and was on the phone for 3.5 hours . They are trying to tell me that the airline is taking $200 per person and they are taking their fee too. When I called the United Airlines they said that in if you booked in 2021 or 2022 they were giving full refunds. This Cheap Caribbean is a rip off. You cannot speak to a supervisor and they are trying to give me excuses that are not true such as I needed to speak to a live person to cancel which you cannot get through to and that the airlines were charging them. When I told them I wanted a receipt the bill from United Airlines that they are charging Cheap Caribbean they told me no.
do yourself a favor do not use this site. When doing the math all i asked for was $348 to be added to my refund. A cancellation because of Covid should not cost me $934.
I wonder if Cheap Caribbean even reads this. Would be nice to get an answer.

Travel credit
June 2021 I had booked a vacation to Jamaica which we unfortunately had to reschedule for January 2021. The cost was around $3, 163 and the travel credit was going to be applied to my new reservation in January with a balance of $800 due to some upgrades. October I booked a trip to Cancun which was great and really enjoyed the way my vacation was so simple using cheap Caribbean, I was so excited for my upcoming vacation. I called two weeks ago to make my final payment and to reassure everything was ready to go. Today while at work I received an email that if I didn't pay $2004 by 5pm my reservation would be cancelled. A guy answered and he tried to say that my travel credit was applied to my October vacation even though I have bank statements stating that's inaccurate. I asked to speak to management and after two hours of him denying he just hung up. I got ahold of another kind representative which took another two hours couldn't explain the situation and was going to verify with another department the situation. Now I'm here one week away from my vacation stressed out and wondering what I'm suppose to do?
My reservation number is MM7500CJ the credits that should've been applied are from 22D200CJ.
Desired outcome: My travel credits need to be applied to my current reservation.
My vacation is supposed to be next week still nothing is figured out. I just spent a total of 3.36 hours on the phone still with them and they have no idea what happened with my credits. They refuse to let me speak to a supervisor. All they offered was apologize and a credit of $1000 dollars when i I initially had a credit of $3163 plus the payment of $800 that I just made. Please do yourself a favor and don’t book with this company! If something goes wrong no one will be able to help you.
Travel Credits
Good afternoon, In January 2020, we booked a hotel & flight package with Cheap Caribbean (CC) for our family of 6 (ref: ZDRRAH, $4, 969). In March 2020, we had to cancel our trip due to Covid. CC canceled our trip & provided a travel credit for Delta airlines & CC credit for the hotel to use until 2022. So, in February 2021, we called CC to rebook our trip. They were able to book our hotel portion, but the Delta flights were 2.5X the original price. So, Miguel Angel Bola from CC, assured us that we can use our hotel credit now, pay for another 6 airline tickets, and then we could re-use our Delta credits until 12/22. We agreed to this proposal, asked Miguel to document our conversation and the details around the Delta flight credits & email the details to us which he did on 3/3/21. Today, I attempted to use my Delta travel credits with CC & was told a completely different story. After a long 2 hrs & 6 mins on the phone with different representatives, I was told that CC CANNOT book flights only. The only way that I could use our $2, 154 Delta credit was to book a vacation package with hotel and flight. I explained that we already booked the hotel, and now just need to use the remaining flight credit.
Desired outcome: Please issue Delta tickets for our trip, per our travel credit agreement. If you cannot book the flight only, please issue a refund for $2,154.

I am dealing with the same issue. I have spent five hours on the phone over a handful of call in the last two weeks. My credit is about to expire, and every time the person on the phone has to check with someone while we wait for an hour to "request to apply the credit". Then after all this time, they say the credit is ready to use. When we try to book, the "credit won't work", so I am told to call back the next day. I call back, and go through the same thing all over again. The company is perpetrating a fraud, and I hope the federal authorities become involved. Any class action attorneys out there should really look into this.
Hi there, we are sorry to hear this. Please email us at socialteam@cheapcaribbean.com with your contact information and booking number so we can further assist you. Thanks!
Hotel/ destination
Good-evening, I had a trip planned from Tuesday December 14- Friday December 17, 2021 at the OCEAN CORAL SPRING RESORT, in Jamaica for my birthday and was absolutely unhappy with my stay. I picked a rooftop suite, and upon arrival I called the front desk to inform them of the jacuzzi being dirty, and other problems. I called back multiple time that day and the next until someone finally came. The jacuzzi wasn't clean until late on the second day, I then called to get the jacuzzi filled with water so I could enjoy it, and it wasn't filled until the third day, mirrors were dirty and had to be cleaned as well. I really was looking forward to this trip and feel Like I didn't get to enjoy the full experience I had booked. I paid extra for each person to have the jacuzzi in our suite and didn't get to use it at all. I was in the lobby everyday asking for a manager, and finally got a chance to talk with a manager on the third day. I spoke with Earl the guest services manager and he wasn't able to help, so I asked for his manager, and he Couldn't get in contact with him for hours. He told me the best thing to do was contact you for a refund, and I've been trying to contact cheap Caribbean for 3 weeks. I sat in the lobby over three hours on my birthday trying to get a resolution for something I paid for. This whole experience was unacceptable, I would greatly appreciate if you could email me back.
Desired outcome: I would appreciate some accommodation or refund for the extra money spent to have a rooftop suite with jacuzzi.

