I purchased a vehicle on Black friday
I purchased a vehicle on Black friday. First of Tim the Used Car Mgr. tried to see the car from under me to someone he knew after I took a test drive. Next he refused to sell the vehicle without charging me an additional $295 for wheel locks I didn't want. I spoke with the acting Store Mgr. and he stated if I didn't what to pay $295 don't buy the car. That's when I should've brought my business elsewhere. I still purchased the car. Recently while OUT OF TOWN my wheel cover came off and I found NO WHEEL LOCKS ON ANY OF THE WHEELS! I called back and Tim spoke to me like CRAP. I called the next day and spoke with Robert C the GM he immediately began to defend Tims actions and accused me of cursing at him which I did not. They are refusing to return my $295 and want me to get the wheel locks I DIDN'T WANT IN THE BEGINNING! Robert C tries to use MOB TACTICS in order to get out of reimbursing my money.

I purchased a 2018 Hyundai Sonata from this dealer on June 26,2020 when I purchased the vehicle I was never given a car fax report or anything. Upon only having the vehicle for a week I had to bring it back to the dealership due to it shaking at high speeds, the brakes and rotors sounding bad, and the check engine light coming on. On 7/8 my vehicle was brought back to the dealer to have issues addressed. On Friday 7/10 I picked my vehicle up and was told that it was given a wheel alignment and as far as the check engine light they turned it off for the time being and to just keep driving it and if it comes back on bring the vehicle back. Also upon picking my vehicle up I noticed that it had been scratched and had some nicks of white pant on the passenger side in which I addressed to the service manager whom completely blew it off! Upon receiving my carfax report it showed that the vehicle had prior front end damage that was not disclosed to me before purchasing the vehicle. There was little to no help at the dealership once the sale is made they show no concern to anything and are selling faulty vehicles.

A Chevy Cruze vehicle was purchased on Feb 17, 2020 from dealer. There were two keys sets, but one was held by the dealer until the check provided for full payment cleared the bank. Dealer was to contact us when key was available pickup. Never received a call. Made several follow up phone calls to the sales associate, Jacob W and received no call back. After calling Sales Manager (Tim) this week (5/12) to arrange a pickup, Tim said to contact Jacob again. I did and arranged with Jacob to pick up key today at 11:30 from Jacob W - Tim said key was locked in Jacob's desk. When I arrived today, W was out "getting a coffee" outside the dealership. Another salesperson brought me to Jacob's desk and asked if the key was for a 2017 Cruze. I showed him my sales receipt, and he handed me a key set he said Jacob left for me. When I tried to start the Cruze with the supplied key, I found out the key provided didn't work - wrong key provided. I called Jacob and he said I needed to return the incorrect key, but didn't state he had my key. I told him he needed to solve the problem he created. He needed to get the correct key to me. He hung up the phone.
