I purchased a new Escape last Saturday at Chenoweth Ford in Clarksburg, WV. The sales staff was very nice, informative, helpful and knowledgeable. I purchased three accessories with the purchase; a set of splash guards, roof rail crossbars, and the cargo cover. Thanks parts had to be ordered and installed later. On Tuesday, my salesman called and said that the parts were in. I said that I work late every evening and asked if I could bring it in on Saturday. He said that that would be fine, it would only take fifteen minutes.
Everything was fine until we arrived at the service counter. I fully expected to have to wait to get the parts installed... Not a problem at all. However, what WAS a huge problem was the person behind the counter's attitude. His name was Blair. He was very rude and wouldn't even let us talk, basically just saying that he wouldn't have a tech until noon and we could drop the car off until five. It wasn't the fact that we would have to leave the car, it was the way he spoke to me. If this guy worked for be, I would have fired him on the spot. I did nothing to provoke his attitude, I don't know if he had a bad night, is having personal issues, or it just a jerk, but if everyone had an attitude like him Ford Motor Co. Would be history. I am very disappointed with his attitude and I have been a loyal Ford owner for over thirty years.

I had a recall on my van and I took it to get it serviced.My appointment was @ 9 o'clock on Monday, Mar.28.As we went into the garage waiting room my friend and I walked in and is was as if we were not even there, I proceeded to tell the man standing behind the counter that I was there with my van for a recall, we said hello and the one man behind the counter that was sitting @ the computer said on its Monday(SO).We were told that it would take about an hour to see if it could be fixed, at eleven o'clock i went back in and asked if the van was OK and he said it would have to dry and i said so you guys could fix it no one came out and told me after the hour so there we set not knowing what they was going to do to it. First of all they lied they didn't come out after the hour and tell us what they was going to do, so i went back in at 1 o'clock they came to the counter and ask if they had a curtsy vehicle until it was done and they said no they didn't have such a thing, then they said it would be a little longer because they was all going to lunch. Finally i went back in at 1:30pm and it was the two men behind the counter and me i was standing at the end of the counter and it was a little rough for me because i do use a walker, a man came in the opposite door and they waited on him before they came to me, after he left the one man starts towards me gets approximatively two feet away from me looks dead at me and turned and walked down a little hallway. FINALLY IN A LOUD VOICE I SAID WELL I WILL BE DAMNED and the man that had been sitting in the chair at the computer after four and half hours of sitting in that chair he jumped up quick and said it will be about fifth-teen minutes and it will be ready the little guy from the garage came in and explained to me what they had done and told me they will be contacting me in about another month for another recall which will make number five. The two men was so rude to me it was unreal but the little guy from the garage was nice. I came home told my husband they we are never buying another car from there again ever. After this happen i been told by other people they went threw the same ### with them before...Thank you for listen