Short story… If you purchase a trip for you +1 and need to cancel, that person now owns your travel credit even though I paid and I paid for travel insurance. Your money now belongs to the other person.
Long story… Be prepared to NEVER be able to escalate your issue and speak to a manager at this company. To start I have been a loyal CheapCaribbean customer for years and I have even planned group trips of 10 or more whereas others have started using the website as well and I am extremely disappointed in the level of customer service I have received over the past couple of months. I feel completely disrespected at how my situation is being handled and it will definitely impact my decision to ever use CheapCaribbean again. My family and friends will definitely be made aware of my experience. There are thousands of websites to use to book trips and I have always used and referred people to CheapCaribbean. That will change with this experience. As I became aware that I only had until December 15, 2021 to use my CheapCaribbean Travel Credit, I called on October 19, 2021 to replan a trip to avoid losing the Travel Credit. I called and used my own credit card to purchase and booked a trip to Jamaica for myself and a friend. I purchased the protection insurance because I was concerned about whether my friend would be able to travel with me. At no time while I was on the phone with the customer service representative, did he tell me that if my friend cannot travel my personally paid Travel Credit, that I purchased with my credit card, would be transferred to to my friend. I purchased this trip with my credit card why would he be entitled to MY money or Travel Credit? There travel protection plan is misleading and does not clearly define what will happen if changes are required. The customer service representatives do not explain how the Travel Credit will be distributed nor was I made aware my credit purchase will now become the ownership of my friend. It is unfair and doesn't seem lawfully legal to transfer my money and credit under his name but only my lawyer can confirm. My friend is in the hospital with COVID. I have no way of getting in touch with my friends family to obtain a letter from the doctor stating such. This seems like an unnecessary requirement seeing as I purchased this trip with MY PERSONAL CREDIT CARD nor was I told my purchase will be transferred to the ownership of my friend. I don't see how yet hey can legally give my money to someone else. I'll speak with a lawyer to see. When I called yesterday and spoke with Julia Leo Horrible customer service when you call that needs to be addressed. It is common for me to experience struggles with communicating with their customer service representatives because of the language difference and accent dialect, but to reach a completely un-empathetic agent was a shock. I asked to speak to someone above her or for my case to be escalated at least 50 times and she continued to tell me "it was not possible". She even as far as to tell me I need to call back and continue to call back until a supervisor is available! Seriously? Again… Horrible Customer Service. To learn that Cheap Caribbean does not have an escalation process or managers available or even an escalation team is very unsettling. Takes 3 days for them respond between e'mail communications l. All I wanted to do was use my entire travel credit that I paid for. I wasn't expecting a refund but for them to give my money to someone else was a huge shock!
Desired outcome: I want to use my entire travel credit

