I ordered three dresses. Normally I wear a medium, but these garments seem to have been made overseas, so I ordered "large" for two of them. One large was very small through the arms, bust and back. One large was humongous. Neither of these had tags indicating fabric or fabric care.
The medium I ordered was too small for me to try on! This last one had a tag for fabric (polyester/spandex) in a side seam. It was advertised as denim, but it is certainly not.
I noticed that the pictures of the dresses were very pretty, fabric seemed to flow. Workmanship on the garments is tidy.
Finally, returning these garments was a complete nightmare. They didn't want a return, and offered me partial payment to keep the dresses. They made two offers this way, and then finally said I had a limited number of days to return things and if anything was off about what I sent, I would get nothing. They said dresses must have tags on them. But these dresses arrived with no tags, so obviously, they would reject my return. Note the neckline in each photo. No tags. The time I had for returning was shortened to 7 days (not 30 days as promised on the website) and because I was traveling and couldn't comply, I was forced to accept a partial refund for the dresses.
The sales rep is very apologetic about stiffing you; so many regrets while they dishonestly keep your money.
Recommendation: Don't even start. They will never make a reasonable offer on returns, and their product descriptions cannot be trusted.
Sounds like Cherieday took “variety” to a whole new level with those sizes. At least you now have a full range of options — just not in the way you expected. Could've been worse; you managed to get some money back, even if they made it feel like a game of dodgeball.