Date of incident: 10/31/21-11/02/21 Booking number: EJXVRN
I and my mother would like a refund for the $256.20 travel protection plus we paid because it did us no good at all. We were unable to get ahold of anyone from Cheap Caribbean despite calling 7 different numbers that were both given during booking and found online. We booked a Cozumel, Mexico trip on Cheap Caribbean. On our departure date to return back to the USA, our flight through American Airlines was cancelled twice. We sat in the airport for over 6 hours not being told what was going. We continued through email and phone calls to get ahold of Cheap Caribbean with no luck. Finally, the airport told us they were paying for us to take the fairy to Playa Del Carmen where we would stay in an all inclusive hotel that would cover our food and drinks just as the resort we had just come from. Then they would pay for a taxi to take us to Cancun airport on November 2nd and we would fly back to Philadelphia USA. Once arriving at the hotel in Playa Del Carmen, we were told it was not all inclusive, they only gave a 15$ credit per day for food and drinks, so of course we inquired cost of food! Our room was clean but smelled like something was dead in the walls, we complained but the issue was not resolved. Due to not arriving home until 2 days later, we both missed work 2 extra days and missed wages and were penalized. That is $320.00 in missed wages for me and $272.00 in missed wages for my mother. ( Proof of wages will be provided upon request).Another issue is that Cheap Caribbean educated us on the local taxes we would have to pay upon arrival and departure but failed to tell us about what we would be charged for bringing items with us into Mexico, such as cigarettes'. My mother was charged $191.82 for bringing 16 packs of cigarettes' with her, we were only handed a customs paper 10 mins before landed in Mexico where it then stated the amount of cigarettes' you were allowed to bring which was no more than 10 packs. and at that point it is to late because your bags are under the plane and you must go through customs before getting your bag, they refused to let her throw it out instead of paying and said if we paid them $100 USA cash they would not charge her the full $191.00 and would let her go, which is criminal! Both I and my mother have tried contacting Cheap Caribbean to resolve this issue since being home and have had no luck. We have received response that do not help us nor do the numbers work that are in the emails they have sent us!
If this issue is not resolved and we are not ensured this will not happen again we will not be using Cheap Caribbean again. If we book with someone we expect to be able to get ahold of them for assistance, we could have booked with Triple A which by the way did pick up when we were stuck in Mexico and helped us even though we did not book through them!
We would like a refund of what we paid for the useless travel protection plus $256.20, a refund on the food we had to pay for due to being delayed by 2 days $297.15, a refund on the fine my mother had to pay due to lack of disclosure from both Cheap Caribbean and American Airlines $191.82 and a reimbursement for lost wages $592.00!
The issue has not been resolved, i just sent an email as you stated. Thank you for your response, hope to hear from someone soon.
Agent Services
The communication as to resolving our problem has been non-existent. My wife has been on the phone with at least four agents at Cheap Caribbean for over two weeks. The first person she spoke with was not able to understand a simple request: Two of the six people on the trip needed to cancel for medical reasons. Each couple had purchased "Cancel for any reason" insurance. The agent instead cancelled the entire reservation, telling my wife the amount she would get back from insurance was 75% of the entire trip for all six people. She repeatedly told him that was wrong, but he insisted it was right. We found out subsequently that he had cancelled the entire reservation. We were told that the problem would be bumped up to something called "level 2" and that we would be contacted within three days. No call came and the only way we know what's going on is by contacting the resort directly. They confirmed that the reservation had been cancelled. This morning, they contacted us to let us know that they now do have a reservation for the entire 8 days for us. But this didn't come from Cheap Caribbean, we had to do it ourselves. This type of error and lack of communication does not make us wish to do any further business with this company.
Desired outcome: Someone from “Level 2,” or higher? Needs to contact us to clarify what is going on

Reservation
I made a reservation through cheap Caribbean for a group of 5. We paid about $540 each to book the reservation. Everyone had a balance of about $900 after the initial deposit. Fast forward to October, I have a hospitalized child due to covid that has been ill for 1 week now. I am the only parent and I needed to cancel my portion of the trip. I don't want a refund or even a credit. I'm just not sure I'll be able to go as the trip is less than a month away and my son's health is at stake. I've spoke to several reps where they told me I would lose my airfare and they could not remove the 3rd booked room from our reservation. Yesterday 10/10/21, I spoke to rep Philip who said that he could remove a room on the reservation and we would pay the difference of $212. Today 10/11/21, I've been told I'll get an airfare credit, we have to keep 3 rooms even if we don't need all 3, and I'll still have to pay the full remaining balance of about $900. Not asking for a credit or refund.
Desired outcome: Reservation goes from 3 rooms to 2 rooms

Refund
I am having issues with getting ahold of anyone at Cheap Caribbean. I am trying to get refunded for airline tickets that Cheap Caribbean has already been refunded for on July 29th. I am also trying to use a credit for an excursion that I paid for out of pocket because no one was available when I tried to use the credit. Have also asked for a refund of one night for hotel when our flight was canceled and we arrived a day late. Have not heard back regarding this either. They are next to impossible to get ahold of when something goes wrong.
Booking Numbers were A3R200CJ and J3R200CJ

Service at the resort and the accommodations.
First when we got there they told us to meet them next day for breakfast and a tour. We were so excited just for them to drive us to a presentation to buy a time share and we didn't not stay. We though was taking a tour of the island. 2nd our room was hot but we figured we're out in sun will get better never did we complied to maintain they came said yes it hot and never came back at times it was 89 degrees in the room and unable to sleep or enjoy the room. 3rd we also only had cold water we paid for jacuzzi beach front and did not use it again we called maintenance and they said filling a pool in another spot so that's why cold then they said that's how it hot will get them they said will flush lines which they did not the sinks were clogged up the whole time never got hot water. 4 we had to call for the them to clean the room and stock the Mini bar they never came on there own. Are room was all inclusive. We complained several times to from desk and the manager Patricia and she said I hear your complaints now go back to your room. This was a very expensive trip that we didn't enjoy and it was my birthday. The fact that we booked jacuzzi beac front and didn't use was sad. I'm definitely looking for a refund and will never ever go there again. I can't believe your organization are working with a resort like this. Also I have been calling since we got home and no luck trying to speak to someone my reservation number was OMC400CJ and my number is [protected] and Email [protected]@aol.com
Desired outcome: Refund

Sonesta Maho St Maarten Reservation #8H7C00CJ
I am writing to explain the terrible conditions my wife and I experienced at Sonesta Maho St Maarteen. The first and foremost is the fact we had NO HOT WATER, five days out of seven, there were many complaints at the front desk, you could wait on line 40 minutes to be heard with NO SATISFACTION. Our second biggest complaint was there were NO chairs on the beach to sit in we went on vacation to be on the BEACH not the pool at our age sitting on a towel is just not acceptable, this is suppose to be a BEACH RESORT ALL INCLUSIVE. This made us go out daily to visit different beaches and we paid $25.00 dollars for two chairs daily. On one day there were no clean towels available at about 5pm we missed our dinner reservation waiting to shower with cold water because we had nothing to dry ourselves with. The service and attitude of most employees is subpar. We will now find a new place to stay when visiting St Maarteen. The help also forgot to give us a certain paper when we went across the street for COVID testing we had to bump back in the line, while I ran back to the hotel to get necessary papers. I think Sonesta or Cheap Carribean owes us a monetary credit for this hellcation.
Cordially yours,
John Giaccio

Committed services not rendered
We had made reservations for all inclusive package for 18 people from Chicago to Punta Cana in May 2021 for a trip from 6/29/21 to 7/6/21. During initial conversation with booking agent (Ian Patrick Zeevaert Burkle), we had booked family rooms since there were 4 families with 2 of them with being 5 people each. Agent Ian suggested to book 2 connecting rooms per family. According to him, this option would be better. We listened to him and paid even extra for this. Later on, we found out that 2 connecting rooms and family room is actually the same thing at the Dreams Punta Cana Resort we stayed at. After the payment was paid 100%, agent Ian communicated that we have to pay extra to get the connecting rooms whereas in his prior email, he had confirmed via email that there will be no additional cost. Later in his emails (after payment), agent started to communicate that we may not even get the connecting rooms. I have all the emails on record. This agent dragged us for over a month, continuously lying and promising that he will make sure to honor what he committed in writing. I have 20+ emails where he kept promising that he will call back but never did. Even other agents at Cheapcaribbean acknowledged Ian's poor service but were not able to fix what needed to be fixed. One of the 4 families (4 total people) had to cancel their reservation one day before the trip as they had young kids and could not travel without the commitment of them being together with the kids.
Upon reaching the hotel, the staff there acknowledged all of my frustration but could not help as all of the mistakes and false promises were done by Cheapcaribbean. One of the families finally were given a connecting room after 3 days but they had to move to another building even though we were promised the same building. Another family never got the connecting room throughout the 7 day stay.
Agent Ian had also committed that we would have access to adjacent NOW Onyx and Breathless properties which also turned out to be not true. Had we known that, we would have rather booked NOW.
We were also promised price match on Travel protection which never happened and we paid substantially higher.
Besides all the aggravation and frustration associated with this, I spent 30hours of my time to no avail and paid significant amount of extra money for the services and promises that were never delivered upon.
I'd appreciate if someone would care to reach back. I have a record of all the conversations and emails with the promises and commitments that never happened.
The hotel should have a record of these issues as they tried to help but couldn't.
Even on last day of the trip, I was told that my issue has been escalated to the highest level in a special department at Cheapcaribbean but that didn't happen either. I have attached those emails also.
Desired outcome: Compensation and refunds for the services that we paid for and were not delivered. Costs associated with cancelling the trip for one family should be refunded

My best friend and I made reservations with Cheap Caribbean to come to the Dominican Republic, so we called in. We spoke to Juan, who told us he could do our reservation with better pricing, so we let him, explaining that we still wanted to stay at the Level at Melia, all inclusive, with the discounts we were previously (we were offered discounts on the website). He claimed he understood and did it. When we arrived, we discovered he'd messed up our package, sending us to the wrong hotel on the premise (there are 4 locations here and we WEREN'T booked at The Level adults only), it WASN'T all inclusive (like we specifically requested), and we were charged $700 USD to correct what he had messed up! This is not right and I am asking for a refund of the $700 for this fiasco.
I called several times yesterday, was left on hold for several minutes (over 30 minutes on three separate calls, because the wait time was over AN HOUR), only to be disconnected repeatedly! It happened again this morning! This has been a horrible experience that I have never had in all of my years of booking with cheapcaribbean.com!
I need someone to reach out to me and correct this mess asap.
Desired outcome: Refund
And your company has my contact information as I have been booking with your company FOR YEARS! My reservation number was 0CT300CJ and all of my contact information is within the reservation information.
I already sent that information at 0533 hrs. this morning. I've previously sent emails to Juan (the representative) on July 9th and another email to duringtravel@cheapcaribbean.com on July 10th. I've gone through EVERY hoop, so why can't anyone from your company make a sincere effort to contact me, like I've contacted you, instead of giving me the samn generic message you've given everyone else's complaints?

CheapCaribbean FAILED to send my paid reservation to the HOTEL!! And now, I cannot reach anyone on any of the phone lines!
I used CheapCaribbean in the past (few years ago)…and never had any issues. However, last week…I had the WORST experience with CheapCaribbean.com! I booked and paid in full, …my hotel, airfare, and round trip transport to/from the airport/hotel. THEY FAILED TO SEND MY PAID RESERVATION to the RIU hotel in the Bahamas!. And, when I tried to checked into the RIU hotel in the Bahamas, …the RIU hotel receptionist said CheapCaribbean never sent my paid reservation; I wasn't even in the system! Thank God, I had printed my confirmation and receipt and brought that with me (as I normally do when traveling). The hotel made copies, but they still need CheapCaribbean to send the paid reservation through the system! So, the RIU had to ask me for my credit card to place a hold on my card until CheapCaribbean send the reservation. However, that never happened…so, I had to pay the hotel AGAIN, until CheapCaribbean sends my paid reservation. The RIU hotel said they would issue a refund for the payment, once they got my paid reservation from CheapCaribbean. Thus, the hotel fees were now on my card THREE times! (1 - with CheapCaribbean, 2 - for the Hotel Hold that doesn't come off for 7-10 Business Days, 3 - for the payment at the RIU!) You are SCREWED if you are in a foreign country and CheapCaribbean FAILS to send the paid reservation! Once you are at the destination, …they are MIA! I wasted my whole first day of my trip and my last day of a short 3 night, weekend vacation calling and emailing CheapCaribbean with the RIU hotel receptionists and manager. We followed the prompts on the calls and the line would go dead…EVERY SINGLE TIME! I've returned from my trip, and I've called and emailed every day. The phone line would go dead for "after travel" and Accounting Customer Service! So, I finally got a hold of someone in "Accounting", she put me on hold…and the line went dead. So, I immediately called back and got the same person in "accounting dept" again. Then, she told me that there's NO ONE in "after travel" customer service, yet it was only 3:30pm ET on a FRIDAY afternoon! I demanded to talk to a manager, …so she put me on hold, came back and said she talked to her manager and someone could "now" (suddenly) help me. So she transferred me to a line with music…I held for 30 MINUTES and the line miraculously disconnected! This is beyond upsetting! I called back and followed the prompts, ..this time for "new reservations"; I wanted to make sure I reached a live human being! The rep said she couldn't help me because she wasn't "after travel", but then she said there was NO ONE to help me in the "after travel" department. I finally had to file a dispute through my credit card company! I should be refunded in full for the HELL I've gone through! This wasted 2 full days out of the 3 days I was there! AND, every day since I've been back! To top it off, this is STILL UNRESOLVED! I will never use Cheap Caribbean again and if anyone asks about them?…I'll tell them to never use CheapCaribbean and this run-around I am getting now is a complete scam and rip-off! They should be ashamed of themselves. Not only have they lost a customer, but also future customers! It is unlawful for them to keep my money and not send it to the hotel! I want the money back that I paid "at" the RIU Hotel, which was HIGHER than CheapCaribbean's bundled package deal. CheapCaribbean, …it is ILLEGAL to take a Customer's payment and not distribute/transmit it to the agreed upon location in the confirmed booking.
Desired outcome: FULL REFUND for the HELL I’ve gone through. CHEAPCARIBBEAN to send my paid reservation to the RIU in the Bahamas.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer's satisfaction.
